Abstract

本发明提供一种手机电池铝壳预充架,包括放置架,所述放置架上设置有夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置上端设置有预充装置,所述预充装置与夹紧装置接触位置为导电材料,通过预充装置对夹紧装置上的铝壳进行预充电,所述放置架上设置有下料机械手,所述下料机械手设置在放置架上方,通过下料机械手对夹紧装置上的铝壳进行下料。通过夹紧装置对铝壳进行夹紧,并且通过预充装置对其进行预充处理,设置下料机械手和下料轨道的组合对铝壳进行自动下料,提高工作效率,并且设置升降装置对预充装置进行升降,避免夹紧装置上没有铝壳时预充装置仍然工作导致的资源浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及手机电池制造领域,尤其涉及一种对手机电池的铝壳进行预充处理的手机电池铝壳预充架。
背景技术
目前在制造手机电池时,需要对手机电池的铝制外壳进行预充电处理,使手机电池的铝制外壳可以存储电能。目前在对手机电池的铝制外壳进行预充电时,只能通过常用的预充装置进行预充,但是常用的预充装置在上下料时需要人工进行,工作效率不高且处理过后的铝制外壳容易产生高温,造成下料时烫伤工人。因此,解决铝壳预充处理时下料不便的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种对手机电池的铝壳进行预充处理的手机电池铝壳预充架,通过夹紧装置对铝壳进行夹紧,并且通过预充装置对其进行预充处理,设置下料机械手和下料轨道的组合对铝壳进行自动下料,解决了铝壳预充处理时下料不便的问题。
本发明提供一种手机电池铝壳预充架,包括放置架,所述放置架上设置有夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置上端设置有预充装置,所述预充装置与夹紧装置接触位置为导电材料,通过预充装置对夹紧装置上的铝壳进行预充电,所述放置架上设置有下料机械手,所述下料机械手设置在放置架上方,通过下料机械手对夹紧装置上的铝壳进行下料。
进一步改进在于:所述放置架旁设置有下料轨道,所述下料轨道上设置有红外线传感器。
进一步改进在于:所述预充装置上端设置有升降装置,所述升降装置一侧设置有移动检测装置,通过移动检测装置对升降装置的升降位置进行检测。
进一步改进在于:所述预充装置的数量至少为五个,且分布在放置架上。
本发明的有益效果是:通过夹紧装置对铝壳进行夹紧,并且通过预充装置对其进行预充处理,设置下料机械手和下料轨道的组合对铝壳进行自动下料,提高工作效率,并且设置升降装置对预充装置进行升降,避免夹紧装置上没有铝壳时预充装置仍然工作导致的资源浪费。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种手机电池铝壳预充架,包括放置架1,所述放置架1上设置有夹紧装置2,所述夹紧装置2上端设置有预充装置3,所述预充装置3与夹紧装置2接触位置为导电材料,通过预充装置3对夹紧装置2上的铝壳进行预充电,所述放置架1上设置有下料机械手4,所述下料机械手4设置在放置架1上方,通过下料机械手4对夹紧装置2上的铝壳进行下料。所述放置架1旁设置有下料轨道5,所述下料轨道5上设置有红外线传感器6。所述预充装置3上端设置有升降装置7,所述升降装置7一侧设置有移动检测装置8,通过移动检测装置8对升降装置7的升降位置进行检测。所述预充装置3的数量至少为五个,且分布在放置架1上。通过夹紧装置2对铝壳进行夹紧,并且通过预充装置3对其进行预充处理,设置下料机械手4和下料轨道5的组合对铝壳进行自动下料,提高工作效率,并且设置升降装置7对预充装置3进行升降,避免夹紧装置2上没有铝壳时预充装置3仍然工作导致的资源浪费。

1.一种手机电池铝壳预充架,包括放置架(1),所述放置架(1)上设置有夹紧装置(2),其特征在于:所述夹紧装置(2)上端设置有预充装置(3),所述预充装置(3)与夹紧装置(2)接触位置为导电材料,通过预充装置(3)对夹紧装置(2)上的铝壳进行预充电,所述放置架(1)上设置有下料机械手(4),所述下料机械手(4)设置在放置架(1)上方,通过下料机械手(4)对夹紧装置(2)上的铝壳进行下料。
2.如权利要求1所述的手机电池铝壳预充架,其特征在于:所述放置架(1)旁设置有下料轨道(5),所述下料轨道(5)上设置有红外线传感器(6)。
3.如权利要求1所述的手机电池铝壳预充架,其特征在于:所述预充装置(3)上端设置有升降装置(7),所述升降装置(7)一侧设置有移动检测装置(8),通过移动检测装置(8)对升降装置(7)的升降位置进行检测。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的手机电池铝壳预充架,其特征在于:所述预充装置(3)的数量至少为五个,且分布在放置架(1)上。
