技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于旅行包尼龙粗纱面料的助剂。
背景技术
固色剂是印染行业中的重要助剂之一。近年来,随着科学技术的发展,染整技术也得到了显著的提高,由于国际纺织贸易的扩大及人们生活水平、环保意识的提高,要求纺织品舒适、清洁、安全.自20世纪70年代,德国首先推出“蓝色天使”计划后,世界上一些发达国家(日本、美国等)相继通过并实施有关法律、法规,规定了纺织品的各种指标.绿色纺织品要求在印染加工中禁止使用法规中所规定的致癌、致畸和生物降解性差和某些芳香胺中间体生产的染化料,同时也要求所使用的助剂不含重金属离子和不产生游离甲醛[2-4],也就是使用“绿色助剂”,无醛固色剂KS的开发及应用正符合此要求固色剂KS是通过有机胺与环氧氯丙烷发生聚合反应,再用盐酸酸化得到固色剂KS,它用于活性、直接、硫化染料染棉后的固色,能在染料与纤维间“架桥”形成化合物,即同时与染料分子反应,与纤维素纤维交联,形成高度多元化交联体系,使染料与纤维更牢固地结合,防止染料从纤维上脱落,提高了染色牢度.固色剂中的活性物质可以相互缩合,在纤维表面形成立体网状薄膜,把染料封闭,增加了布面的平滑度,减少摩擦系数并不容易磨破,进一步防止在湿摩擦过程中发生的染料溶胀、溶解、脱落,提高了湿擦牢。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供具有化学性能稳定、渗透力强和低毒性,使用安全效果的一种用于旅行包尼龙粗纱面料的助剂。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于旅行包尼龙粗纱面料的助剂,包括防染盐、洗涤剂、白地防玷污剂、固色剂、固色盐、印花糊料、粘结剂、海藻酸钠、海藻酸酯和羟乙基皂荚胶,各成分质量百分比为防染盐占37%-46%,洗涤剂占1%-2%,白地防玷污剂占1%-2%,固色剂占1%-2%,固色盐占1%-2%,印花糊料占1%-2%,印花粘结剂占1%-2%,海藻酸钠占21%-29%,海藻酸酯占11%-12%,羟乙基皂荚胶占1%-2%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述印花糊料包括甲壳质、牛皮胶和白明胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述用于旅行包尼龙粗纱面料的助剂各成分质量百分比为防染盐占45%,洗涤剂占2%,白地防玷污剂占2%,固色剂占2%,固色盐占2%,印花糊料占2%,粘结剂占2%,海藻酸钠占29%,海藻酸酯占12%,羟乙基皂荚胶占2%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述固色剂包括二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺和环氧氯丙烷。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述洗涤剂包括烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠和三聚磷酸钠。
本发明的一种用于旅行包尼龙粗纱面料的助剂,具有化学性能稳定、渗透力强和低毒性,使用安全的效果。

在一实施例中,一种用于旅行包尼龙粗纱面料的助剂,包括防染盐、洗涤剂、白地防玷污剂、固色剂、固色盐、印花糊料、粘结剂、海藻酸钠、海藻酸酯和羟乙基皂荚胶,各成分质量百分比为防染盐占37%-46%,洗涤剂占1%-2%,白地防玷污剂占1%-2%,固色剂占1%-2%,固色盐占1%-2%,印花糊料占1%-2%,印花粘结剂占1%-2%,海藻酸钠占21%-29%,海藻酸酯占11%-12%,羟乙基皂荚胶占1%-2%,所述印花糊料包括甲壳质、牛皮胶和白明胶。

在进一步说明,固色盐实际上就是活性染料印花时所用的碱剂-它是由强碱弱酸组成的有机碱-例如三氯醋酸钠-在乙烯砜型活性染料印花时-固色盐加入到印花浆中-在常温下使印花浆保持中性-不使乙烯砜硫酸酯的活性染料水解成乙烯砜-可保持印花浆的稳定性-当汽蒸时-三氯醋酸钠分解为碳酸氢钠和氯-使乙烯砜硫酸酯基水解成乙烯砜基-并与纤维相结合-是乙烯砜型活性染料印花必用的助剂。印花糊料是织物印花色浆中主组分之一,染料印花时在色浆中均需加入糊料。它的作用是把染料,化学品和助剂等传递到织物上去,形成花型,印花质量的优劣很大程度上取决于糊料的性质,也直接影响印制效果和成本。洗涤剂是印花后必须进行水洗,把表面浮色,印花浆料和水解染料等去除干净,达到染料与纤维的坚牢固着,作为活性染料印花后的洗涤剂,主要是阴离子和非离子表面活性剂或它们的复配物,必须选择去污力大、携污性能好、分散性快、乳化力强和溶解性好并且能耐硬水。洗后手感好,最好不沾污白地的洗涤剂。本发明提供一种用于旅行包尼龙粗纱面料的助剂,具有化学性能稳定、渗透力强和低毒性,使用安全的效果。

1.一种用于旅行包尼龙粗纱面料的助剂,其特征在于:包括防染盐、洗涤剂、白地防玷污剂、固色剂、固色盐、印花糊料、粘结剂、海藻酸钠、海藻酸酯和羟乙基皂荚胶,各成分质量百分比为防染盐占37%-46%,洗涤剂占1%-2%,白地防玷污剂占1%-2%,固色剂占1%-2%,固色盐占1%-2%,印花糊料占1%-2%,印花粘结剂占1%-2%,海藻酸钠占21%-29%,海藻酸酯占11%-12%,羟乙基皂荚胶占1%-2%。
