本发明公开了一种用于印染工艺的柔顺剂,包括下列重量份的组份:聚季铵盐-18?3~6份、二乙烯三胺6~12份、万寿菊精油2~4份、环氧氯丙烷15~20份、氨基硅油5~10份、薄荷精油1~2份、异丙醇30~35份、AEO-5?10~16份、大蒜精油1~2份、乙酸丙酯6~10份、龙艾精油1~2份、烷基芳基磺酸钠3~8份、染料固定剂3~6份、佛手柑精油1~2份、丙烯酰胺5~10份、岩兰草精油1~2份和葡萄糖酸钠5~10份。通过上述方式,本发明能够使得织物具有鲜亮的色泽,防霉,手感好。

技术领域
本发明涉及印染用品技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于印染工艺的柔顺剂。
背景技术
印染又称之为染整,是一种加工方式,也是前处理,染色,印花,后整理,洗水等的总称。染色可以给织物带来各自各样鲜艳的颜色,从而满足人们对服饰多样性的要求。染色可以分为织布前染色和织布后染色,织布前染色是先对纺织纱线进行染色,再用带色彩的纱线织出不同颜色的布料,称之为色织;织布后染色是先采用无色纱线进行织布,再对成品布进行染色。柔顺剂是布料染色过程中重要的一种助剂,现有的柔顺剂性能单一,还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于印染工艺的柔顺剂,能够使得织物具有鲜亮的色泽,防霉,手感好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于印染工艺的柔顺剂,包括下列重量份的组份:聚季铵盐-183~6份、二乙烯三胺6~12份、万寿菊精油2~4份、环氧氯丙烷15~20份、氨基硅油5~10份、薄荷精油1~2份、异丙醇30~35份、AEO-510~16份、大蒜精油1~2份、乙酸丙酯6~10份、龙艾精油1~2份、烷基芳基磺酸钠3~8份、染料固定剂3~6份、佛手柑精油1~2份、丙烯酰胺5~10份、岩兰草精油1~2份和葡萄糖酸钠5~10份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,包括下列重量份的组份:聚季铵盐-183份、二乙烯三胺6份、万寿菊精油2份、环氧氯丙烷15份、氨基硅油5份、薄荷精油1份、异丙醇30份、AEO-510份、大蒜精油1份、乙酸丙酯6份、龙艾精油1份、烷基芳基磺酸钠3份、染料固定剂3份、佛手柑精油1份、丙烯酰胺5份、岩兰草精油1份和葡萄糖酸钠5份。

一种用于印染工艺的柔顺剂,包括下列重量份的组份:聚季铵盐-186份、二乙烯三胺12份、万寿菊精油4份、环氧氯丙烷20份、氨基硅油10份、薄荷精油2份、异丙醇35份、AEO-516份、大蒜精油2份、乙酸丙酯10份、龙艾精油2份、烷基芳基磺酸钠8份、染料固定剂6份、佛手柑精油2份、丙烯酰胺10份、岩兰草精油2份和葡萄糖酸钠10份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明用于印染工艺的柔顺剂,能够使得织物具有鲜亮的色泽,防霉,手感好。
