一种用于针对皮肤表面护理治疗的硬质贴片面膜，其包括上下设置的功能层和不透水弹性硬质基材层。
发明人发现，现有承载祛斑、护肤面膜等美容皮肤护理产品的功能层所用的材料大多是软质透水材料。在护肤美容的过程中，营 养液(或者功能液)向外部挥发，使得营养液沾染至手指上。此外，双面承载营养液的面膜结构也极大程度上影响了使用的便捷性。
发明人提供了一种不透水弹性硬质基材层承载营养液的面膜，该面膜只有一面载有营养液，使用者在皮肤护理时，可以保证手指的洁净度，解放了双手，也便于拿取生活用品。同时，采用不透水的弹性硬质基材层也便于使用者在护肤祛斑过程中持续按压按摩，也有利于功能层的营养治疗液被皮肤均匀的快速吸收，极大程度上避免了营养治疗液向外部挥发，降低了原液浪费。
上述功能层可以是功能液层或硬质功能层。
在一种实施方式中，上述功能层与不透水弹性硬质基材层直接接触设置，即直接将功能层置于不透水弹性硬质基材层上。
在另一种实施方式中，上述硬质贴片面膜包括从下至上依次设置的不透水弹性硬质基材层、载体层和功能层。即在不透水弹性硬质基材层和功能层中间设置载体层。在其他实施方式中，也可以需要选择不设置载体层。
不透水弹性硬质基材层的厚度可以为0.01-0.5mm。
上述不透水弹性硬质基材层的材料可以是PET塑料。
在本实用新型应用较佳的实施方式中，上述不透水弹性硬质基材层的厚度为0.25mm。

功能层的厚度不宜太厚也不宜太薄，太厚会使得按摩护理时功能液的外溢造成浪费，太薄又会影响面膜的护理功效。
在本实用新型应用较佳的实施方式中，上述功能液层为膏状液体层或胶状液体层。
当功能层为硬质功能层时，硬质功能层的制作工艺和方法可以如下：将多种营养物提取出来的精华成分通过例如聚丙烯酸钠的聚合物与例如PE材料的材料有效结合到一起而形成。
在本实用新型应用较佳的实施方式中，上述不透水弹性硬质基材层、功能层和离型纸层的形状和大小相同。
这样设置有利于基材层对载体层起到全覆盖的支撑作用，同时离型纸层可以起到对功能层的保护作用，防止功能层的功能营养物挥发导致药效损失。
在本实用新型应用较佳的实施方式中，上述不透水弹性硬质基材层的两端还设置有耳挂部。
设置耳挂部以对方便使用者将面膜的两端挂于双耳上进行护肤护理。
在一种实施方式中，也可以不设置耳挂部。
在本实用新型应用较佳的实施方式中，上述耳挂部的正投影为扇环形。
在其他实施方式中，上述耳挂部的形状也可以根据需要进行自适应调整，只要满足使用需求即可。
与现有技术相此，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型提供了一种不透水弹性硬质基材层承载营养液的面膜，该面膜只有一面载有营养液，使用者在皮肤护理时，可以保证手指的洁净度，解放了双手，也便于拿取生活用品。同时，采用不透水的弹性硬质基材层也便于使用者在护肤祛斑过程中持续按压按摩，也有利于功能液层的营养治疗液被皮肤均匀的快速吸收，极大程度上避免了营养治疗液向外部挥发，降低了原液浪费。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种用于针对皮肤表面护理治疗的硬质贴片面膜100，参照图1所示，其包括从下至上依次设置的不透水弹性硬质基材层140、载体层130、功能液层120和离型纸层110。
本实施例中，不透水弹性硬质基材层140的厚度为0.25mm，材质为PET塑料。
本实施例提供的不透水弹性硬质基材层140为不透水材质，避免了营养液或治疗膏体等向外部挥发，减少了营养液药效的损失。同时，单向滋养治疗皮肤有利于药效营养液的持续向皮肤供养；而采用弹性硬质材料，有利于维持手指按摩护理皮肤位置时的受力均衡性，有利于治疗液、治疗膏或护理胶能够均匀的营养或治疗皮肤(参见图3-7)。
此外，采用本实用新型提供的硬质贴片面膜100，避免了功能液层120沾染至手上的情况发生，提升了生活便利性。
载体层130的厚度为0.5mm。载体层为蚕丝棉材料。
功能液层120的厚度为0.5mm。本实施例中，功能液层120为护理液层。
离型纸层110的厚度为0.5mm。
不透水弹性硬质基材层140、载体层130、功能液层120和离型纸层110的形状和大小相同。
本实施例中不透水弹性硬质基材层140、载体层130、功能液层120和离型纸层110的形状均为圆形。
在其他实施方式中，参照图2所示，在不透水弹性硬质基材层140和离型纸层110的两端均设置有耳挂部111，以便于使用者贴敷。
上述硬质贴片面膜100的制备方法包括：
(1)先按照功能液层120中护理液的配方配制护理液；
本实施例中护理液的配方包括如下重量份数的原料：人参精液0.1份，鹿茸精液0.1份，白芷提取物15份，茯苓提取物5份，桃仁提取物1份，菊花提取物1份，飞珍珠末0.2份，硼砂0.5份，蜂蜡10份，甘油15份，硬脂酸3份，羟甲基纤维素3份，加蒸馏水100份；
(2)然后在PET塑料上铺设蚕丝棉；
(3)然后将步骤(1)配制的护理液通过管道和滴嘴滴注到蚕丝棉上；
(4)将滴注有功能液的蚕丝棉复膜，该步骤包括将离型纸层110敷在功能液层120的表面；
(5)压型切片包装。
使用方法如下：先揭下离型纸层110，然后手持不透水弹性硬质基材层140，将面膜贴敷在局部需要治疗或保养的皮肤上。
需要说明的是，功能液层120还可以具有去皱、祛痘或保养等功能，在其他实施方式中，可根据需要进行自适应调整配方以满足其护理功效。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种用于针对皮肤表面护理治疗的硬质贴片面膜100，与实施例1相比，区别仅在于，不透水弹性硬质基材层 140、载体层130、功能液层120和离型纸层110的厚度不同，其余的制备方法和形状相同。
不透水弹性硬质基材层140的厚度为0.01mm。
载体层130的厚度为0.1mm。载体层为无纺布材料。
功能液层120的厚度为0.1mm。
离型纸层110的厚度为0.1mm。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种用于针对皮肤表面护理治疗的硬质贴片面膜100，与实施例1相比，区别仅在于，不透水弹性硬质基材层140、载体层130、功能液层120和离型纸层110的厚度不同，其余的制备方法和形状相同。
不透水弹性硬质基材层140的厚度为5mm。
载体层130的厚度为3mm。载体层为蚕丝棉。
功能液层120的厚度为3mm。
离型纸层110的厚度为1mm。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种用于针对皮肤表面护理治疗的硬质贴片面膜100，与实施例1相比，区别仅在于，不透水弹性硬质基材层140、载体层130、功能液层120和离型纸层110的厚度不同。
不透水弹性硬质基材层140的厚度为3mm。
载体层130的厚度为2mm。载体层为纯棉布。
功能液层120的厚度为1.5mm。
离型纸层110的厚度为0.7mm。
实施例5
本实施例提供了一种用于针对皮肤表面护理治疗的硬质贴片面膜100，与实施例1相比，区别仅在于，硬质贴片面膜100仅包括不透水弹性硬质基材层140和功能液层120。其余的厚度、原料、形状与实施例1相同。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于针对皮肤表面护理治疗的硬质贴片面膜，其特征在于，其包括上下设置的功能层和不透水弹性硬质基材层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的硬质贴片面膜，其特征在于，所述功能层与所述不透水弹性硬质基材层接触设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的硬质贴片面膜，其特征在于，所述硬质贴片面膜包括从下至上依次设置的所述不透水弹性硬质基材层、载体层和所述功能层。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的硬质贴片面膜，其特征在于，所述不透水弹性硬质基材层的厚度为0.01-5mm或0.25mm，和/或所述不透水弹性硬质基材层的材质为PET塑料。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的硬质贴片面膜，其特征在于，所述功能层为功能液层或硬质功能层。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的硬质贴片面膜，其特征在于，所述功能层的厚度为0.1-3mm，和/或所述功能层为膏状液体层或胶状液体层。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的硬质贴片面膜，其特征在于，所述载体层的厚度为0.1-3mm，和/或所述载体层为蚕丝棉层。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的硬质贴片面膜，其特征在于，所述功能层的顶部还设置有离型纸层，和/或所述离型纸层的厚度为0.1-1mm。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的硬质贴片面膜，其特征在于，所述不透水弹性硬质基材层、功能层和离型纸层的形状和大小相同。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的硬质贴片面膜，其特征在于，所述不透水弹性硬质基材层的两端还设置有耳挂部，优选地所述耳挂部的正投影为扇环形。
