Abstract
本发明提供一种用于水润滋养眼部精华素的组合物,其有效成分按重量份数计包括霍霍巴籽油、角鲨烷、牛油果树果酯、黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物、海藻糖、乙酰基四肽、红景天提取液、生育酚乙酸酯、透明质酸钠、脱羧肌肽HCl、葛根提取物以及光果甘草根提取物;本发明组合物用于眼部精华素,可以呵护眼周娇嫩肌肤、达到长久的滋润、补水作用,同时长期使用后能够活化眼周血液并明显改善黑眼圈、抚平眼部干纹。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,尤其涉及一种能够击退黑色素沉积、补水、抗皱的水润滋养眼部精华素及其制备方法。
背景技术
眼睛周围皮肤比较薄,极易受到外界刺激造成损伤,特别是现在工作生活环境中电脑辐射直接导致的眼部皮肤提前衰老,另外,因睡眠不足或生活压力形成眼部血液循环减慢,血液停滞于血管内,血液细胞便移向连接着接近皮肤的细胞组织,使眼部皮肤形成一层蓝色,进一步表现为黑眼圈;另外眼部还经常容易出现眼袋、脂肪粒等眼周问题,现有市场上的眼部使用产品美白功效含有保存不稳定的熊果苷、维生素C和曲酸等,而抗衰老、消除水肿等效果不能兼顾。中药作为美容产品越来越受到人们的青睐,中药中有不少属于补益药或药食用源的补品,取材方便,副作用小。特别是人们现在已开始摒弃化学合成物,崇尚天然物质,中药美容受到了人们的欢迎。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是能够保湿效果佳、美白抗皱,且易于吸收不油腻的用于水润滋养眼部精华素的组合物。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于水润滋养眼部精华素的组合物,其有效成分按重量份数计包括如下组份:
霍霍巴籽油3.75-4.25;
角鲨烷3.15-3.95;
牛油果树果酯2.12-2.78;
黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物1.55-2.25;
海藻糖0.68-0.98;
乙酰基四肽1.15-1.75;
红景天提取液0.42-0.85;
生育酚乙酸酯0.42-0.85;
透明质酸钠0.08-0.25;
脱羧肌肽HCl0.01-0.18;
葛根提取物0.01-0.18;
光果甘草根提取物0.01-0.18。

角鲨烷3.55-3.75;

进一步的,所述黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物的型号为LIPOMOIST-2013
进一步的,所述乙酰基四肽为乙酰基四肽-5。
本发明提供一种包含上述的组合物的水润滋养眼部精华素,精华素还包括基质成分,所述基质成分按重量份数计包括如下组份:
水58.55-62.55,甘油5.25-6.25,丁二醇3.45-5.85,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷3.82-4.52,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.88-2.48,C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷1.68-2.28,甘油硬脂酸酯1.22-1.62,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.68-0.92,苯氧乙醇0.35-0.85;乙基己基甘油0.01-0.08,防腐剂0.13-0.43,调味剂0.01-0.18。防腐剂包括1.5:1-2.5:1配比的羟苯甲酯和羟苯丙酯,调味剂为香精。
进一步的,所述基质成分按重量份数计包括如下组份:
水59.75-61.05,甘油5.85-6.05,丁二醇4.05-5.05,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷4.02-4.32,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.98-2.08,C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷1.88-2.08,甘油硬脂酸酯1.42-1.52,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.78-0.82,苯氧乙醇0.48-0.65;乙基己基甘油0.03-0.06,防腐剂0.27-0.34,调味剂0.09-0.13。
进一步的,所述C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷型号为MONTANOVL。
本发明提供一种补水滋养眼部精华素的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水,甘油,丁二醇,黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物,海藻糖,乙酰基四肽,红景天提取液,透明质酸钠,脱羧肌肽HCl,葛根提取物,光果甘草根提取物,组分混合,加热保温,搅拌溶解,得到水相,备用。
(2)再将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,聚二甲基硅氧烷,C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡萄糖苷,甘油硬脂酸酯,鲸蜡硬脂醇,苯氧乙醇,乙基己基甘油,羟苯甲酯,羟苯丙酯,霍霍粑籽油,角鲨烷,牛油果树果酯,生育酚乙酸酯组分混合,加热,保温,搅拌溶解,得到油相,备用。
(3)将(2)制好的油相边搅拌边缓缓加入(1)制好的水相中,充分搅拌乳化,加入香精,边搅拌边自然降温,至室温后通过减压均质泵出罐,静置,即得。
进一步的,步骤(1)中加热温度至80℃,保温;步骤(2)中加热温度至80℃,保温。
进一步的,步骤(3)中乳化时间为0.5~1小时,静置时间为24小时。
本发明的有效成分中,脱羧肌肽HCl、红景天根提取物、生育酚乙酸酯起到抗氧化的作用,对抗外部刺激对眼周肌肤的氧化衰老损伤;海藻糖、黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物、透明质酸钠均起到保湿作用,可以提供眼部肌肤长久的滋润,防止肌肤因脱水而导致的皱纹;葛根提取物、光果甘草根提取物用于美白,霍霍巴籽油、角鲨烷、牛油果树果酯的油质感加速吸收,涂抹在肌肤上的质感清爽。同时,本发明的基质组份合理、配比经过大量实验优选,最终得到的配方能够与有效成分相结合,达到最佳水油比,使其渗透率优良,最大程度的发挥功效。
具体实施方式
实施例1一种用于水润滋养眼部精华素的组合物
按重量份计:
霍霍巴籽油4.00,角鲨烷3.60,牛油果树果酯2.50,黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物2.00,海藻糖0.80,乙酰基四肽-51.50,红景天提取液0.60,生育酚乙酸酯0.60,透明质酸钠0.15,脱羧肌肽HCl0.10,葛根提取物0.10,光果甘草根提取物0.10;黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物的型号为LIPOMOIST-2013。
实施例2一种水润滋养眼部精华素
按重量百分比(%)
有效成分:霍霍巴籽油4.25,角鲨烷3.95,牛油果树果酯2.78,黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物2.25,海藻糖0.98,乙酰基四肽-51.75,红景天提取液0.85,生育酚乙酸酯0.85,透明质酸钠0.25,脱羧肌肽HCl0.18,葛根提取物0.18,光果甘草根提取物0.18;黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物的型号为LIPOMOIST-2013。
基质成分:水60.55,甘油5.65,丁二醇4.35,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷4.04,聚二甲基硅氧烷2.02,C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡萄糖苷1.98,甘油硬脂酸酯1.42,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.68,苯氧乙醇0.45;乙基己基甘油0.05,羟苯甲酯0.20,羟苯丙酯0.08,香精0.08;C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷型号为MONTANOVL。
制备方法:①将水,甘油,丁二醇,黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物,海藻糖,乙酰基四肽-5,红景天提取液,透明质酸钠,脱羧肌肽HCl,葛根提取物,光果甘草根提取物组分混合,加热至80℃,保温,搅拌溶解,备用;②再将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,聚二甲基硅氧烷,C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡萄糖苷,甘油硬脂酸酯,鲸蜡硬脂醇,苯氧乙醇,乙基己基甘油,羟苯甲酯,羟苯丙酯,霍霍粑籽油,角鲨烷,牛油果树果酯,生育酚乙酸酯组分混合,加热至80℃,保温,搅拌溶解,备用。③将②制好的油相边搅拌边缓缓加入①制好的水相中,充分搅拌乳化0.5~1小时,加入香精,边搅拌边自然降温,至室温后通过减压均质泵出罐,静置24小时,灌装,即得。
实施例3一种水润滋养眼部精华素
按重量百分比(%)
有效成分:霍霍巴籽油3.96,角鲨烷3.55,牛油果树果酯2.46,黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物1.85,海藻糖0.78,乙酰基四肽-51.45,红景天提取液0.56,生育酚乙酸酯0.56,透明质酸钠0.08,脱羧肌肽HCl0.08,葛根提取物0.07,光果甘草根提取物0.07,黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物的型号为LIPOMOIST-2013。
基质成分:水61.05,甘油6.05,丁二醇5.05,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷4.32,聚二甲基硅氧烷2.18,C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡萄糖苷2.18,甘油硬脂酸酯1.62,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.90,苯氧乙醇0.65;乙基己基甘油0.06,羟苯甲酯0.21,羟苯丙酯0.13,香精0.13;C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷型号为MONTANOVL。
制备方法:①将水,甘油,丁二醇,黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物,海藻糖,乙酰基四肽-5,红景天提取液,透明质酸钠,脱羧肌肽HCl,葛根提取物,光果甘草根提取物组分混合,加热至80℃,保温,搅拌溶解,备用;②再将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,聚二甲基硅氧烷,C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡萄糖苷,甘油硬脂酸酯,鲸蜡硬脂醇,苯氧乙醇,乙基己基甘油,羟苯甲酯,羟苯丙酯,霍霍粑籽油,角鲨烷,牛油果树果酯,生育酚乙酸酯组分混合,加热至80℃,保温,搅拌溶解,备用。③将②制好的油相边搅拌边缓缓加入①制好的水相中,充分搅拌乳化0.5~1小时,加入香精,边搅拌边自然降温,至室温后通过减压均质泵出罐,静置24小时,灌装,即得。
检测试验例1重金属含量检测
将本发明实施例2产品按照《化妆品卫生规范》2007要求进行重金属含量测定,结果如下表所示:

检测试验例2微生物含量检测
将本发明实施例2产品按照《化妆品卫生规范》2007要求进行微生物含量测定,结果如下表所示:

检测实验例3皮肤刺激性试验
取4只大耳白兔,将实施例2产品按照《化妆品卫生规范》2007要求涂在背部脱毛皮肤上,以另一侧皮肤作为对照,每天涂抹1次,连续涂抹14d,4只大耳白兔均未出现红斑、水肿,证明本发明产品没有皮肤刺激性。
检测实验例4眼部、眼睛刺激性试验
取4只大耳白兔,将实施例2产品按照《化妆品卫生规范》2007要求涂大耳兔一只眼睛及眼部周围上,以另一只眼睛作为对照,涂抹72h后,4只大耳白兔眼周均未出现红斑、水肿,证明本发明产品对眼周皮肤刺激性,1只大耳白兔眼睛微红,说明本发明产品对眼睛存在微刺激。
效果实验例1
取40名志愿者,对本发明实施例2、3眼部精华素进行功效验证,试用者每天早晚各使用1次,连续使用一个月。
将补水抗皱美白效果分为三个等级:
效果明显:眼周肌肤明显水润、干纹减少、白透有光泽,有效减轻黑眼圈、眼袋等常见眼部问题,持续使用不产生脂肪粒。
效果一般:眼周肌肤水润效果保持半天,眼周干纹略有减少,对黑眼圈、眼袋有一定的效果。
无效果:皮肤没有变白、水润度无变化、但也没有干纹加深迹象,对黑眼圈、眼袋效果不明显。
效果实验的结果如下表所示:

由表3可以看出,本发明眼部精华素连续使用一个月,有效率达到95%以上。

1.一种用于水润滋养眼部精华素的组合物,其特征在于,其有效成分按重量份数计包括如下组份:
霍霍巴籽油3.75-4.25;
角鲨烷3.15-3.95;
牛油果树果酯2.12-2.78;
黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物1.55-2.25;
海藻糖0.68-0.98;
乙酰基四肽1.15-1.75;
红景天提取液0.42-0.85;
生育酚乙酸酯0.42-0.85;
透明质酸钠0.08-0.25;
脱羧肌肽HCl0.01-0.18;
葛根提取物0.01-0.18;
光果甘草根提取物0.01-0.18。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于:其有效成分按重量份数计包括如下组份:

4.根据权利要求1、2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述乙酰基四肽为乙酰基四肽-5。
5.一种包含权利要求1-4中任一项所述的组合物的水润滋养眼部精华素,其特征在于,所述精华素还包括基质成分,所述基质成分按重量份数计包括如下组份:
水58.55-62.55,甘油5.25-6.25,丁二醇3.45-5.85,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷3.82-4.52,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.88-2.48,C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷1.68-2.28,甘油硬脂酸酯1.22-1.62,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.68-0.92,苯氧乙醇0.35-0.85;乙基己基甘油0.01-0.08,防腐剂0.13-0.43,调味剂0.01-0.18。
6.根据权利要求5所述的水润滋养眼部精华素,其特征在于,所述基质成分按重量份数计包括如下组份:
水59.75-61.05,甘油5.85-6.05,丁二醇4.05-5.05,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷4.02-4.32,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.98-2.08,C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷1.88-2.08,甘油硬脂酸酯1.42-1.52,鲸蜡硬脂醇0.78-0.82,苯氧乙醇0.48-0.65;乙基己基甘油0.03-0.06,防腐剂0.27-0.34,调味剂0.09-0.13。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的水润滋养眼部精华素,其特征在于:所述C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷型号为MONTANOVL。
8.一种补水滋养眼部精华素的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水,甘油,丁二醇,黄原胶/葡萄糖/皱波角叉菜提取物,海藻糖,乙酰基四肽,红景天提取液,透明质酸钠,脱羧肌肽HCl,葛根提取物,光果甘草根提取物,组分混合,加热保温,搅拌溶解,得到水相,备用。
(2)再将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷,聚二甲基硅氧烷,C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷,甘油硬脂酸酯,鲸蜡硬脂醇,苯氧乙醇,乙基己基甘油,羟苯甲酯,羟苯丙酯,霍霍粑籽油,角鲨烷,牛油果树果酯,生育酚乙酸酯组分混合,加热,保温,搅拌溶解,得到油相,备用。
(3)将(2)制好的油相边搅拌边缓缓加入(1)制好的水相中,充分搅拌乳化,加入香精,边搅拌边自然降温,至室温后通过减压均质泵出罐,静置,即得。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中加热温度至80℃,保温;步骤(2)中加热温度至80℃,保温。
10.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中乳化时间为0.5~1小时,静置时间为24小时。
