青皮：气温，味辛。入肝、胆经。疏肝破气，散结消痰。治胸胁胃脘疼痛，疝气，食积，乳肿，乳核，久疟癖块。
桂枝：辛甘，温。入膀胱、心、肺经。发汗解肌，温经通脉。治风寒表证，肩背肢节酸疼，胸痹痰饮，经闭癥瘕。

蝉蜕：散风热，宣肺，定痉。治外感风热，咳嗽音哑，麻疹透发不畅，风疹瘙痒，小儿惊痫，目赤，疔疮肿毒，破伤风。

赤芍：苦，微寒。归肝经。清热凉血，散瘀止痛。用于温毒发斑，吐血衄血，目赤肿痛，肝郁胁痛，经闭痛经，癥瘕腹痛，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮疡。
茯苓：甘淡，平。入心、脾、肺经。渗湿利水，益脾和胃，宁心安神。治小便不利，水肿胀满，痰饮咳逆，呕哕，泄泻，遗精，淋浊，惊悸，健忘。
石斛：甘淡微咸，寒。入胃、肺，肾经。生津益胃，清热养阴。治热病伤津，口干烦渴，病后虚热，阴伤目暗。
红花：辛，温。入心、肝经。活血通经，去瘀止痛。治经闭，癥瘕，难产，死胎，产后恶露不行、瘀血作痛，痈肿，跌扑损伤。
桃仁：苦甘，平。入心、肝、大肠经。破血行瘀，润燥滑肠。治经闭，癥瘕，热病蓄血，风痹，疟疾，跌打损伤，瘀血肿痛，血燥便秘。
黄芪：性温，味甘。补气升阳,益卫固表、托毒生肌、利水退肿。主治脾胃虚弱，食少倦怠，气虚血脱，表虚自汗、盗汗。
鸡内金：消积滞，健脾胃。治食积胀满，呕吐反胃，泻痢，疳积，消渴，遗溺，喉痹乳蛾，牙疳口疮。
败酱草：性味性凉，味辛、苦。清热解毒，祛瘀排脓。用于阑尾炎、痢疾、肠炎、肝炎、眼结膜炎、产后瘀血腹痛、痈肿疔疮。
黄柏：苦，寒。入肾、膀胱经。清热，燥湿，泻火除蒸，解毒疗疮。用于湿热泻痢，黄疸，带下，热淋，骨蒸潮热，盗汗，遗精，疮疡肿毒，湿疹瘙痒。桂枝：辛甘，温。入膀胱、心、肺经。发汗解肌，温经通脉。治风寒表证，肩背肢节酸疼，胸痹痰饮，经闭癥瘕。
女贞子：苦甘、平。入肝、肾经。补肝肾，强腰膝。治阴虚内热，头晕，目花，耳鸣，腰膝酸软，须发早白。滋补肝肾，明目乌发。用于眩晕耳鸣，腰膝酸软、须发早白、目暗不明。
白花蛇舌草：清热，利湿，解毒。治肺热喘咳，扁桃体炎。
半枝莲:清热，解毒，散瘀，止血，定痛。治吐血，衄血，血淋，赤痢，肺痈，癌肿，跌打刀伤，蛇咬伤。
山豆根：清火，解毒，消肿，止痛。治喉痈，喉风，喉痹，牙龈肿痛，喘满热咳。
生姜、大枣：作为引经药或佐使药，生姜和大枣在方剂中具有配合方剂中的君、臣药加强治疗作用，或直接治疗次要症状；用以消除或减弱君、臣药的毒性或制约君、臣药的峻烈之性；在病重邪甚，可能拒药时，又能在方剂中起相成作用；能引方剂中诸药至病所；具有调和方剂中诸药的作用。
宫颈癌在中医临床中属于带下，漏症、症瘕类的范畴。中医认为本病是外邪寒气入侵，而内为脏腑气虚，营卫失调所致，由于脏腑气血失调，湿毒内侵，蕴积于下，损伤冲任二脉而成本病。本发明将以上药物组合后，药效协同作用，具有益气生血、补益肝肾、消瘀生肌，活血补气之功效，可调整人体阴阳平衡，排除癌毒素，弥补手术治疗、放射治疗、化学治疗的不足，增加晚期宫颈癌患者治疗的机会。防止复发和转移，且无毒副作用。
以下结合临床资料及典型病例对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
一、临床观察
1、临床资料：选自20011年6月～2013年5月的门诊及住院患者共120例。年龄为42-69岁，平均58.5岁。
2、诊断标准：以我国卫生部编的《中国常见恶性肿瘤诊治规范》中的宫颈癌诊断标准为依据。临床分期均属Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期。符合《中国常见恶性肿瘤诊治规范》的标准及客观疗效评定标准，采用WHO标准进行评定。
3、治疗方法：服用本发明药物，水煎煮，分两次早晚服用。15天为1个疗程。
4、疗效评定标准：按照卫生部《中国常见恶性肿瘤诊治规范》宫颈癌疗效评定标准，以患者治疗前与治疗后B超或CT进行对照比较：
完全缓解(CR)：所有病变完全消失并持续4周以上；
部分缓解(PR)：肿瘤病灶最大垂直两径乘积缩小≥50％，并维持4周以上；
稳定(SD)：肿瘤缩小或增大均未超过50％；
进展(PD)：肿瘤病灶增大超过50％，或出现新病灶
5、治疗结果：完全缓解82例，部分缓解15例，稳定13例，进展10例。有效率(CR+PR)为80.8％，稳定率(CR+PR+SD)为91.7％。
6、讨论
综上所述，本发明用于治疗宫颈癌的药物，经临床试验，表明其可有效抑制宫颈癌发展，改善患者症状、体征，且无明显毒副作用。
二、典型病例
病例1：仲某某，女，43岁。患者一年前出现阴道不规则出血，在当地医院检查见宫颈肿瘤直径大约4cm，接触出血，病理切片诊断为宫颈癌。经手术治疗后回家休养。半年前复发，因身体虚弱，不适合手术治疗，采用中医治疗。服用本发明治疗宫颈癌的药物一个疗程，胸腹胀痛减轻，病情缓解。原方加减继服两个疗程，患者睡眠好，腹痛、水肿消失。B超检查证实，已转移到大网膜、肠系膜的病灶全消失。随访1年无复发。
病例2：闫某某，女，54岁。患者因出现不明原因的阴道出血，因患者常年体弱多病，经服用本发明治疗宫颈癌的中药水蜜丸治疗两个疗程后，宫颈再未出现出血症状，阴道分泌物也基本正常减轻了，继续服药两个疗程后，症状消失，恢复正常。
病例3：于某某，女，35岁。该患者阴道不规则出血半年余，后经某医院病理切片诊断为子宫颈鳞型细胞癌一期。手术后化疗四个疗程，出院半年即发现阴道再次出现不规则出血，胸肋胀满，小腹坠胀疼痛，经医院检查癌症已复发，且不适合再次手术。后来经服用本发明治疗宫颈癌的药物治疗三个疗程后，宫颈再未出现出血症状，阴道分泌物也基本正常减轻了，饭量增加了，体质也恢复了不少。原方加减继服两个疗程，症状减轻，体质变好，并发症现象全部消失，随访1年无复发。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗宫颈癌的中药，由下述重量的原料药制成：杏仁10克，青皮10克，桂枝10克，黄连10克，枳实10克，乳香10克，没药10克，柴胡10克，白芥子10克，蝉蜕10克、白芍15克，穿山甲15克，莪术15克，赤芍15克，茯苓15克，石斛15克，红花15克，桃仁15克，黄芪15克，鸡内金15克，败酱草15克，黄柏15克，女贞子20克，白花蛇舌草20克，半枝莲20克，山豆根20克，生姜3片，大枣5枚。
配制及服用方法：先将上述原料药用水浸泡2小时，水煮30分钟，倒出药液；再加水煮30分钟，倒出药液；两遍药液混一起，凉透，分别于早饭前半小时，晚饭后两小时服用。连服15天为一疗程。
实施例2：一种治疗宫颈癌的中药，由下述重量的原料药制成：杏仁10克，青皮10克，桂枝10克，黄连10克，枳实10克，乳香10克，没药10克，柴胡10克，白芥子15克，蝉蜕15克、白芍15克，穿山甲15克，莪术15克，赤芍15克，茯苓15克，石斛15克，红花15克，桃仁15克，黄芪15克，鸡内金20克，败酱草20克，黄柏20克，女贞子20克，白花蛇舌草20克，半枝莲20克，山豆根20克，生姜3片，大枣5枚。
配制及服用方法：同例1。
实施例3：一种治疗宫颈癌的中药，由下述重量的原料药制成：杏仁10克，青皮15克，桂枝15克，黄连15克，枳实15克，乳香10克，没药10克，柴胡10克，白芥子10克，蝉蜕10克、白芍15克，穿山甲15克，莪术15克，赤芍15克，茯苓15克，石斛15克，红花15克，桃仁15克，黄芪15克，鸡内金15克，败酱草15克，黄柏15克，女贞子20克，白花蛇舌草25克，半枝莲25克，山豆根25克，生姜3片，大枣5枚。
配制及服用方法：同例1。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗宫颈癌的中药，其特征是，由以下重量的中药制成：
杏仁5－15克，青皮5－15克，桂枝5－15克，黄连5－15克，枳实5－15克，乳香5－15克，没药5－15克，柴胡5－15克，白芥子5－15克，蝉蜕5－15克、白芍10－20克，穿山甲10－20克，莪术10－20克，赤芍10－20克，茯苓10－20克，石斛10－20克，红花10－20克，桃仁10－20克，黄芪10－20克，鸡内金10－20克，败酱草10－20克，黄柏10－20克，女贞子15－25克，白花蛇舌草15－25克，半枝莲15－25克，山豆根15－25克，生姜2－8片，大枣2－8枚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗宫颈癌的中药，其特征是，由以下重量的中药制成：
杏仁10克，青皮10克，桂枝10克，黄连10克，枳实10克，乳香10克，没药10克，柴胡10克，白芥子10克，蝉蜕10克、白芍15克，穿山甲15克，莪术15克，赤芍15克，茯苓15克，石斛15克，红花15克，桃仁15克，黄芪15克，鸡内金15克，败酱草15克，黄柏15克，女贞子20克，白花蛇舌草20克，半枝莲20克，山豆根20克，生姜3片，大枣5枚。
