一种具有擦渍和吸水功能的复合层垫,由三聚氰胺泡绵层10、粘结层20和无纺布层30复合组成,其中粘结层20位于三聚氰胺泡绵层10和无纺布层30中间。三聚氰胺泡绵层10具有强吸附和自洁功能,能重复式的高效率吸附顽垢;无纺布层30选用亲水性无纺布,吸附表面水的效果好,不会造成损伤。制备方法包括:(1)混合不饱和聚酯树脂、固化剂和引发剂调配成聚酯粘结剂;(2)通过淋膜器向三聚氰胺毡喷洒聚酯粘结剂;(3)铺覆无纺布形成半成品;(4)对半成品进行热压;(5)对复合层垫进行滚平裁切。本发明的有益效果是:①对多种顽垢清洁效果理想;②复合吸水功能,且经久耐用;④可流水线式生产,生产效率高,品质稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洁用具制备技术领域,尤其是一种具有擦渍和吸水功能的复合层垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的逐渐提高,家庭生活用品也在丰富化、普及化和复杂化,这给家庭保洁带来繁重的压力,为此各种用途的清洁用品层出不穷,使用的材料也多种多样。三聚氰胺泡绵是以三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为基体,经过特殊的发泡工艺制得的一种开孔泡沫塑料,开孔率高达99%以上。三聚氰胺泡绵的开孔结构使得其具有强力的吸附作用,目前已被成功应用于家庭保洁领域。
面对固态污物这类长期附着的顽垢,通常选用铁丝清洁球进行擦拭,铁丝清洁球去污能力强,但刚性有余而柔性不足,容易损伤家具外表面,特别是金属用具。而后三聚氰胺泡绵被开发用于清洁油渍、茶渍等等顽垢,多孔结构的吸附作用使得其具有良好的清洁效果,但是单一的三聚氰胺泡绵吸水性差,擦拭后被清洁表面残留表面水不易清除,另换清洁布则工作繁琐,如果表面水渍自然蒸发后容易在表面形成水印,使得家具的洁净度和美观度大大降低;同时,单一的三聚氰胺泡绵柔软而难以施力,握在手中擦拭时泡绵易随受力而不规则变形,容易损伤三聚氰胺泡绵本身,降低耐用性。因此,在保证三聚氰胺泡绵高效去污能力的同时,兼顾优化使用手感、提高使用寿命、复合吸水功能是极为重要的。
申请公布号CN102688004A的中国专利,公开了一种多用清洁布,该清洁布包括化纤单丝织物和化纤绒丝织物两种不同的清洁表面,实现了对不同物品表面的污物清除和不同阶段的清洗处理,清污效果好,同时可以套在人手和辅助工具上。使用该发明的清洁布实现了一布多用,避免了更换清洁布的繁琐,但是去污能力有限,化纤织物对顽垢的洁净能力有限且自净能力较差,多次使用后表面即被污染。
公开号为CN1897859A的发明专利涉及一种包括泡沫和网的多用途清洁产品,该清洁擦具包括泡沫层如酚醛或基于三聚氰胺的泡沫,所述的泡沫被构造成用于接触和清洁表面;强化网被连接到该泡沫上。该发明多用途清洁产品去污能力强,强化网中可掺入诸如清洁酶、漂白剂、气味控制剂等功能性成分,帮助加速去污。虽然复合式结构增强了该清洁产品的强度,实现了良好的耐用性,但是使用该清洁擦具容易残留富含功能性成分的水渍,不可避免需要更换清洁布二次清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有清洁用具不能兼顾高效清洁多种污渍和吸附表面水的不足,同时优化使用体验,提供一种具有擦渍和吸水功能的清洁用具。
一种具有擦渍和吸水功能的复合层垫,其特征在于:所述复合层垫由三聚氰胺泡绵层、粘结层和无纺布层复合组成,粘结层位于三聚氰胺泡绵层和无纺布层中间。
所述的三聚氰胺泡绵层厚度为0.5~5cm,泡绵的气孔率为90%~97%。
所述的粘结层材质为固化的不饱和聚酯树脂,厚度为0.5~2mm,固化前聚酯树脂中的固化剂为乙烯基甲苯,引发剂为过氧化二甲苯酰。
所述的无纺布的材质为吸水性无纺布PP,克重为50~70g,厚度为2~10mm。
一种多功能复合层垫的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述顺序的步骤:
(1)将不饱和聚酯树脂、固化剂和引发剂按比例加入高速混合机中,混合均匀后即调配成聚酯粘结剂;
(2)将聚酯粘结剂倒入淋膜器内,通过压力将聚酯粘结剂逐渐均匀地喷洒到三聚氰胺毡的一面,在三聚氰胺毡上表面形成一层0.5~3mm的聚酯薄膜,获得淋膜产品;
(3)将无纺布通过轴棍拉展开,铺覆于淋膜产品的聚酯一侧,获得复合层垫的半成品;
(4)通过热压辊将复合层垫的半成品进行热压处理,热压温度为180~280℃,压力为0.1~5MPa,热压的半成品的移动速率为5m~25m/min;
(5)将上述完成的复合层垫通过压辊进行滚平处理,并放置在160~260℃的热空气中1~3分钟加速固化,冷却后经裁切即得到多功能复合层垫的成品。
本发明的有益效果是:①采用三聚氰胺泡绵层作为清洁主体,对各种污渍都具有高效的清洁能力,特别是对固态油污和茶渍等顽垢清洁效果理想;吸水型无纺布层能及时吸附家具的表面水,避免重复更换清洁布的繁琐以及避免留下水印影响美观;复合结构增加了三聚氰胺泡绵的强度,提高了复合层垫的耐用性;可流水线式生产,生产效率高,品质稳定。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定。
实施例1
一种多功能复合层垫的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述顺序的步骤:
(1)将不饱和聚酯树脂、固化剂和引发剂按比例加入高速混合机中,混合均匀后即调配成聚酯粘结剂;
(2)将聚酯粘结剂倒入淋膜器内,通过压力将聚酯粘结剂逐渐均匀地喷洒到3cm厚的三聚氰胺毡的一面,在三聚氰胺毡上表面形成一层1mm的聚酯薄膜,获得淋膜产品;
(3)将5mm厚的粘胶无纺布通过轴棍拉展开,铺覆于淋膜产品的聚酯一侧,获得复合层垫的半成品;
(4)通过热压辊将复合层垫的半成品进行热压处理,热压温度为220℃,压力为3Mpa;
(5)将上述完成的复合层垫通过压辊进行滚平处理,并放置在160℃的热空气中1分钟加速固化,冷却后经裁切即得到多功能复合层垫的成品。
该复合层垫较薄,触感良好,方便透过层垫间接对顽垢施力,三聚氰胺泡绵的细小孔径对顽垢起到良好的摩擦吸附作用,在清洗茶几的茶渍时效果显著,而另一面的无纺布则可用于吸附茶几的表面水,避免更换清洁布的繁琐。
实施例2
一种多功能复合层垫的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述顺序的步骤:
(1)将不饱和聚酯树脂、固化剂和引发剂按比例加入高速混合机中,混合均匀后即调配成聚酯粘结剂;
(2)将聚酯粘结剂倒入淋膜器内,通过压力将聚酯粘结剂逐渐均匀地喷洒到5cm厚的三聚氰胺毡的一面,在三聚氰胺毡上表面形成一层1.5mm的聚酯薄膜,获得淋膜产品;
(3)将8mm厚的粘胶无纺布通过轴棍拉展开,铺覆于淋膜产品的聚酯一侧,获得复合层垫的半成品;
(4)通过热压辊将复合层垫的半成品进行热压处理,热压温度为240℃,压力为2.5Mpa;
(5)将上述完成的复合层垫通过压辊进行滚平处理,并放置在200℃的热空气中1分钟加速固化,冷却后经裁切即得到多功能复合层垫的成品。
该复合层垫较厚,触感良好,三聚氰胺泡绵层中可吸入清洗剂,实现快速高效的清洗,而残留的清洗泡沫则可通过另一面的无纺布快速擦干避免留下水印,清洁效果明显。

1.一种具有擦渍和吸水功能的复合层垫,其特征在于:所述复合层垫由三聚氰胺泡绵层、粘结层和无纺布层复合组成,粘结层位于三聚氰胺泡绵层和无纺布层中间,所述的三聚氰胺泡绵层厚度为0.5~5cm,泡绵的气孔率为90%~97%,所述的粘结层材质为固化的不饱和聚酯树脂,厚度为0.5~2mm,固化前聚酯树脂中的固化剂为乙烯基甲苯,引发剂为过氧化二甲苯酰,无纺布的材质为吸水性无纺布PP,克重为50~70g,厚度为2~10mm。
2.一种具有擦渍和吸水功能的复合层垫的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述顺序的步骤:

(2)将聚酯粘结剂倒入淋膜器内,通过压力将聚酯粘结剂逐渐均匀地喷洒到三聚氰胺毡的一面,在三聚氰胺毡上表面形成一层0.5~3mm的聚酯薄膜,获得淋膜产品;
(3)将无纺布通过轴辊拉展开,铺覆于淋膜产品的聚酯一侧,获得复合层垫的半成品;
(4)通过热压辊将复合层垫的半成品进行热压处理,热压温度为180~280℃,压力为0.1~5MPa,热压过程半成品的移动速度为5m~25m/min;
(5)将上述完成的复合层垫通过压辊进行滚平处理,并放置在160~260℃的热空气中1~3分钟加速固化,冷却后经裁切即得到多功能复合层垫的成品。
