本发明属于橡胶技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车用耐磨橡胶。
背景技术
汽车橡胶制品是汽车配件中不可缺少的重要组成元件。按不同类型汽车计算,每辆汽车上需要安装大约有100-200多种橡胶制品,要使用约200-500多个橡胶配件。据统计,汽车行业占用了全球每年消耗橡胶生胶量的70%以上,其中轮胎占用60%,汽车橡胶制品配件占用40%,随着汽车技术现代化的发展,对汽车橡胶制品的要求也日趋严格和苛刻,不但要求具有各种特殊性能的橡胶材料满足汽车新的技术要求,而且还要求橡胶材料具有更高的物理机械性能,如耐老化,耐高温、耐低温,耐新型燃油以及优异的动态疲劳性能,耐久的使用寿命等,目前多数橡胶达不到相应要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种汽车用耐磨橡胶,物理机械性能好,耐磨,耐老化,耐高温、耐低温,使用寿命长。
本发明的技术方案是:一种汽车用耐磨橡胶,由以下重量份数的原料组成:氯丁橡胶35-38份、丁晴橡胶30-40份、异戊橡胶10-15份、聚氯乙烯5-8份、炭黑20-25份、硬脂酸镁1-3份、硬脂酸2-4份、松焦油3-5份、氧化锌1-3份、石蜡0.5-1份、表面改性剂1-3份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:物理机械性能好,耐磨,耐老化,耐高温、耐低温,使用寿命长。

一种汽车用耐磨橡胶,由以下重量份数的原料组成:38份、丁晴橡胶40份、异戊橡胶15份、聚氯乙烯8份、炭黑25份、硬脂酸镁3份、硬脂酸4份、松焦油5份、氧化锌3份、石蜡1份、表面改性剂3份。
