Abstract

本发明公开了一种客车座椅的气袋式安全保护结构，是在客车前排座椅的后面设置有上气囊和下气囊，上气囊和下气囊均设置在气囊盒中，上气囊的位置对应后排乘员的头部，下气囊的位置对应后排乘员的膝盖部，上气囊和下气囊通过开关与气泵连通，开关设置在客车前排座椅中，开关的位置对应后排乘员的膝盖。碰撞过程中，后排乘员的膝盖碰触客车前排座椅中的开关，上气囊和下气囊爆破，气流通过进入上气囊和下气囊，上气囊和下气囊展开后分别保护乘员的头部和膝盖。本发明避免了简单的增加头胸气囊反作用力对座椅骨架及乘客的影响，上气囊和下气囊展开后，可以吸收撞击过程中的能量，同时保护乘员的膝部和头胸部，保证了乘员的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种客车座椅的气袋式安全保护结构。
背景技术
目前客车座椅实际使用过程中，乘客不系安全带的情况还是非常普遍。国家对于客车后排座椅安全性要求不断提高，GB13057对不系安全带的无约束乘员安全状况做了试验要求。
现有的客车座椅骨架结构没有保护乘员的特殊结构，只是通过座椅靠背内嵌金属钢板结构、塑料结构或者木板结构等方式来承载来自后排乘员的冲击载荷，如图1和图2所示，实际碰撞过程中骨架变形大，不足以将后排乘员挡在靠背后端，对于后排乘员的安全保护程度不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题，而提供一种客车座椅的气袋式安全保护结构。本发明解决了无安全带约束碰撞时，对客车乘客造成的伤害问题。
本发明是在客车前排座椅的后面设置有上气囊和下气囊，上气囊和下气囊均设置在气囊盒中，上气囊的位置对应后排乘员的头部，下气囊的位置对应后排乘员的膝盖部，上气囊和下气囊通过开关与气泵连通，开关设置在客车前排座椅中，开关的位置对应后排乘员的膝盖。
碰撞过程中，后排乘员的膝盖碰触客车前排座椅中的开关，上气囊和下气囊爆破，气流通过进入上气囊和下气囊，上气囊和下气囊展开后分别保护乘员的头部和膝盖。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明避免了简单的增加头胸气囊反作用力对座椅骨架及乘客的影响，上气囊和下气囊展开后，可以吸收撞击过程中的能量，同时保护乘员的膝部和头胸部，保证了乘员的安全性。

具体实施方式
请参阅图3和图4所示，本发明是在客车前排座椅1的后面设置有上气囊2和下气囊3，上气囊2和下气囊3均设置在气囊盒中，上气囊2的位置对应后排乘员的头部，下气囊3的位置对应后排乘员的膝盖部，上气囊2和下气囊3通过开关4与气泵连通，开关4设置在客车前排座椅1中，开关4的位置对应后排乘员的膝盖。
碰撞过程中，后排乘员的膝盖碰触客车前排座椅1中的开关4，上气囊2和下气囊3爆破，气流通过进入上气囊2和下气囊3，上气囊2和下气囊3展开后分别保护乘员的头部和膝盖。

1.一种客车座椅的气袋式安全保护结构，其特征在于：是在客车前排座椅(1)的后面设置有上气囊(2)和下气囊(3)，上气囊(2)和下气囊(3)均设置在气囊盒中，上气囊(2)的位置对应后排乘员的头部，下气囊(3)的位置对应后排乘员的膝盖部，上气囊(2)和下气囊(3)通过开关(4)与气泵连通，开关(4)设置在客车前排座椅(1)中，开关(4)的位置对应后排乘员的膝盖。
