本发明公开了一种抽真空效率高的真空包装机的旋片式真空泵,以解决现有的真空泵长期使用后,容易漏气的问题。真空包装机的旋片式真空泵,包括泵体,在泵体内部设有泵腔,泵腔上部一侧开有进气口,泵腔上部另一侧开有出气口,在所述出气口处设有排气阀门,其特征在于,在所述泵腔内设有可旋转的偏心转子,在所述偏心转子上沿偏心转子的径向开有安装通孔,在所述安装通孔的中部设有一压簧,在所述安装通孔内位于压簧的两端分别设有一旋片,两旋片的一端均与压簧的端部相抵,两旋片的另一端均与泵腔壁相抵,两个旋片将泵腔分隔成进气室和排气室。

真空包装机的旋片式真空泵
技术领域
本发明涉及包装机技术,具体涉及一种真空包装机的旋片式真空泵。
背景技术
果蔬饮料的包装是果蔬饮料加工的重要环节,通常采用的是包装机,真空泵是真空包装机的主要工作部件,其性能的好坏直接影响到真空度的大小。现有的真空泵主要是活塞式真空泵,其主要结构包括一端开口的缸体,在所述缸体的开口处设有一安装板,在安装板相对的两侧分别设有一凸圆,在其中一个凸圆的外侧与缸体内壁之间设有排气挡板,另一个凸圆的内侧与缸体内壁之间设有进气挡板,在缸体内部的空腔内设有一转轴,转轴偏心连接在一转盘上,在所述转盘的盘面上靠近边缘处设有一连杆,所述连杆的端部连接有可沿缸体内壁往复运动的活塞,通过转轴带动转盘转动,设置在转盘上的连杆带动活塞往复运动,交替的打开进气挡板和排气挡板。但是上述真空泵存在的问题是:长期使用,进气挡板和排气挡板处容易漏气,导致抽真空的效果不好,并且上述真空泵活塞往复运动一次只能完成一次吸气排气过程,抽真空效率低。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种抽真空效率高的真空包装机的旋片式真空泵,以解决现有的真空泵长期使用后,容易漏气的问题。
本方案中的真空包装机的旋片式真空泵,包括泵体,在泵体内部设有泵腔,泵腔上部一侧开有进气口,泵腔上部另一侧开有出气口,在所述出气口处设有排气阀门,其特征在于,在所述泵腔内设有可旋转的偏心转子,在所述偏心转子上沿偏心转子的径向开有安装通孔,在所述安装通孔的中部设有一压簧,在所述安装通孔内位于压簧的两端分别设有一旋片,两旋片的一端均与压簧的端部相抵,两旋片的另一端均与泵腔壁相抵,两个旋片将泵腔分隔成进气室和排气室。
本发明方案的工作原理如下:偏心转子按顺时针方向旋转,两个旋片在压簧的压力和自身离心力的作用下,紧贴着泵腔内壁滑动,进气室的容积不断扩大,被抽气体通过进气口进入,当另一个旋片转过进气口位置时,吸入的气体被隔离,吸气完毕。偏心转子继续转动,被隔离的气体逐渐被压缩,压力升高,当压力超过排气阀门上的压力时,气体顶开排气阀门,从出气口排出。本方案的真空泵在工作时,通过两个旋片始终将泵腔分隔成进气室和排气室,偏心转子每旋转一周,完成两个吸气排气过程,抽真空效率较高。并且本真空泵相比与现有技术的真空泵,不容易漏气,使用效果更好。
进一步,在所述泵体的外部罩设有泵壳,所述泵壳的下部对称设有两个支脚,两只脚上均包覆有弹性垫,泵壳上部一侧设有进气孔,泵壳上部另一侧设有排气孔。通过两个支脚支撑泵壳,泵壳定位更稳定,且弹性垫具有减振的作用。
进一步,在所述出气口上还螺纹连接有调节板,所述调节板内设有凹槽,凹槽与排气阀门之间形成排气腔,在调节板上开有排气孔。由于调节板与泵体螺纹连接,因此通过旋转调节板可调节凹槽与排气阀门之间排气腔的容积,可调节排气量。
进一步,旋片与泵腔内壁相抵的一端具有圆滑的曲面,曲面的曲率与泵腔内壁曲率一致,在旋片与泵腔内壁相抵的一端设有密封垫。旋片与泵腔内壁相抵的一端具有圆滑的曲面,使旋片端部与泵腔内壁贴合的更紧密,且在旋片与泵腔内壁相抵的一端设置密封垫,防止漏气。

实施例基本如附图1所示:本实施例真空包装机的旋片式真空泵,包括泵体5,在泵体5的外部罩设有泵壳1,泵壳1的下部对称设有两个支脚4,两只脚上均包覆有弹性垫(图中未示出),泵壳1上部一侧设有进气孔,进气孔中穿设有进气管12,泵壳1上部另一侧设有排气孔11。
本实施例中在泵体5内部设有泵腔6,泵腔6上部一侧开有进气口,泵腔6上部另一侧开有出气口,在出气口处设有排气阀门9,排气阀门9的内侧设有迫使排气阀门9关闭的拉簧。本实施例中在排气口的外部还螺纹连接调节板10,在泵体5的外部设有环状的凸出的支撑台,调节板10中部开凹槽,凹槽与排气阀门9之间形成排气腔,在调节板10上开有排气孔11。
本实施在泵腔6内设有可旋转的偏心转子7,在偏心转子7上沿偏心转子7的径向开有安装通孔,在安装通孔的中部设有压簧8,在所述安装通孔内位于压簧8的两端分别设有一旋片3,两旋片3的一端均与压簧8的端部相抵,两旋片3的另一端均与泵腔6壁相抵,旋片3与泵腔6内壁相抵的一端具有圆滑的曲面,曲面的曲率与泵腔6内壁曲率一致,在旋片3与泵腔6内壁相抵的一端设有密封垫2。两个旋片3将泵腔6分隔成进气室和排气室。

1.真空包装机的旋片式真空泵,包括泵体,在泵体内部设有泵腔,泵腔上部一侧开有进气口,泵腔上部另一侧开有出气口,在所述出气口处设有排气阀门,其特征在于,在所述泵腔内设有可旋转的偏心转子,在所述偏心转子上沿偏心转子的径向开有安装通孔,在所述安装通孔的中部设有一压簧,在所述安装通孔内位于压簧的两端分别设有一旋片,两旋片的一端均与压簧的端部相抵,两旋片的另一端均与泵腔壁相抵,两个旋片将泵腔分隔成进气室和排气室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空包装机的旋片式真空泵,其特征在于:在所述泵体的外部罩设有泵壳,所述泵壳的下部对称设有两个支脚,两只脚上均包覆有弹性垫,泵壳上部一侧设有进气孔,泵壳上部另一侧设有排气孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的真空包装机的旋片式真空泵,其特征在于:在所述出气口上还螺纹连接有调节板,所述调节板内设有凹槽,凹槽与排气阀门之间形成排气腔,在调节板上开有排气孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的真空包装机的旋片式真空泵,其特征在于:所述的旋片与泵腔内壁相抵的一端具有圆滑的曲面,曲面的曲率与泵腔内壁曲率一致,在旋片与泵腔内壁相抵的一端设有密封垫。
