本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种小叶云实健脾护胃颗粒,由原料按以下重量份数制成,小叶云实25-30份、梵天花根20-25份、旋复花15-18份、毛大丁草根13-17份、叶上花12-16份、黄荆子10-13份、麦芽8-10份、午香草5-8份、歪头菜3-5份、蔬菜粉30-35份、辅料3-5份;所述辅料,由原料按以下重量份数制成,纤维素酶1-1.5份、苹果酸0.5-1份、蔗糖1-1.5份、阿拉伯胶0.5-1份。

(1)原料预处理:

(2)制备中药液:
按重量份数,取洗净的小叶云实、梵天花根、旋复花、毛大丁草根、叶上花、黄荆子、麦芽、午香草、歪头菜,混合,加入3-5倍饮用水,浸泡12-15小时,使用超声波法进行一次植物细胞破壁;破壁后,再加入纤维素酶,于70-80℃条件下,酶解20-25分钟,过滤,得酶解液;取酶解液,加热至100℃,加热10-15分钟,进行酶失活处理,得中药液;
(3)制备蔬菜粉:

本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种小叶云实健脾护胃颗粒,营养价值高,食用安全性高,长期食用,具有健脾护胃、行气养胃、理气和血的功效,适宜大众人群。
本发明的工艺优点:工艺流程简洁、易操作,工艺科学,不会导致原料中营养元素的流失,选料配比合理,适宜大众人群。
本发明经两组临床验证,其中一组为治疗组,食用本发明,每天食用本发明一次,7天为一个疗程,另一组对照组服用健脾养胃口服液,每天服用一次,7天为一个疗程,每组选择门诊病人100例,其中男30例,女70例,最大年龄75岁,最小年龄25岁,临床表现为食欲不振、消化不良、四肢不温、口淡不渴、大便稀溏,表一为服用一个疗程后的对照数据:

一种小叶云实健脾护胃颗粒,由原料按以下重量份数制成,小叶云实25-30份、梵天花根20-25份、旋复花15-18份、毛大丁草根13-17份、叶上花12-16份、黄荆子10-13份、麦芽8-10份、午香草5-8份、歪头菜3-5份、蔬菜粉30-35份、辅料3-5份;所述辅料,由原料按以下重量份数制成,纤维素酶1-1.5份、苹果酸0.5-1份、蔗糖1-1.5份、阿拉伯胶0.5-1份。
实施例2
所述一种小叶云实健脾护胃颗粒,原料按最佳重量份数,小叶云实28份、梵天花根20份、旋复花18份、毛大丁草根15份、叶上花14份、黄荆子10份、麦芽8份、午香草7份、歪头菜4份、蔬菜粉30份、辅料4份。

所述一种小叶云实健脾护胃颗粒,所述蔬菜粉的原料为包包菜、油豆、莴笋、米苋、牛皮菜中一种或几种的组合。
所述蔬菜粉原料为包包菜和油豆或包包菜和莴笋、包包菜和米苋、包包菜和牛皮菜、油豆和莴笋、油豆和米苋、油豆和牛皮菜、莴笋和米苋、莴笋和牛皮菜、米苋和牛皮菜的组合。
所述蔬菜粉原料为包包菜、油豆、莴笋或包包菜、米苋、牛皮菜或油豆、米苋、牛皮菜的组合。

所述一种小叶云实健脾护胃颗粒的制备方法,包括以下工序:
(1)原料预处理:
按重量份数,取优质的小叶云实、梵天花根、旋复花、毛大丁草根、叶上花、黄荆子、麦芽、午香草、歪头菜、蔬菜,洗净,备用;
(2)制备中药液:
按重量份数,取洗净的小叶云实、梵天花根、旋复花、毛大丁草根、叶上花、黄荆子、麦芽、午香草、歪头菜,混合,加入3-5倍饮用水,浸泡12-15小时,使用超声波法进行一次植物细胞破壁;破壁后,再加入纤维素酶,于70-80℃条件下,酶解20-25分钟,过滤,得酶解液;取酶解液,加热至100℃,加热10-15分钟,进行酶失活处理,得中药液;
(3)制备蔬菜粉:
按重量份数,取洗净的蔬菜,根据原料特性,切成条、丝、片状,放入热水中焯煮至熟透,冷却至室温,再置于烘干机内,经脱水干燥得干菜,再将干菜粉碎至200-240目的超微蔬菜粉;
(4)混合制粒:
按重量份数,取中药液、蔬菜粉,置于搅拌机内,再加入苹果酸、蔗糖、阿拉伯胶,混合均匀,得混合物;将混合物置于摇摆制粒机内制粒,得整粒;
(5)干燥:
取工序(4)中得到的整粒,高温干燥至水分含量为2%以下,得干粒;将干粒用振动筛筛选20-30目之间的颗粒,混合装袋,即得成品。
所述蔬菜粉、辅料中的原料,只是示例性说明,但不只局限于上述原料,相关技术人员可对其进行等同置换。

1.一种小叶云实健脾护胃颗粒,其特征在于:由原料按以下重量份数制成,小叶云实25-30份、梵天花根20-25份、旋复花15-18份、毛大丁草根13-17份、叶上花12-16份、黄荆子10-13份、麦芽8-10份、午香草5-8份、歪头菜3-5份、蔬菜粉30-35份、辅料3-5份;所述辅料,由原料按以下重量份数制成,纤维素酶1-1.5份、苹果酸0.5-1份、蔗糖1-1.5份、阿拉伯胶0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种小叶云实健脾护胃颗粒,其特征在于:原料按最佳重量份数,小叶云实28份、梵天花根20份、旋复花18份、毛大丁草根15份、叶上花14份、黄荆子10份、麦芽8份、午香草7份、歪头菜4份、蔬菜粉30份、辅料4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种小叶云实健脾护胃颗粒,其特征在于:所述蔬菜粉的原料为包包菜、油豆、莴笋、米苋、牛皮菜中一种或几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种小叶云实健脾护胃颗粒,其特征在于:所述辅料中原料按最佳重量份数,纤维素酶1.2份、苹果酸0.6份、蔗糖1.5份、阿拉伯胶0.8份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述一种小叶云实健脾护胃颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下工序,
(1)原料预处理:
按重量份数,取优质的小叶云实、梵天花根、旋复花、毛大丁草根、叶上花、黄荆子、麦芽、午香草、歪头菜、蔬菜,洗净,备用;
(2)制备中药液:
