表5に示す組成の組成物1及び組成物2を各々練歯磨剤製造の定法に従い製造した。ストライプ歯磨用充填機に、組成物1及び組成物2をそれぞれのホッパーに移し、互いが混ざり合うことなくストライプ状に隣接させてチューブ容器(容器内に仕切り壁のない、歯磨剤用として一般的なチューブ容器)に充填し、ストライプ状歯磨製剤を得た。
得られた歯磨製剤及びストライプ状歯磨製剤の歯磨剤組成物について、下記評価を行った。

(1)歯への光沢付与効果の評価方法
専門家パネラー10人を用いた官能試験により、試験歯磨剤組成物の連続使用による上顎前歯1-1における光沢付与効果について評価した。試験歯磨剤組成物を歯ブラシ上に1cm押出し、普段と同じ方法で一日3回、一回3分間の歯磨きを2週間行った。その後、光沢付与効果について下記<評点>に基づいて評価し、得られた10人の平均点に基づき下記<評価基準>に従って結果を示す。

5点:使用前と比べ、顕著な光沢がある
4点:使用前と比べ、光沢がある
3点:使用前と比べ、やや光沢がある
2点:使用前と比べ、光沢に変化を感じない
1点:使用前と比べ、光沢が悪くなったと感じる

◎:10人の平均点が4.0点以上
○:10人の平均点が3.0点以上4.0点未満
×:10人の平均点が3.0点未満

専門家パネラー10人を用いた官能試験により試験歯磨剤組成物の使用後における歯ぐき引締め(ガムケア実感)について評価した。試験歯磨剤組成物を歯ブラシ上に1cm押出し、普段と同じ方法で3分間の歯磨きをし、その後、歯ぐき引締め(ガムケア実感)効果について下記<評点>に基づいて評価し、得られた10人の平均点に基づき下記<評価基準>に従って結果を示す。

5点:歯ぐきの引締め感が非常に高い
4点:歯ぐきの引締め感が高い
3点:歯ぐきの引締め感を感じる
2点:歯ぐきの引締め感をほとんど感じない
1点:歯ぐきの引締め感はない

◎:10人の平均点が4.0点以上
○:10人の平均点が3.0点以上4.0点未満
△:10人の平均点が2.0点以上3.0点未満
×:10人の平均点が2.0点未満

3点:均一で美しい着色である
2点:若干均一感に欠けるが問題ないレベル
1点:不均一で違和感のある着色である

◎:10名の平均が2.5以上
○:10名の平均が2.0以上2.5未満
×:10名の平均が2.0未満
「◎」,「〇」を合格とする。
