Description
独国特許出願公開第3233750号明細書において、濾布における力測定装置の使用が記載されているが、一定の延性の濾布の測定に限定されている。
この配置は、不規則に成長する濾過ケーキも測定の位置に依存せずに考慮されるという利点を有する。
Claims (3)
- 濾過ケーキによるフィルタエレメント(2,2’)全体の増加重量に対応する力を測定するセンサ(8,8’)が濾過器ハウジング(1,1’)内に設けられている、濾過器ハウジング(1,1’)と濾液集合管(3,3’)とから成る、濾過ケーキによるフィルタエレメント(2,2’)の過充填を回避する濾過装置であって、
1つの前記濾液集合管(3,3’)に複数の前記フィルタエレメント(2,2’)が支持されており、該濾液集合管(3,3’)は、濾液排出用の開いた端部と閉じた端部とを有しており、前記センサ(8,8’)は、複数の前記フィルタエレメント(2,2’)にわたる前記濾液集合管(3,3’)の前記閉じた端部に配置されていて、該閉じた端部の移動又は変形から前記力を測定することを特徴とする、過充填を回避する装置。 - 前記濾液集合管(3,3’)の端部と前記濾過器ハウジング(1,1’)に設けられた保持部(7,7’)との間にばね(6,6’)が設けられている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記濾液集合管(3,3’)の端部と前記濾過器ハウジング(1,1’)に設けられた保持部(7,7’)との間にエラストマが設けられている、請求項2記載の装置。
