本发明公开了一种耐高温低成本的乙丙橡胶,由以下重量份的成分组成:二元乙丙橡胶 10~30;三元乙丙橡胶10~20;硫化剂3~6;氧化锆5~8;聚酰胺蜡微粉6~10;乙炔炭黑10~12;纳米凹凸棒土2~4;机油3~5。采用二元乙丙橡胶与三元乙丙橡胶并用,通过调整硫化体系使得二元乙丙橡胶与三元乙丙橡胶共硫化,能达到耐高温的要求,而且胶料获得了较低的压缩永久变形,硫化产品具有良好的耐热性、化学稳定性和低的压缩变形,采用白炭黑和酚醛树脂,改善了胶料的加工流动性。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温低成本的乙丙橡胶。
背景技术
随着橡胶行业的不断发展,橡胶制品的使用条件日益苛刻,对耐热提出了更高的要求,很多橡胶管、密封件等橡胶制品要求长期耐高温150℃。乙丙橡胶具有突出的耐热,耐过热水蒸汽,耐臭氧、耐天侯老化及高绝缘等性能,尤其耐热老化性能好,但是传统硫化体系乙丙橡胶一般耐温能达到125℃,当温度达到150℃时, 橡胶制品的压缩变形随之增大,以至于不能正常工作,使其在长期高温使用过程中出现质量问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种机械、物理性能好,能够很好满足制品对橡胶材料耐高温、低压变条件的要求的耐高温低成本的乙丙橡胶。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种耐高温低成本的乙丙橡胶,由以下重量份的成分组成:
二元乙丙橡胶                     10~30;
三元乙丙橡胶                     10~20;
硫化剂                            3~6;
氧化锆                            5~8;
聚酰胺蜡微粉                      6~10;
乙炔炭黑                          10~12;
纳米凹凸棒土                      2~4;
机油                               3~5。
本发明耐高温低成本的乙丙橡胶的优点是:采用二元乙丙橡胶与三元乙丙橡胶并用,通过调整硫化体系使得二元乙丙橡胶与三元乙丙橡胶共硫化,能达到耐高温的要求,而且胶料获得了较低的压缩永久变形,硫化产品具有良好的耐热性、化学稳定性和低的压缩变形,采用白炭黑和酚醛树脂,改善了胶料的加工流动性。
