背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高及人们对自身健康的关注,健身器材受到了人们的青睐,特别是跑步机,更是成为人们日常锻炼的主要手段。一台好的跑步机就如同一双好鞋,是跑步时的最佳伙伴,可以完成任何你所期待的训练计划。而作为跑步机核心部分的跑步机带,为应对各种不同的需要,种类越来越多,要求也越来越高。而其中作为家庭使用的家用跑步机,对跑带提出了更高的要求。
目前,家用跑步机更是受到了消费者的喜欢,但是,由于家用跑步机大都在消费者的家中使用,因此对其的安全性要求更高,但是,目前的家用跑步机的跑带中大都安装有导电丝,因此如果跑带的外表面如果绝缘性不好的,极易会使用使用者发生触电的危险,给使用者的人身安全带来了极大的威胁,另外,现有的家用跑步机的跑带也大都使用各种织物等制成,阻燃性不是特别好,如果跑带中不小心落入了烟头等火源,则极易引发火灾的发生,给使用者带来了极大的安全隐患。
通过检索,尚未发现与本发明专利申请相关的专利公开文献。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种提高了该跑带的绝缘性、绝缘效果能够达到99.9%、提高了阻燃性、阻燃效果达到V0级、降低了火灾的发生率的跑步机带及其制作方法。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种跑步机带,以织物作为基材,在织物上涂覆底层涂层和表层涂层,所述织物采用斜纹织法编织而成,其经向采用聚酯纤维复丝,纬向采用低收缩聚酯纤维单丝,并在织物经向间隔加入不锈钢钢纤维,所述的底层涂层为粘度在9500~11000CP的糊状聚氯乙烯树脂和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,其中,所述聚酯纤维复丝的收缩率不大于10%,低收缩聚酯纤维单丝的收缩率不大于6%,所述聚氯乙烯树脂和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的质量比为1∶0.5~0.8;
所述表层涂层的组分及重量份数如下:

(1)将上述重量50-70%的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚氯乙烯、三元乙丙胶和不饱和聚酯树脂先放入高速混合机内,启动搅拌器同时加热并维持恒温130-170℃状态10-20min,然后再分别放入活性碳酸钙、离子型抗静电剂、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮三氧化二锑和固化剂,启动搅拌器同时加热并维持恒温190-230℃状态20-50min;
(2)再将增塑剂、活性碳酸钙、引发剂、消泡剂和剩余丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物混合均匀,加入混合机内,控制搅拌器转速为1570-2000r/min与机内反应温度为170-300℃,高速搅拌20-30分钟,停止搅拌放料,冷却称量,即得表层涂层。

(2)织物表面平整度处理:在织物定型的加工过程中对织物表面进行加热处理,加热温度 350~400℃,同时对辊筒加压,以3~5米/分钟的速度定型和熨烫织物;
(3)织物底涂:在织物的底层上涂覆底层涂层,在辊筒不加压条件下进行涂覆;
(4)织物表层涂覆:在织物的表面上涂覆表面涂层,在辊筒不加压条件下进行涂覆;
(5)用橡胶辊压花纹,在温度为70~80℃的条件下进行烘干5~10℃,即得跑步机带。

2、本发明跑带的织物的经向采用聚酯纤维复丝,以增强跑步机带的整体拉伸强度和织物耐磨性能,保证了织物的横向稳定力,提高使用的安全性和寿命;织物的纬向采用低收缩聚酯纤维单丝,以提供足够的横向稳定力,防止使用时形变、偏摆;同时在织物经向间隔加入不锈钢钢纤维,防止使用时织物产生静电,有效地去除了静电对人体的伤害。
3、本发明跑带织物底层涂层为9500~11000CP的糊状聚氯乙烯树脂和丙烯腈-丁二烯- 苯乙烯共聚物,以限制底涂料渗入织物层,避免了一般的底涂料因为粘度太小渗入织物层而造成的织物底面凹凸不平,同时,防止织物层中过量渗入的底涂料使织物层变硬而造成弯曲时产生噪音,极大地提高了该跑带的降躁音的效果。
4、本发明方法在织物定型的加工过程中对织物表面进行加热处理,加热温度350~400℃,同时对辊筒加压,以3~5米的速度定型和熨烫织物,织物经处理后,表面平整度有明显改善,改善后的织物减小了织物纱线之间的空隙,以此降低跑步机带的底层织物因为在运转中挤压辊筒产生空气压缩而引起的噪音,经辊压花纹后,在温度为70~80℃的条件下进行烘干5~10℃该种处理提高了该跑带表面的摩擦力,增强了该跑带与运动鞋底的摩擦力,提高了踩踏时脚部的舒适度,提高了该跑带的安全性。

所述表层涂层的制备方法如下:
(1)将上述重量60%的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚氯乙烯、三元乙丙胶和不饱和聚酯树脂先放入高速混合机内,启动搅拌器同时加热并维持恒温140-160℃状态15min,然后再分别放入活性碳酸钙、离子型抗静电剂、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮三氧化二锑和固化剂,启动搅拌器同时加热并维持恒温220℃状态35min;
(2)再将增塑剂、活性碳酸钙、引发剂、消泡剂和剩余丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物混合均匀,加入混合机内,控制搅拌器转速为1600~1800r/min与机内反应温度为200-250℃,高速搅拌25分钟,停止搅拌放料,冷却称量,即得表层涂层。
如上所述的跑步机带的制作方法,步骤如下:
(1)织物的经向选用聚酯纤维复丝,纬向选用低收缩聚酯纤维单丝,同时在织物经向加入不锈钢钢纤维,所述不锈钢钢纤维为0.01mm,每隔0.8cm加入一根,采用斜纹织法织造,然后定型处理;
(2)织物表面平整度处理:在织物定型的加工过程中对织物表面进行加热处理,加热温度 360~380℃,同时对辊筒加压,以4米/分钟的速度定型和熨烫织物;
(3)织物底涂:在织物的底层上涂覆底层涂层,在辊筒不加压条件下进行涂覆;
(4)织物表层涂覆:在织物的表面上涂覆表面涂层,在辊筒不加压条件下进行涂覆;
(5)用橡胶辊压花纹,在温度为70~80℃的条件下进行烘干5~10℃,即得跑步机带。
实施例3
一种跑步机带,以织物作为基材,在织物上涂覆底层涂层和表层涂层,所述织物采用斜纹织法编织而成,其经向采用聚酯纤维复丝,纬向采用低收缩聚酯纤维单丝,并在织物经向间隔加入不锈钢钢纤维,所述的底层涂层为粘度在11000CP的糊状聚氯乙烯树脂和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,其中,所述聚酯纤维复丝的收缩率为5%,低收缩聚酯纤维单丝的收缩率为3%,所述聚氯乙烯树脂和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的质量比为1∶0.8;
所述表层涂层的组分及重量份数如下:
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯。
所述引发剂为偶氮类引发剂;
所述表层涂层的制备方法如下:
(1)将上述重量70%的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚氯乙烯、三元乙丙胶和不饱和聚酯树脂先放入高速混合机内,启动搅拌器同时加热并维持恒温150-170℃状态20min,然后再分别放入活性碳酸钙、离子型抗静电剂、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮三氧化二锑和固化剂,启动搅拌器同时加热并维持恒温200-230℃状态50min;
(2)再将增塑剂、活性碳酸钙、引发剂、消泡剂和剩余丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物混合均匀,加入混合机内,控制搅拌器转速为1800-2000r/min与机内反应温度为250-300℃,高速搅拌30分钟,停止搅拌放料,冷却称量,即得表层涂层。
如上所述的跑步机带的制作方法,步骤如下:
(1)织物的经向选用聚酯纤维复丝,纬向选用低收缩聚酯纤维单丝,同时在织物经向加入不锈钢钢纤维,所述不锈钢钢纤维为0.015mm,每隔1cm加入一根,采用斜纹织法织造,然后定型处理;
(2)织物表面平整度处理:在织物定型的加工过程中对织物表面进行加热处理,加热温度 380~400℃,同时对辊筒加压,以5米/分钟的速度定型和熨烫织物;
(3)织物底涂:在织物的底层上涂覆底层涂层,在辊筒不加压条件下进行涂覆;
(4)织物表层涂覆:在织物的表面上涂覆表面涂层,在辊筒不加压条件下进行涂覆;
(5)用橡胶辊压花纹,在温度为70~80℃的条件下进行烘干5~10℃,即得跑步机带。
本发明跑步机带的相关检测:
相关检测结果见表1、表2和表3。

从表1、表2和表3中的比较可以看出,本发明跑带能提供更高的强度和耐磨性能,提高跑带的寿命和使用安全性;采用粘度在9500~11000CP间的底层涂料层能完全避免渗料的,进一步处理的织物是能有效较少噪音的。

Claims (1)

1.一种跑步机带,以织物作为基材,在织物上涂覆底层涂层和表层涂层,其特征在于:所述织物采用斜纹织法编织而成,其经向采用聚酯纤维复丝,纬向采用低收缩聚酯纤维单丝,并在织物经向间隔加入不锈钢钢纤维,所述的底层涂层为粘度在9500~11000CP的糊状聚氯乙烯树脂和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,其中,所述聚酯纤维复丝的收缩率不大于10%,低收缩聚酯纤维单丝的收缩率不大于6%,所述聚氯乙烯树脂和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的质量比为1∶0.5~0.8;
所述表层涂层的组分及重量份数如下:
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯;
所述表层涂层的制备方法如下:
(1)将上述重量50-70%的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚氯乙烯、三元乙丙胶和不饱和聚酯树脂先放入高速混合机内,启动搅拌器同时加热并维持恒温130-170℃状态10-20min,然后再分别放入活性碳酸钙、离子型抗静电剂、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、 三氧化二锑和固化剂,启动搅拌器同时加热并维持恒温190-230℃状态20-50min;
(2)再将增塑剂、活性碳酸钙、引发剂、消泡剂和剩余丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物混合均匀,加入混合机内,控制搅拌器转速为1570-2000r/min与机内反应温度为170-300℃,高速搅拌20-30分钟,停止搅拌放料,冷却称量,即得表层涂层;
所述的跑步机带的制作方法,步骤如下:
(1)织物的经向选用聚酯纤维复丝,纬向选用低收缩聚酯纤维单丝,同时在织物经向加入不锈钢钢纤维,所述不锈钢钢纤维为0.005~0.015mm,每隔0.5cm~1cm加入一根,采用斜纹织法织造,然后定型处理;
(2)织物表面平整度处理:在织物定型的加工过程中对织物表面进行加热处理,加热温度350~400℃,同时对辊筒加压,以3~5米/分钟的速度定型和熨烫织物;
(3)织物底涂:在织物的底层上涂覆底层涂层,在辊筒不加压条件下进行涂覆;
(4)织物表层涂覆:在织物的表面上涂覆表面涂层,在辊筒不加压条件下进行涂覆;
(5)用橡胶辊压花纹,在温度为70~80℃的条件下进行烘干5~10℃,即得新型跑步机带;
所述引发剂为偶氮类引发剂。
