胶框及其制造方法、背光模组、显示装置及其组装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及显示领域,尤其涉及一种胶框及其制造方法、背光模组、显示装置及其组装方法。
背景技术
随着手机产品的不断更新,产品向着更薄、更亮、更低功耗,更高科信赖性发展。目前为了更好的做到薄型化,手机产品的背光模组去掉了金属背板,这会导致产品整体结构强度下降。
具体如图1所示,由于绑定区(bonding区)的存在,阵列基板相对彩膜基板延伸出来一些,以便将绑定区露出贴附柔性电路板(FlexiblePrintedCircuit,FPC),这导致显示面板10贴完触摸屏20后,由于bonding区的一侧(又称单层玻璃侧)只存在阵列基板,相比其它区域(其它区域由于存在阵列基板和彩膜基板,称双玻璃区)位置要低,触摸屏20在单层玻璃侧与显示面板10存在较大空隙30,整体强度低,当进行跌落测试时,单侧玻璃处容易发生变形,导致单侧玻璃位置处容易发生破碎。
对于内置式触摸显示装置,上述问题表现为盖板与触摸显示面板存在较大空隙,同样存在单侧玻璃位置处容易发生破碎的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种胶框及其制造方法、背光模组、显示装置及其组装方法,可以有效解决单侧玻璃位置处容易发生破碎的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
本发明的实施例提供一种胶框,包括胶框本体和起缓冲作用的防护结构件,所述防护结构件呈薄片状,采用与所述胶框本体相同的材料制成,在所述胶框本体的绑定区域内与所述胶框本体相互配合使用。
优选地,所述防护结构件与所述胶框本体的绑定区一侧的边缘连接,通过一体成型方式制成。
可选地,所述防护结构件通过连接结构与所述胶框本体的边缘连接,安装时所述防护结构件弯折后贴合于显示面板上。
可选地,所述防护结构件上与所述胶框本体上表面对应贴合的一面设置有突起,所述胶框本体上表面的对应位置设置有容纳所述突起的安装孔。
可选地,所述突起为锥形结构;所述安装孔为与所述突起对应的倒锥形结构。
可选地,所述防护结构件的数目为两个,安装后分别贴附于所述胶框本体对应绑定区一侧的两个角的上表面。
优选地,所述防护结构件呈L形,安装时与所述胶框本体的直角相对应。
本发明的实施例还提供一种背光模组,包括:任一项所述的胶框。
本发明的实施例还提供一种显示装置,包括:任一项所述的胶框,或者背光模组。
本发明的实施例还提供一种显示装置的组装方法,在将显示面板与胶框进行组装的过程中,包括在胶框的绑定区域内安装起缓冲作用的防护结构件的步骤,其中,所述防护结构件呈薄片状,采用与所述胶框本体相同的材料制成。
优选地,所述防护结构件通过连接结构与胶框本体的边缘连接,安装时,将所述防护结构件向上弯折后贴合于显示面板上。
优选地,所述防护结构件上设有突起,所述胶框主体上对应位置处有安装孔,所述组装方法,还包括:将所述突起安装至所述胶框主体的安装孔内的步骤。
进一步地,将显示面板与胶框进行组装之后,上述组装方法还包括:进行切边处理,去除所述连接结构。
本发明还提供一种上述任一项胶框的制造方法,所述胶框本体及所述防护结构件通过一体成型方式同步制成。
本发明提供一种胶框及其制造方法、背光模组、显示装置及其组装方法,通过在胶框绑定区域内设置薄片状的防护结构件,可以降低胶框与触摸屏之间的间隙(对于内置式触摸显示装置,为胶框与盖板之间的间隙),从而使单层玻璃位置处触摸屏与显示面板之间的空隙(对于内置式触摸显示装置,此处对应为盖板与触摸显示面板之间的空隙),该防护结构件在跌落或撞击时起缓冲作用,可以有效解决单侧玻璃位置处容易发生破碎的问题;防护结构件采用与胶框本体相同的材料制成,一方面能使单侧玻璃处与双玻璃区的受力较为一致,受到撞击或跌落时,外力可以分散在整个面板区域,缓冲效果更佳,另一方面,防护结构件与胶框本体采用相同材料,制备时可以同步制成,无需额外增加工序。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施例提供一种胶框及其制造方法、背光模组、显示装置及其组装方法,可以有效解决单侧玻璃位置处容易发生破碎的问题。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本发明实施例提供一种胶框,如图2所示,包括胶框本体11和起缓冲作用的防护结构件12,防护结构件12呈薄片状,采用与胶框本体11相同的材料制成,在胶框本体11的绑定区域内与胶框本体11相互配合使用。
需要说明的是,本实施例所述胶框、胶框本体为特定结构件的统称,并不用于限定其制备材料。
本实施例的胶框11设置有配合使用防护结构件12,安装时装配在胶框本体11绑定区对应位置的上方,位于胶框本体11与触摸屏之间(或者胶框本体11与盖板之间),减小二者间的间隙,防护结构件12在跌落或撞击时起缓冲作用,可以有效解决单侧玻璃位置处容易发生破碎的问题。
本实施例所述胶框本体11的结构与现有技术大致类似,不同之处在于,本实施例在对应绑定区一侧(图2中的左端)的胶框本体11上设置有防护结构件12,该防护结构件12起防护作用,制作材料要求具有弹性,优选与胶框本体11一致的材料,防护结构件12的厚度与胶框本体与触摸屏之间的间隙(或者胶框本体与盖板之间的间隙)相匹配,这样不仅能减小或消除单侧玻璃位置处显示面板10与触摸屏20间的间隙,还能使单侧玻璃处与双玻璃区的受力较为一致,受到撞击或跌落时,外力可以分散在整个面板区域,缓冲效果更佳。防护结构件12与胶框本体11的绑定区一侧的边缘连接,附着于胶框本体11上,制作时与胶框本体11一起采用一体成型方式形成;也可以先独立形成防护结构件12,再安装至胶框本体11对应绑定区一侧的上表面,安装方式包括但不限于契合、卡合、粘合等方式。
本实施例所述胶框本体及防护结构件通过一体成型方式同步制成,节省工序。组装时,完成显示面板的组装;然后,将显示面板与胶框进行组装,这个组装过程包括:包括在胶框的绑定区域内安装起缓冲作用的防护结构件的步骤,其中,所述防护结构件呈薄片状,采用与胶框本体相同的材料制成。
本实施例将上述防护结构件12组合至胶框本体11上对应绑定区一侧的位置,可以有效解决单侧玻璃位置处容易发生破碎的问题。
本发明通过新型的胶框结构及其组装方法,增加了面板单层玻璃处的保护,防止发生破碎,提高产品特性,同时降低产品成本。本实施例所述胶框适用于与显示面板与触摸显示模块(Touch-LCM模块)的组装,也适用于盖板与内置式触摸显示面板的组装,但并不限于此。
本发明的实施例还提供一种背光模组,包括上述任一项所述的胶框,可以有效解决单侧玻璃位置处容易发生破碎的问题,所述背光模组除了应用在液晶电视机、液晶显示器件之外,还可以应用在数码相框、电子纸、手机等需要背光的显示装置中。
本发明的实施例还提供一种显示装置,其包括上述任一项所述的胶框,或者上述的包括上述胶框的背光模组。所述显示装置因采用本发明所述背光模组或者胶框,基于前面叙述可知本实施例提供的显示装置,结构稳定,不存在单侧玻璃位置处容易发生破碎的问题。所述显示装置可以为:液晶面板、OLED、电子纸、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
为了本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明实施例提供胶框及其制作方法、背光模组及显示装置的结构和组装方法,下面结合具体的实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
本实施例胶框结构采用如图3所示的新设计:在对应绑定区一侧的胶框本体11边缘增加两个防护结构件12,防护结构件12通过连接结构13与胶框本体11的边缘连接,这两个防护结构件12安装后分别贴附于胶框本体11对应绑定区一侧的两个角的上表面(即对应图4胶框本体11中下胶框边的左右两个角上);防护结构件12、连接结构13和胶框本体11为一个整体,采用注塑方式一体形成,只不过连接结构13由于其厚度很薄,具有可弯折性能,为一种软连接结构。当然,连接结构13也可以做成不可弯折的硬性结构,在弯折的时候通过加热等处理方式使其变软具有可弯折性能,弯折后变硬;连接结构13也可以直接做成硬的弯折型的结构,即直接做成弯折至胶框本体11上表面的结构。
优选地,防护结构件12呈L形,安装时与胶框本体11的直角相对应。L形防护结构件12的横向部分与图4中下胶框边对应,竖向部分与图4中左胶框边或右胶框边对应,为其上安装的触摸显示面板提供更稳定的安装面。
防护结构件12与胶框本体11上表面对应贴合的一面还设置有突起120,胶框本体11上表面的对应位置设置有容纳突起120的安装孔110。使用时,如图将防护结构件12向上弯折至胶框本体11的上表面,施力使防护结构件12上的突起120嵌入安装孔110内,防护结构件12贴附于胶框本体11的上表面,相当于给此处的胶框本体11增加了厚度,可以降低胶框本体11的上表面到触摸屏20(或盖板)的间隙。
突起120与安装孔110配合使用,其数目和设计尺寸也分别一一对应。具体到本实施例附图3所示胶框:防护结构件12上设置有4个突起120,外形为锥形结构;安装孔110与防护结构件12一一对应,数目也为4个,安装孔110与突起120的外形结构对应,为倒锥形结构。具体尺寸如图5(a)和图5(b)所示,突起120的下底面直径为3mm;上底面直径为2mm;安装孔110下底面直径为2mm,上底面直径为3mm。
如图6所示,当显示面板10组装完成后,将防护结构件12进行弯折,并通过锥形突起120和安装孔110进行定位和固定,防护结构件12贴附于胶框本体11上表面,可起到将单层玻璃位置处保护起来的作用。然后继续组装,当贴完触摸屏20后,单层玻璃位置处显示面板10和触摸屏之间的空隙减小,有防护结构件12在中间进行补充,起到缓冲作用。
而且,由于有突起120的锥形结构的设计,不仅能起到防止显示产品正向跌落破碎的问题,还可以防止产品反向跌落导致触摸屏变形量大按压单层玻璃位置处导致破碎的问题。
进一步地,上述显示装置的组装方法,将显示面板与胶框进行组装之后,还可包括:进行切边处理,去除连接结构13,去除边缘部分可以获得窄边框的效果。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于方法实施例而言,由于其基本相似于设备实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (14)

1.一种胶框,其特征在于,包括胶框本体和起缓冲作用的防护结构件,所述防护结构件呈薄片状,采用与所述胶框本体相同的材料制成,在所述胶框本体的绑定区域内与所述胶框本体相互配合使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶框,其特征在于,
所述防护结构件与所述胶框本体的绑定区一侧的边缘连接,通过一体成型方式制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的胶框,其特征在于,
所述防护结构件通过连接结构与所述胶框本体的边缘连接,安装时所述防护结构件弯折后贴合于显示面板上。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述防护结构件上与所述胶框本体上表面对应贴合的一面设置有突起,所述胶框本体上表面的对应位置设置有容纳所述突起的安装孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述突起为锥形结构;所述安装孔为与所述突起对应的倒锥形结构。
6.根据权利要求4所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述防护结构件的数目为两个,安装后分别贴附于所述胶框本体对应绑定区一侧的两个角的上表面。
7.根据权利要求5所述的胶框,其特征在于,所述防护结构件呈L形,安装时与所述胶框本体的直角相对应。
8.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:权利要求1-7任一项所述的胶框。
9.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括:权利要求1-7任一项所述的胶框,或者权利要求8所述的背光模组。
10.一种显示装置的组装方法,其特征在于,
在将显示面板与胶框进行组装的过程中,包括在胶框的绑定区域内安装起缓冲作用的防护结构件的步骤,其中,所述防护结构件呈薄片状,采用与所述胶框本体相同的材料制成。
11.根据权利要求10所述的组装方法,其特征在于,所述防护结构件通过连接结构与胶框本体的边缘连接,安装时,将所述防护结构件向上弯折后贴合于显示面板上。
12.根据权利要求11所述的组装方法,其特征在于,所述防护结构件上设有突起,所述胶框主体上对应位置处有安装孔,所述组装方法,还包括:将所述突起安装至所述胶框主体的安装孔内的步骤。
13.根据权利要求11所述的组装方法,其特征在于,将显示面板与胶框进行组装之后,还包括:进行切边处理,去除所述连接结构。
14.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述的胶框的制造方法,其特征在于,所述胶框本体及所述防护结构件通过一体成型方式同步制成。
