Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用来测量滤饼过度填充压滤机的过滤元件的方法和装置。
背景技术
在固体物质浓度较高时,或者在过滤周期过长时,压滤系统(其在压力容器中具有水平或竖直设置的过滤元件)可能加载了超过其允许的过滤能力的固体物质。该固体物质沉积在过滤元件之间的中空腔中,并且将它完全填满。如果现在填满了,则会引起工艺混乱,例如使滤饼很难排出,或者使过滤元件变形,直至内部零件出现不可修复的损坏。由此产生的维修费用可能非常可观。
为了对付这个问题,过去应用了多种仪器来测量该滤饼厚度。由于该滤饼的结构通常是不规则的,并且在封闭的压力容器中调节这种测量仪器很困难,所以这类测量仪器大多很不可靠。
由DE2619864A1已知一种用来尤其在离心式清洁过滤器中监控滤饼的层厚的装置,该滤饼是在过滤容器内的过滤元件上形成的。在此,测板在与滤饼接触时由于同此产生的压差朝下挤压。
由DE2034308A1已知一种方法,其中单独的测量过滤器件作为参照过滤器设置得与主过滤器平行,它允许借助观察窗在运转时观察滤饼结构,并因此探测该滤饼厚度。在此从中得出,参照过滤器中的滤饼结构发展得与主过滤器一样快。
US4070288A描述了一种借助专门的测板来探测滤饼厚度的方法,当滤饼在该测板上长大时,该测板移动位置。但在实践中该系统已证实是有问题的,因为在取出滤饼时,该测板由于过滤元件的旋转会移动位置,这会影响测量结果。因为在实践中这些滤饼是不规则形成的,而安装的测板只能在唯一的点上测量该滤饼厚度,所以该测量方法不太有代表性。因此,该方法未经证实有效,很少应用在实践中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,应用一种用来固定压滤器及其过滤元件的装置,以避免填入过多的固体物质。
本发明的另一目的是,测量过滤元件的最小变形,以触发相应的警报。应该省略了额外的机械的测量系统。
这些目的按本发明通过以下方式得以实现,即传感器通过过滤元件设置在滤液收集管的封闭端部上。
按本发明,即没有应用滤饼也没有应用测板来触发信号,而是探测直接作用在过滤元件上的力并且用来触发信号。其重要优点是,所述测量与测量仪器的位置无关,而是探测过滤元件连同滤饼的总负荷。在实践中已证实,探针在某个位置上的出现会影响滤饼的形成,并扭曲测量结果。因此很重要的是,不是测量滤饼厚度,而是测量总负荷。
与现有技术相比,在此建议的系统安装在不同的附件上,它不是测量滤饼厚度,则是识别到这些元件的位移或变形。在此,探针安装在单个的元件或元件组上,这些探测测量元件上的力或者测量元件或元件组的局部位移。
只要测量系统足够精确,既使小的偏差也能够探测到,并且在一开始就能识别到该过度填充过程,通过固体物质引起的力小得不足以引起元件的机械损坏。在此可得出,过滤元件的结构材料的弹性足够大,并因此能够避免永久的损坏。
此外还能进一步延迟机械变形,其方式是:该元件或元件组在弹簧的上方与过滤器装置相连。因此进一步提高了弹性。
因为固体物质在过滤器中的形成经常有不同的表现形式,所以只在过滤元件或过滤元件组上测量应力,在大多数情况下是不够的。因此有意义的是,在过滤系统中应用一系列测量探测。
此外还示出了这样的测量系统,其中在设置有竖直的过滤元件和水平的记录器的设备中,在记录器端部(元件组)上设置探针,以探测它的位移。但还可考虑的是,这种探针设置在元件组的其它位置上。

具体实施方式
按图1,用参考标记1标出了火花塞过滤器的壳体,该火花塞过滤器由过滤元件2构成。记录器由过滤元件2、滤液收集管3构成,该滤液收集管具有用于滤液出口的敞开端部和封闭端部,它通过离合器5借助记录器的支架7固定在过滤器壳体上。离合器5能够额外地包含弹簧系统6,以提高弹性。这些传感器8固定在探针引导器11上,它与套管10相连。
传感器8、8'的电缆9通过一个或多个抗压的套管10从压力容器11中引出来。

这些探针是这样定位的,即它们能够探测朝记录器的间距。能够识别出几毫米的细微偏差,并因此触发警报。例如接近触发器用来实现测量,它构建了局部的磁场并因此能够探测金属。但也可应用磁继电器(簧片开关)。在此,在过滤元件上额外地安装着小型的磁铁,它将该开关激活。
对此备选的是,能够在记录器末端和记录器悬挂御之间安装测力计,它对力变化进行测量。这样的力变化推断出了通过固体物质构建的滤饼厚度。现在在力度提高时,也能触发警报。
