本发明涉及墨盒技术领域,具体为一种便于清洗和防堵塞的彩印墨盒。
背景技术
在彩印设备中,墨盒是其中一个必不可少的部件,用于提供印刷的油墨,但是现有的墨盒不便于清洗,有些劣质的油墨含有较大的固体颗粒,使墨盒在长期使用下易堵塞,所以不能反复使用,墨盒废弃后难以回收,以至于污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于清洗和防堵塞的彩印墨盒,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便于清洗和防堵塞的彩印墨盒,包括盒体,所述盒体内腔的底部设有隔板,所述盒体的顶部设有进墨口,且盒体的底部设有出墨口,所述盒体的顶部设有连接口,该连接口的顶部通过两根导管分别连接有储气罐和储水罐,所述储气罐和储水罐均位于盒体的一侧,且储气罐和储水罐与储气罐和储水罐对应导管的连接处分别设有气泵和水泵,所述盒体的内部设有转动杆,该转动杆的一端与连接口联通,所述转动杆的两侧对称设有横杆,且转动杆和横杆均为中空结构,该横杆的一端设有喷头和毛刷,且毛刷均分布在喷头外侧,所述转动杆的另一端与电机输出端连接,该电机位于隔板的上方。
优选的,所述盒体的内腔和隔板的空隙中设有吸墨层,且吸墨层为海绵吸墨层。
优选的,所述隔板的表面通过污水口连接有污水管,该污水管穿过盒体延伸至盒体外部,且污水管上设有电磁阀。
优选的,所述隔板为过滤板,该过滤板的表面开设有孔洞。
优选的,所述电机的外部套设有电机箱,且电机箱的外表面设置有防水层和防腐蚀层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该便于清洗和防堵塞的彩印墨盒通过设置气泵和水泵,方便墨盒内清洗,使用方便,且省事,通过设置毛刷,对墨盒的内壁进行清洗,避免墨盒使用过长时间后,固体颗粒和晶体造成盒内堵塞,通过电机,带动连接毛刷的横杆转动,使毛刷清洁更彻底,更干净,此装置使用简单,且延长了墨盒的使用寿命,且保护环境。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种便于清洗和防堵塞的彩印墨盒,包括盒体1,盒体1内腔的底部设有隔板,隔板为过滤板,该过滤板的表面开设有孔洞,盒体1的内腔和隔板的空隙中设有吸墨层,且吸墨层为海绵吸墨层,通过设置海绵吸墨层,使油墨不易动荡,从而使装置供墨更加稳定且不堵塞,盒体1的顶部设有进墨口2,且盒体1的底部设有出墨口13,盒体1的顶部设有连接口3,该连接口3的顶部通过两根导管分别连接有储气罐4和储水罐5,储气罐4和储水罐5均位于盒体1的一侧,且储气罐4和储水罐5与储气罐4和储水罐5对应导管的连接处分别设有气泵6和水泵7,通过设置气泵6和水泵7,方便墨盒内清洗,使用方便,且省事,盒体1的内部设有转动杆8,该转动杆8的一端与连接口3联通,转动杆8的两侧对称设有横杆9,且转动杆8和横杆9均为中空结构,该横杆9的一端设有喷头10和毛刷11,且毛刷11均分布在喷头10外侧,通过设置毛刷11,对墨盒的内壁进行清洗,避免墨盒使用过长时间后,固体颗粒和晶体造成盒内堵塞,转动杆8的另一端与电机12输出端连接,该电机12位于隔板的上方,电机12的外部套设有电机箱,且电机箱的外表面设置有防水层和防腐蚀层,通过电机12,带动连接毛刷11的横杆9转动,使毛刷11清洁更彻底,更干净,隔板的表面通过污水口连接有污水管,该污水管穿过盒体1延伸至盒体1外部,且污水管上设有电磁阀,此装置使用简单,且延长了墨盒的使用寿命,且保护环境。
工作原理:该彩印墨盒中的油墨使用完过后,通过气泵6往墨盒内通入压缩气体,再通过电机12带动毛刷11转动,对墨盒内进行清扫,清扫完毕后通过水泵7通入高压水,对墨盒内进行清洗,清洗完毕后打开电磁阀,将废水排除,从而实现清洗防堵塞的功效。

1.一种便于清洗和防堵塞的彩印墨盒,包括盒体(1),所述盒体(1)内腔的底部设有隔板,所述盒体(1)的顶部设有进墨口(2),且盒体(1)的底部设有出墨口(13),其特征在于:所述盒体(1)的顶部设有连接口(3),该连接口(3)的顶部通过两根导管分别连接有储气罐(4)和储水罐(5),所述储气罐(4)和储水罐(5)均位于盒体(1)的一侧,且储气罐(4)和储水罐(5)与储气罐(4)和储水罐(5)对应导管的连接处分别设有气泵(6)和水泵(7),所述盒体(1)的内部设有转动杆(8),该转动杆(8)的一端与连接口(3)连通,所述转动杆(8)的两侧对称设有横杆(9),且转动杆(8)和横杆(9)均为中空结构,该横杆(9)的一端设有喷头(10)和毛刷(11),且毛刷(11)均分布在喷头(10)外侧,所述转动杆(8)的另一端与电机(12)输出端连接,该电机(12)位于隔板的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于清洗和防堵塞的彩印墨盒,其特征在于:所述盒体(1)的内腔和隔板的空隙中设有吸墨层,且吸墨层为海绵吸墨层。
