Abstract

本发明属于一种容器领域,是针对现有的容器外膜容易脱落而提供的一种3D金属膜镀膜容器,包括PP塑料材质本体,在塑料材质本体外覆有带图案的金属膜,在金属膜外层覆有透明膜,在透明膜上加工有防滑压痕,金属膜、透明膜和本体一体成型结构。3D金属膜镀膜容器的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:将金属膜覆膜到PP塑料片上;在金属膜上印刷图案;在金属膜上再覆盖上一层透明薄膜;在透明薄膜上压痕;再进行裁剪;将裁剪后的半成品放入塑料模具内注塑成型得到成品。本发明结构简单,先将金属膜及薄膜覆在PP塑料上再通过模具注塑成型,使得PP塑料外部的膜与PP塑料一体成型,使膜与塑料融合在一起,用手都不能将膜扣下,膜与塑料的连接强度极高。

技术领域
本发明属于一种容器领域,尤其涉及一种3D金属膜镀膜容器及其制作工艺。
背景技术
现有的容器的外部一层广告装饰膜都是通过粘接在容器上的,其易脱落,脱落后影响产品的美观,影响产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有的容器外膜容易脱落而提供的一种3D金属膜镀膜容器及其制作工艺。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
一种3D金属膜镀膜容器,包括本体,本体为PP塑料材质,在塑料材质的本体外覆有带图案的金属膜,在金属膜外层覆有至少一层透明膜,在透明膜上加工有防滑压痕,所述的金属膜、透明膜和本体一体成型结构。
所述的金属膜上的图案通过印刷而成。
在所述的本体的外表面设有均布的条状的凸起,相邻两条状的凸起之间形成有凹陷部分。
所述的条状的凸起的最高点与凹陷部分的最低点之间的距离不大于1mm。
一种3D金属膜镀膜容器的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将金属膜覆膜到PP塑料片上;
步骤二,在步骤一中的产物的金属膜上印刷图案;
步骤三,在步骤二中产物的金属膜上再覆盖上一层透明薄膜;
步骤四,在步骤三中产物的透明薄膜上压痕;
步骤五,在步骤四中产物进行裁剪;
步骤六,将步骤五中的产物放入塑料模具内注塑成型得到成品。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单,先将金属膜及薄膜覆在PP塑料上再通过模具注塑成型,使得PP塑料外部的膜与PP塑料一体成型,使膜与塑料融合在一起,用手都不能将膜扣下,膜与塑料的连接强度极高。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
如图1所示,一种3D金属膜镀膜容器,包括本体1,值得下注意的是本体1为PP塑料材质,在塑料材质的本体外覆有带图案的金属膜2,在金属膜外层覆有至少一层透明膜3,在透明膜上加工有防滑压痕,所述的金属膜、透明膜和本体一体成型结构。所述的金属膜上的图案通过印刷而成。在所述的本体的外表面设有均布的条状的凸起,相邻两条状的凸起之间形成有凹陷部分。所述的条状的凸起的最高点与凹陷部分的最低点之间的距离不大于1mm。
上述3D金属膜镀膜容器的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将金属膜覆膜到PP塑料片上;
步骤二,在步骤一中的产物的金属膜上印刷图案;
步骤三,在步骤二中产物的金属膜上再覆盖上一层透明薄膜;
步骤四,在步骤三中产物的透明薄膜上压痕;
步骤五,在步骤四中产物进行裁剪;
步骤六,将步骤五中的产物放入塑料模具内注塑成型得到成品。
通过本制作工艺制作出来的容器的膜与容器本体衔接处没有任何缝隙,将膜与塑料融为一体,膜可以根据客户设计替换不同设计的膜。

1.一种3D金属膜镀膜容器,包括本体,其特征在于,本体为PP塑料材质,在塑料材质的本体外覆有带图案的金属膜,在金属膜外层覆有至少一层透明膜,在透明膜上加工有防滑压痕,所述的金属膜、透明膜和本体一体成型结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种3D金属膜镀膜容器,其特征在于:所述的金属膜上的图案通过印刷而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种3D金属膜镀膜容器,其特征在于:在所述的本体的外表面设有均布的条状的凸起,相邻两条状的凸起之间形成有凹陷部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种3D金属膜镀膜容器,其特征在于:所述的条状的凸起的最高点与凹陷部分的最低点之间的距离不大于1mm。
5.一种3D金属膜镀膜容器的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将金属膜覆膜到PP塑料片上;
步骤二,在步骤一中的产物的金属膜上印刷图案;
步骤三,在步骤二中产物的金属膜上再覆盖上一层透明薄膜;
步骤四,在步骤三中产物的透明薄膜上压痕;
步骤五,在步骤四中产物进行裁剪;
步骤六,将步骤五中的产物放入塑料模具内注塑成型得到成品。
