背景技术
前列腺肥大(BPH)，又称良性前列腺增生症，多发生于50岁以上的老年人。是一种前列腺明显增大而影响老年男性健康的常见病。现代医学认为前列腺肥大与内分泌系统有关，是前列腺内层尿道腺和尿道下腺上皮细胞及基质增生，腺泡囊性扩张，结缔组织及平滑肌节样增生所致。由于前列腺恰好位于膀胱出口处，围绕着尿道的特殊位置，一旦发生增生，便会从四面八方压迫尿道，使膀胱内的尿液排出受阻，引起泌尿系统的一系列病变，进而也可以危害到性健康。患者一般早期表现为排尿次数增多，夜里更为明显。每次排尿往往都排不净，留有残余尿，久之，可导致膀胱颈部充血水肿。随着时间的推移，膀胱肌肉疲劳，排尿更加无力，残余尿更随之增加，这时前列腺更加充血水肿，使排出的尿线纤细，分叉。
前列腺肥大的治疗方式目前有药物治疗、激光治疗、微波治疗、射频治疗等，上述治疗方式多是针对排尿不畅所致症状，如尿频、排尿费力等，因此其治标不治本，容易复发。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述现有技术的不足，提供了一种治疗前列腺肥大的药物。该药物采用纯中药制剂，无毒副作用，同时还可以有效治疗前列腺肥大。
本发明的技术方案是：一种治疗前列腺肥大的药物，其特征是，由下述重量的原料药制成：人参10-15g、黄芪15-20g、山药8-12g、黄精20-25g、刺五加10-15g、鹿茸25-30g、补骨脂8-12g、枳实8-12g、柴胡8-12g、陈皮10-15g、川芎10-15g、延胡索8-12g、莪术8-12g、怀牛膝10-15g、白花蛇舌草10-15g、鱼腥草15-20g、石菖蒲5-10g、丝瓜络5-10g、蒲公英8-12g和泽泻5-10g。
优选配比：人参12g、黄芪18g、山药10g、黄精22g、刺五加12g、鹿茸28g、补骨脂10g、枳实10g、柴胡10g、陈皮12g、川芎12g、延胡索10g、莪术10g、怀牛膝12g、白花蛇舌草12g、鱼腥草18g、石菖蒲8g、丝瓜络8g、蒲公英10g和泽泻8g。
配制及服用方法：水煎煮，分两次早晚服用。15天为1个疗程。
各中药药理作用：

山药：甘，平。归脾、肺、肾经。补脾养胃，生津益肺，补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少，久泻不止，肺虚喘咳，肾虚遗精，带下，尿频，虚热消渴。
黄精：甘，平。归脾、肺、肾经。功能与主治：补气养阴，健脾，润肺，益肾。用于脾胃气虚，体倦乏力，胃阴不足，口干食少，肺虚燥咳，劳嗽咳血，精血不足，腰膝酸软，须发早白，内热消渴。
刺五加：辛、微苦，温。归脾、肾、心经。功能与主治：益气健脾，补肾安神。用于脾肺气虚，体虚乏力，食欲不振，肺肾两虚，久咳虚喘，肾虚腰膝酸痛，心脾不足，失眠多梦。
鹿茸：甘、咸，温。归肾、肝经。功能与主治：壮肾阳，益精血，强筋骨，调冲任，托疮毒。用于肾阳不足，精血亏虚，阳痿滑精，宫冷不孕，赢瘦，神疲，畏寒，眩晕，耳鸣，耳聋，腰脊冷痛，筋骨痿软，崩漏带下，阴疽不敛。
补骨脂：归肾、脾经。功效：温肾助阳，纳气，止泻。主治：用于阳痿遗精，遗尿尿频，腰膝冷痛，肾虚作喘，五更泄泻；外用治白癜风，斑秃。
枳实：苦、辛、酸，微寒。归脾、胃经。功能与主治：破气消积，化痰散痞。用于积滞内停，痞满胀痛，泻痢后重，大便不通，痰滞气阻，胸痹，结胸，脏器下垂。
柴胡：苦，微寒。归肝、胆经。功能主治：和解表里，疏肝，升阳。用于感冒发热，寒热往来，胸胁胀痛，月经不调，子官脱垂，脱肛。
陈皮：苦、辛，温。归肺、脾经。功能与主治：理气健脾，燥湿化痰。用于脘腹胀满，食少吐泻，咳嗽痰多。
川芎：味辛，性温。归肝、胆、心包经。功效：活血祛瘀；行气开郁；祛风止痛。
延胡索：辛、苦，温。归肝、脾经。功能与主治：活血，行气，止痛。用于胸胁、脘腹疼痛，胸痹心痛，经闭痛经，产后瘀阻，跌扑肿痛。
莪术：辛、苦，温。归肝、脾经，具有散结、破血祛瘀、行气止痛的功效，还具有保肝、消炎、抗肿瘤作用。
怀牛膝：气味苦、酸、平。功能：逐瘀通经，补肝肾，强筋骨，利尿通淋，引血下行。用于经闭，痛经，腰膝酸痛，筋骨无力，淋证，水肿，头痛，眩晕，牙痛，日疮，吐血，衄血。

石菖蒲：辛、苦，温。归心、胃经。功能与主治：开窍豁痰，醒神益智，化湿开胃。用于神昏癫痫，健忘失眠，耳鸣耳聋，脘痞不饥，噤口下痢。
丝瓜络：味甘，性凉。归肺、肝、胃经。通经活络，清热解毒，利尿消肿，止血。主治胸胁胀痛，风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，女子经闭，乳汁不通，痰热咳嗽，热毒痈肿，痔漏，水肿，小便不利，便血，崩漏。
蒲公英：苦、甘，寒。归肝、胃经。功能与主治：清热解毒，消肿散结，利尿通淋。用于疔疮肿毒，乳痈，瘰疬，目赤，咽痛，肺痈，肠痈，湿热黄疸，热淋涩痛。
泽泻：甘、淡，寒。归肾、膀胱经。功能与主治：利水渗湿，泄热，化浊降脂。用于小便不利，水肿胀满，泄泻尿少，痰饮眩晕，热淋涩痛，高脂血症。
中医认为，前列腺肥大是湿热蕴结导致的。前列腺增生之始，肾气虚，不能化气行水而见夜尿明显。若水湿内停，蕴而化热或饮食不节，酿生湿热，或外阴不洁，湿热流注，致增生的前列腺充血水肿，使增生症状进一步加重。本发明以上述原料药组方，补肾健脾、活血行气、消肿散结、清热利湿、利尿通淋，达到标本兼治的效果，可以有效治疗前列腺肥大，防止该病的复发。

一、临床资料
1、临床观察：选自2014年1月至2015年1月具有完整资料的门诊及住院前列腺肥大患者85例进行临床观察，患者年龄为50-68岁。
2、诊断方法
(1)下尿路梗阻：尿频、尿急、排尿困难、充溢性尿失禁。由于饮酒、感冒、劳累等使膀胱颈部充血水肿，可加重下尿路梗阻而发生尿路梗阻继而发生尿潴留。
(2)偶有血尿，晚期可产生慢性尿毒症。
(3)肛门指诊：前列腺大，中央沟变平，但表面光滑而有弹性。单纯中叶肥大，前列腺向膀胱内突出，可无明显增大。
(4)诊断困难时，作膀胱镜检查、膀胱造影。

采用本发明实施例1的药物，水煎煮，分两次早晚服用。15天为1个疗程。
4、疗效评定标准：
显效：临床症状及体征消失，尿路通畅；好转：临床症状及体征减轻，尿路通；无效：临床症状无改善。
5、治疗结果
显效64例，有效21例，无效0例，64例显效的患者随访半年无复发。
二、典型病例
病例1：李某，男，58岁。患者无明显诱因情况下出现小便次数增多，量少，淋沥不尽，尿如细线，并时有灼热感。经医院B超检查，诊断为前列腺肥大。经服用本发明的药物2个疗程后，临床症状及体征减轻，尿路通。继续巩固治疗2个疗程，临床症状及体征消失，尿路通畅。随访半年无复发。
病例2：张某，男，63岁。患者5年来一直出现尿频，夜尿3次左右症状，尿流变细，排尿无力，尿后滴沥等排尿困难表现，后症状逐渐加重，夜尿5-8次，来医院就诊。经医院B超检查，诊断为前列腺肥大。经服用本发明的药物3个疗程后，临床症状及体征减轻，尿路通。继续巩固治疗2个疗程，临床症状及体征消失，尿路通畅。随访半年无复发。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
配比：人参12g、黄芪18g、山药10g、黄精22g、刺五加12g、鹿茸28g、补骨脂10g、枳实10g、柴胡10g、陈皮12g、川芎12g、延胡索10g、莪术10g、怀牛膝12g、白花蛇舌草12g、鱼腥草18g、石菖蒲8g、丝瓜络8g、蒲公英10g和泽泻8g。
配制及服用方法：水煎煮，分两次早晚服用。15天为1个疗程。
实施例2：
配比：人参10g、黄芪15g、山药8g、黄精20g、刺五加10g、鹿茸25g、补骨脂8g、枳实8g、柴胡8g、陈皮10g、川芎10g、延胡索8g、莪术8g、怀牛膝10g、白花蛇舌草10g、鱼腥草15g、石菖蒲5g、丝瓜络5g、蒲公英8g和泽泻5g。
配制及服用方法：同实施例1。
实施例3：
配比：人参15g、黄芪20g、山药12g、黄精25g、刺五加15g、鹿茸30g、补骨脂12g、枳实12g、柴胡12g、陈皮15g、川芎15g、延胡索12g、莪术12g、怀牛膝15g、白花蛇舌草15g、鱼腥草20g、石菖蒲10g、丝瓜络10g、蒲公英12g和泽泻10g。
配制及服用方法：同实施例1。
实施例4：

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗前列腺肥大的药物，其特征是，由下述重量的原料药制成：人参10-15g、黄芪15-20g、山药8-12g、黄精20-25g、刺五加10-15g、鹿茸25-30g、补骨脂8-12g、枳实8-12g、柴胡8-12g、陈皮10-15g、川芎10-15g、延胡索8-12g、莪术8-12g、怀牛膝10-15g、白花蛇舌草10-15g、鱼腥草15-20g、石菖蒲5-10g、丝瓜络5-10g、蒲公英8-12g和泽泻5-10g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗前列腺肥大的药物，其特征是，由下述重量的原料药制成：人参12g、黄芪18g、山药10g、黄精22g、刺五加12g、鹿茸28g、补骨脂10g、枳实10g、柴胡10g、陈皮12g、川芎12g、延胡索10g、莪术10g、怀牛膝12g、白花蛇舌草12g、鱼腥草18g、石菖蒲8g、丝瓜络8g、蒲公英10g和泽泻8g。
