本发明公开一种抗静电无纺布,所述的抗静电无纺布包括最上层的防静电层、中间层的聚乙烯纤维和最下层的基层组合而成,所述基层是由长丝纤维和碳纤维混合而成,所述的防静电层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的7%-11%,所述的聚乙烯纤维占抗静电无纺布总体分量的30%-40%,所述的基层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的58%-61%,本发明提供一种抗静电无纺布,具有抗静电,且吸水性好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电无纺布。
背景技术
现代制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,多选用优质的混纺面料。而纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻等天然面料因为有着易皱、易变形等天然面料的缺点,已经沦为一般布料,较少作为高档服装用料。混纺面料有着天然面料吸汗透气、柔软舒服的特点,又吸收了化纤面料结实耐穿、垂悬挺括、光泽好颜色鲜亮等优点,每年有大量的高档优质混纺面料被开发出来。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。随着现代人生活质量的提高,同样他们对自己的穿着要求也愈来愈高,不再限于是服装的造型,款式,更注重服装的面料是否舒适,是否环保。以这些天然动植物材料为原料加工的服装人们称之为“生态服装”,如棉,麻,丝毛,皮之类新型低碳环保面料,它们以天然动植物为原材料并且经过病毒检测具有相应的标志。”与当今“环保风”和现代人返璞归真的内心需求结合,“生态服装”正逐渐成为时装领域的新潮流。它们不仅从款式和上体现花色设计环保意识,而且从面料到纽扣,拉链等附件也都采用无污染的天然原料;从原料生产到加工也完全从保护生态环境的角度出发,避免使用化学印染原料和树脂等破坏环境的物质。生态服装与绿色服装概念基本相同,但也稍稍有区别:“绿色服装”主要是绿色纺织品和生态服装。国际上已开发上市的“绿色纺织品”一般具有防臭,抗菌,消炎,抗紫外线,抗辐射,增湿等多种功能。这类产品在我国还属初创阶段,已经推出的主要以内衣为主,但由于这类纺织具有特定有益人体健康的功能,因而较受消费者的欢迎。从以上可以看出设计服装不论从面料还是款式出发,不仅考虑到是否舒适,时尚,更重要的是与环保相结合,低碳环保才是未来服装面料的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有抗静电,且吸水性好优点的抗静电无纺布。
本发明的技术方案是:一种抗静电无纺布,所述的抗静电无纺布包括最上层的防静电层、中间层的聚乙烯纤维和最下层的基层组合而成,所述基层是由长丝纤维和碳纤维混合而成,所述的防静电层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的7%-11%,所述的聚乙烯纤维占抗静电无纺布总体分量的30%-40%,所述的基层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的58%-61%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的防静电层的厚度为0.5-0.6mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的防静电层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的7%,所述的聚乙烯纤维占抗静电无纺布总体分量的32%,所述的基层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的61%。
本发明的一种抗静电无纺布,具有抗静电,且吸水性好的优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的抗静电无纺布包括最上层的防静电层、中间层的聚乙烯纤维和最下层的基层组合而成,所述基层是由长丝纤维和碳纤维混合而成,所述的防静电层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的7%-11%,所述的聚乙烯纤维占抗静电无纺布总体分量的30%-40%,所述的基层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的58%-61%。
进一步说明,所述的防静电层的厚度为0.5-0.6mm,所述的防静电层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的7%,所述的聚乙烯纤维占抗静电无纺布总体分量的32%,所述的基层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的61%。
进一步说明,聚乙烯纤维由线型聚乙烯(高密度聚乙烯)纺制成的聚烯烃纤维。又称乙纶。结晶度>85%,斜方晶系,密度0.95~0.96g/cm3,熔融温度124~138℃,玻璃化温度-75~-120℃,纤维性能分普通型和高强高模型,普通型纤维强度4.4~7.9cN/dtex,模量31~88.3cN/dtex,断裂伸长8%~35%。线型聚乙烯一般以Al(C2H5)3-TiCl3为催化剂,常压定向聚合而成,纤维成型前者用熔体纺丝法,后者以超高分子量聚乙烯为原料,用凝胶纺丝法或超拉伸法。溶剂有十氢萘、石蜡油、石蜡和煤油。纤维用途,前者用于制造绳索、渔网、过滤布和包装袋;后者用于制造防弹服及防弹制品、防切割织物、缆绳和渔网。聚乙烯纤维性能:(1)纤维强度和伸长与丙纶相接近;(2)吸湿能力与丙纶相似,在通常大气条件下回潮率为0;(3)具有较稳定的化学性质,有良好的耐化学药品性和耐腐蚀性;(4)耐热性较差,但耐湿热性能较好,其熔点为110-120℃,较其它纤维低,抗熔孔性很差;(5)有良好的电绝缘性。耐光性较差,在光的照射下易老化。本发明提供一种抗静电无纺布,具有抗静电,且吸水性好的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种抗静电无纺布,其特征在于:所述的抗静电无纺布包括最上层的防静电层、中间层的聚乙烯纤维和最下层的基层组合而成,所述基层是由长丝纤维和碳纤维混合而成,所述的防静电层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的7%-11%,所述的聚乙烯纤维占抗静电无纺布总体分量的30%-40%,所述的基层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的58%-61%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电无纺布,其特征在于:所述的防静电层的厚度为0.5-0.6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电无纺布,其特征在于:所述的防静电层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的7%,所述的聚乙烯纤维占抗静电无纺布总体分量的32%,所述的基层占抗静电无纺布总体分量的61%。
