TABLE 4 measurement results
Figure GDA0002606916230000071
The results show that the granules of the toothpaste prepared in the example 1 and the toothpaste prepared in the comparative example 1 are round, compared with the pigment of the comparative example 1, the pigment of the toothpaste prepared in the example 1 is not dissolved or separated due to the addition of the pigment 'oil soluble blue' which is insoluble in water, the stability is good, the pigment is not dissolved or separated at normal temperature and 45 ℃ after being placed for 3 months, meanwhile, the granules can be stably suspended in the transparent gel, the granules are not deformed, and the toothpaste can play a good role in cleaning and protecting teeth. After the toothpaste of the comparative example 1 is prepared, the water-soluble pigment is added into the particles, so that the pigment is dissolved and separated out by 50 percent, the pigment is dissolved and separated out by 90 percent after the toothpaste is placed for 1 month, and the deformation effect is obvious along with the prolonging of the placing time.
The toothpaste prepared in comparative example 2 had 95% of the particulates settled and were not effectively suspended in clear gel due to the disproportionate proportion of deionized water in clear gel. In addition, in comparative example 2, the colloid content was not in the appropriate range, the formed particles were not uniform and not rounded, and the forming rate was only 30%.
The toothpaste prepared in example 3 was too hard to be extruded in use because the amount of deionized water was too small compared to the toothpaste prepared in comparative example 3.
The toothpaste prepared in example 4 contained only spherical particles and no clear gel, compared to the toothpaste prepared in comparative example 4. More than 98% of the spherical particles prepared in example 4 were stably suspended in transparent gel, while the toothpaste prepared in comparative example 4 had all the spherical particles stacked together, and when the toothpaste prepared in example 4 and the toothpaste prepared in comparative example 4 were used separately in a bottle with a pump tube, the remaining unused spherical particles in example 4 were intact and had a breakage rate of 0 since the toothpaste was extruded through the pump tube each time it was used, while the remaining unused spherical particles in comparative example 4 were easily broken by air due to the absence of transparent gel to cushion the pressure of air during extrusion, and the breakage rate was higher as the standing time was longer.
In comparison with the toothpaste prepared in comparative example 5, since the volume ratio of the transparent gel to the spherical particles is 0.2:1, when the toothpaste is used in comparative example 4, the remaining unused spherical particles in comparative example 5 are easily broken by air extrusion because there is not enough transparent gel to buffer the pressure of air during extrusion, and the broken rate is higher as the time for standing is longer. .
The toothpaste prepared in example 5 and the toothpaste prepared in comparative example 6 were each subjected to a whitening test using an SP62 colorimeter under the same conditions, according to which the international commission on illumination (CIE) L a b standard colorimetric system is the most commonly used color system in dentistry, L represents the visual perception value of 0 to 100, and the larger value is close to white, and the smaller value is close to black. The effect of the toothpaste on removing the exogenous stains can be reflected by recording the change of the L value of the teeth before and after brushing. The test results are shown in Table 5 below.
Table 5 whitening test data
Figure GDA0002606916230000081
The test results in table 5 show that the relative standard deviation RSD of Δ L of the experimental test is less than 30%, which indicates that the experimental results of the whitening test method have good precision. Meanwhile, the Δ L values of the toothpaste of the control group and the toothpaste of the experimental group are 2.69 ± 2.18 and 2.69 ± 2.18, respectively, and the two have significant differences, which indicates that the whitening effect of the toothpaste prepared in example 5 is better than that of the toothpaste prepared in the control group 6.
The toothpaste prepared in example 6 and the toothpaste prepared in comparative example 7 were subjected to the bacteriostatic effect test under the same conditions, and the test results are shown in table 6, respectively, as follows.
TABLE 6 results of antibacterial analysis
Figure GDA0002606916230000091
The above results show that the toothpaste prepared in example 6 has higher activity of the effective component due to the addition of the transparent gel, and the bacteriostasis rate is more than 99.9% compared with the toothpaste prepared in comparative example 7.
