Abstract

本实用新型是涉及一种微孔涂层擦布,其技术特征在于无纺布的正、反面各涂有一层聚合物微孔涂层;其聚合物涂层的材料为丙烯酸类粘合剂、发泡剂、橡胶胶乳、交联凝固剂、稳泡剂组成。本实用新型的优点:在于无纺布的正、反两面微孔涂层形成后,其无纺布表面较毛的纤维固定在涂层中,增强无纺布涂层揩擦强度和抗表面耐磨性,提高了去污清洁性能。

一、技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种清洁布,具体地说是一种微孔涂层擦布。
二、背景技术:
目前,现有的非职造清洁布通过化学粘合、热粘合或水刺等加工方法将网状纤维加固而成,其加工的方法决定了非职造清洁布的耐磨强度低、经反复使用后通常纤维也较易脱落,造成再次污染等缺点。所以这类清洁布很难推广应用。
三、发明内容:
针对上述存在的缺点,本实用新型提供一种将发泡涂层工艺应用到非职造后整理中,改善提高无纺布擦布的耐磨强度、清洁去污能力的一种微孔涂层擦布。
为达到上述的目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:它包括无纺布(1)、正面微孔涂层(2)、反面微孔涂层(3)构成,其特征在于在无纺布(1)的正面与反面各涂有一层微孔聚合物微孔涂层(2)和微孔涂层(3),其聚合物涂层的材料为丙烯酸类粘合剂、发泡剂、橡胶胶乳、交联凝固剂、稳泡剂组成。其涂层发泡材料,根据发泡方式:一种是用机械发泡方式:采用直接涂布法:用发泡机高速搅拌,搅拌到一定发泡体积后,将发泡浆料直接均匀地涂复到无纺布正、反表面,再进入烘箱固化、加热干燥,其温度控制在120-175℃;另一种是采用化学发泡方式:亦即采用间接涂布法、又称转移涂层法,先将浆料用刮刀方法均匀涂刮在具网格的辊子中,再与其它胶辊与织物压合,使网格辊上的浆料转移到织物基布上,进入烘房加热发泡,固化干燥,其温度在(120-175℃)。本实用新型的优点在于无纺布(1)正、反两面微孔涂层形成后,其无纺布表面较毛的纤维固定在涂层中使无纺布表面得到改善,增强无纺布涂层揩擦强度和抗表面耐磨性,达到弹松性好,具有柔软及弹性的手咸,提高了去污清洁性能。

下面结合图1对本实用新型具体实施过程作进一步说明:其微孔涂层擦布,包括无纺布(1)、正面微孔涂层(2)、反面微孔涂层(3)构成,在无纺布(1)的正面与反面各涂一层聚合物微孔涂层(2)和微孔涂层(3),其聚合物涂层的材料为丙烯酸类粘合剂、发泡剂、橡胶胶乳、交联凝固剂、稳泡剂组成,聚合物涂层是通过用机械发泡方式,采用直接涂布法用发泡机高速搅拌到一定发泡体积后,将发泡浆料直接均匀涂复在无纺布的正、反面上,再经过烘箱固化、加热干燥而成。
