本发明公开一种用于碳酸钙的搅拌装置，包括壳体，壳体顶端设有入料口、底部设有出料口，壳体内设有搅拌棒、且搅拌棒连接壳体外的电动头；所述搅拌棒上交错设有搅拌叶，且搅拌叶上固定有加热装置。本发明设计合理，连续工作能力强，通过将加热装置固定在搅拌叶上保证装置内受热均匀，提高了生产效率。

本发明属于化工领域，具体涉及一种用于碳酸钙的搅拌装置。
背景技术
碳酸钙通常在反应釜中反应合成，待温度降低后取出。由于合成时需要一定的温度及搅拌，因此对装置的要求较高。传统搅拌装置或在底部或在侧壁设有加热块，但是由于壳体内部空间较大，加热装置单纯设置在侧壁或底部容易使装置内局部温度还是过低不利于循环生产。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种用于碳酸钙的搅拌装置。
技术方案：为了达到上述目的，本发明具体是这样来完成的：一种用于碳酸钙的搅拌装置，包括壳体，壳体顶端设有入料口、底部设有出料口，壳体内设有搅拌棒、且搅拌棒连接壳体外的电动头；所述搅拌棒上交错设有搅拌叶，且搅拌叶上固定有加热装置。
其中，所述加热装置为套有金属壳的电热丝。
其中，所述搅拌棒为中空设计，加热装置的电线通过搅拌棒内部连接到壳体外的供电设备。
有益效果：本发明设计合理，连续工作能力强，通过将加热装置固定在搅拌叶上保证装置内受热均匀，提高了生产效率。

如图1所示本发明提供的一种用于碳酸钙的搅拌装置，包括壳体1，壳体1顶端设有入料口2、底部设有出料口3，壳体1内设有搅拌棒4、且搅拌棒4连接壳体1外的电动头5；所述搅拌棒4上交错设有搅拌叶6，且搅拌叶6上固定有加热装置7；所述加热装置7为套有金属壳的电热丝；所述搅拌棒4为中空设计，加热装置7的电线通过搅拌棒4内部连接到壳体1外的供电设备。

1.一种用于碳酸钙的搅拌装置，其特征在于，包括壳体(1)，壳体(1)顶端设有入料口(2)、底部设有出料口(3)，壳体(1)内设有搅拌棒(4)、且搅拌棒(4)连接壳体(1)外的电动头(5)；所述搅拌棒(4)上交错设有搅拌叶(6)，且搅拌叶(6)上固定有加热装置(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于碳酸钙的搅拌装置，其特征在于，所述加热装置(7)为套有金属壳的电热丝。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于碳酸钙的搅拌装置，其特征在于，所述搅拌棒(4)为中空设计，加热装置(7)的电线通过搅拌棒(4)内部连接到壳体(1)外的供电设备。
