环形零部件的刷漆装置
技术领域
本发明涉及零部件刷漆领域,尤其涉及一种环形零部件的刷漆装置。
背景技术
对于摩托车上的环形零部件来说,当其打标完成后通常需要在零部件打标处进行刷漆处理,以提高其色泽或使用寿命。在刷漆后需要将其放入到烤箱中烘烤,所以就需要将刷漆后的零部件整齐排列,否则会使油漆粘附在相邻零部件上,现有的处理方式通常有两种方式,一种是人工刷漆完毕后,再将其逐个叠放起来,在移动到烤箱中。这种方式操作复杂,且劳动强度大。另一种是采用一体化设备来实现,即刷漆和烤漆一起完成,这种设备虽然效率高,但是此类设备通常价格高昂,对于小型加工厂来说成本太高。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种环形零部件的刷漆装置,以解决现有环形零部件刷漆和烤漆过程中所存在的操作复杂,劳动强度大或成本高的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案如下:环形零部件的刷漆装置,包括加工机构和刷漆机构,所述加工机构包括基座和支撑柱,所述支撑柱可拆卸连接在基座上,所述支撑柱周向铰接有至少三个用于支撑零部件的铁质的固定件,所述固定件与支撑柱之间连接有压簧,使固定件垂直于支撑柱,所述支撑柱上嵌设有用于吸引固定件的电磁铁,该电磁铁位于固定件下方,所述刷漆机构包括往复摆动的摆臂和用于对零部件刷漆的刷漆头,所述刷漆头固定连接在摆臂上。
本方案的原理及优点在于:将环形零部件放置在支撑柱上的固定件上,摆臂便带动刷漆头在零部件的侧壁上进行刷漆,待刷漆完毕后,电磁铁通电带磁便将铁质的固定件向下吸附住,位于固定件上方的零部件失去支撑力便向下落入到基座上。此时,电磁铁断电使固定件在压簧的作用下复位,便对下一个零部件进行承载,并进行刷漆工作。如此反复,当支撑柱上叠放的零部件达到一定量时,便可取出支撑柱,将叠放整齐的零部件搬运到烤箱中进行烘烤。本方案的操作步骤简单方便,无需人工刷漆和排列刷漆后的零部件,大大降低了劳动强度;本方案由摆臂、固定件、支撑柱等价格低的部件组合而成,所以降低了本设备的成本。
优选方案一:作为基础方案的改进,所述摆臂由往复传动机构驱动,该往复传动机构包括传动气缸和与摆臂固定连接的传动轴,传动轴套设有齿轮,传动气缸输出轴上设有与齿轮啮合传动的齿条,工作中,传动气缸拉动齿条使齿轮顺时针旋转,从而使传动轴带动摆臂摆动,反之,传动气缸推动齿条时,摆臂则反向摆动。
优选方案二:作为优选方案一的改进,为了便于定支撑柱的拆卸与安装,所述基座上设有凹槽,该凹槽内设有卡销,所述支撑柱一端设有与卡销卡接的卡槽,在安装时直接将定位柱上的卡槽插入到转动盘内的卡销中即可,如此方便快捷。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:基座1、支撑柱2、卡销3、固定件4、刷漆头5、摆臂6、传动轴7、传动气缸8、电磁铁9、零部件10、齿轮11、齿条12。
实施例基本如附图1所示:环形零部件的刷漆装置,包括加工机构和刷漆机构,加工机构包括基座1和支撑柱2,支撑柱2可拆卸连接在基座1上,为了便于定位柱的拆卸与安装,所述基座1上设有凹槽,该凹槽内设有卡销3,支撑柱2一端设有与卡销3卡接的卡槽,在安装时直接将定位柱上的卡槽插入到转动盘内的卡销3中即可,如此方便快捷。支撑柱2周向均匀铰接有4个用于支撑零部件10的铁质的固定件4,固定件4与支撑柱2之间连接有压簧,使固定件4垂直于支撑柱2,支撑柱2上嵌设有用于吸引固定件4的电磁铁9,该电磁铁9位于固定件4下方。
刷漆机构包括往复摆动的摆臂6和用于对零部件10刷漆的刷漆头5。摆臂6由往复传动机构驱动,该往复传动机构包括传动气缸8和与摆臂6固定连接的传动轴7,传动轴7套设有齿轮11,传动气缸8输出轴上设有与齿轮11啮合传动的齿条12,工作中,传动气缸8拉动齿条12使齿轮11顺时针旋转,从而使传动轴7带动摆臂6摆动,反之,传动气缸8推动齿条12时,摆臂6则反向摆动。刷漆头5固定连接在摆臂6上。且刷漆头5与放置在固定件4上的零部件10相对应。在电磁铁9和气缸之间通过导线串联有计数器和控制器,当计数器检测到气缸运动奇数个周期时,将信号传递到控制器中,控制器便控制电磁铁9导通并吸引固定件4,当计数器检测到气缸运动偶数个周期时,便使电磁铁9断电。
在实际操作中,将环形零部件10放置在支撑柱2上的固定件4上,启动气缸,气缸通过传动轴7带动摆臂6摆动,摆臂6便带动刷漆头5在零部件10的侧壁上进行刷漆,当计数器检测到气缸运动奇数个周期(即刷漆头5来回摆动一次)后,将信号传递到控制器中,控制器便控制电磁铁9导通,此时电磁铁9便将铁质的固定件4向下吸附住,位于固定件4上方的零部件10失去支撑力便向下落入到基座1上,当气缸再运动一个周期后,电磁铁9断电使固定件4在压簧的作用下复位,并进行下一次零部件10刷漆工作。

1.环形零部件的刷漆装置,其特征在于,包括加工机构和刷漆机构,所述加工机构包括基座和支撑柱,所述支撑柱可拆卸连接在基座上,所述支撑柱周向均匀铰接有4个用于支撑零部件的铁质的固定件,所述固定件与支撑柱之间连接有压簧,使固定件垂直于支撑柱,所述支撑柱上嵌设有用于吸引固定件的电磁铁,该电磁铁位于固定件下方,所述刷漆机构包括往复摆动的摆臂和用于对零部件刷漆的刷漆头,所述刷漆头固定连接在摆臂上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环形零部件的刷漆装置,其特征在于:所述摆臂由往复传动机构驱动,该往复传动机构包括气缸和与摆臂固定连接的传动轴,所述气缸输出轴套设有齿轮,所述传动轴上设有与齿轮啮合传动的齿条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环形零部件的刷漆装置,其特征在于:所述基座上设有凹槽,该凹槽内设有卡销,所述支撑柱一端设有与卡销卡接的卡槽。
