一种利用阴离子乳化剂稳定低粘度油包水BB霜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,尤其涉及一种利用阴离子乳化剂稳定低粘度油包水BB霜及其制备方法。
背景技术.
油包水中粘度的变化随着油水相的比例的增加呈现双峰曲线的趋势而变化。当油水比例达到某个值时,其粘度会达到最大值,而再增加油相的比例时,粘度就会下降。而市面上低粘的油包水BB霜,由于其优异的铺展性和宜用性,而越来越受欢迎。气垫类型的粉底就是其中典型的代表。但是,如果想做出低粘度的油包水体系,增加油相比例是其中最主要的方法,但增加油相,一会使肤感变得比较粘腻,二会使油包水的体系稳定性变差(会出油,严重时会分离)。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种用阴离子乳化剂,可解决以上两个问题,即在不增加油相比例的基础上,降低粘度,且可以帮助体系稳定的利用阴离子乳化剂稳定低粘度油包水BB霜。
所述利用阴离子乳化剂稳定低粘度油包水BB霜,包含有鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯、硬脂酰谷氨酸二钠组合成分。
按重量百分比包括鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷2.5-3.0%、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石0.5-1.0%、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯0.4-0.6%、山梨坦倍半油酸酯0.4-0.6%、硬脂酰谷氨酸二钠0.2-0.5%。
按重量百分比包括如下成份:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷8-12%,CI 77891、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷混合物6-8%、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯5-8%,碳酸二辛酯3-6%,丁二醇3-6%,p-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯3-5%,C12-15醇苯甲酸酯2-4%,甘油3-6%,鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷2.5-3.0%,奥克立林1-3%,氧化锌、聚二甲基硅氧烷2-3%,乙基己基三嗪酮1-3%,辛基聚甲基硅氧烷1-3%,二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯1-3%,由环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物组成的成份1-3%,烟酰胺1-2%,氯化钠0.8-1.5%,蜂蜡0.5-1.5%,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5-1.5%,二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石0.5-1.5%,滑石粉、三乙氧基辛基硅烷0.5-1.5%,苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚、甘油0.3-0.6%,山梨坦异硬脂酸酯0.3-0.6%,山梨坦倍半油酸酯0.3-0.6%,生育酚乙酸酯0.1-0.5%,CI 77492、三乙氧基辛基硅烷0.1-0.5%,尿囊素0.1-0.5%,硬脂酰谷氨酸二钠0.2-0.5%,CI 77491、三乙氧基辛基硅烷0.1-0.5%,红没药醇、姜根提取物0.1-0.3%,羟苯甲酯0.1-0.3%,(日用)香精0.08-0.15%,锦纶-120.1-2%,CI77499、三乙氧基辛基硅烷0.05-0.2%,EDTA二钠0.02-0.05%,二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石
0.001-0.1%,剩余的为去离子水。
本发明实施例还提供了一种所述的利用阴离子乳化剂稳定低粘度油包水BB霜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、p-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、碳酸二辛酯、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、奥克立林、乙基己基三嗪酮、辛基聚甲基硅氧烷、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、蜂蜡、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯加入主锅中,加热至80℃熔化;
(2)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、复配原料(CI 77891、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷)、复配原料(氧化锌、聚二甲基硅氧烷)、复配原料(环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石、复配原料(滑石粉、三乙氧基辛基硅烷)、复配原料(CI 77492、三乙氧基辛基硅烷)、生育酚乙酸酯、复配原料(CI 77491、三乙氧基辛基硅烷)、锦纶-12、复配原料(CI 77499、三乙氧基辛基硅烷)、二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石搅拌分散均匀后加入至主锅中,均质搅拌,加热至75℃;
(3)将水、丁二醇、甘油、烟酰胺、氯化钠、尿囊素、硬脂酰谷氨酸二钠、羟苯甲酯、EDTA二钠,加入至水相锅中,搅拌加热至75℃;
(4)将水相锅原料缓慢抽入主锅中,均质1500rpm,搅拌1000rpm。
(5)水相加完后,均质3000rpm,搅拌1200rpm,10min。
(6)关闭均质,搅拌500rpm,冷却降温至45℃;
(7)将复配原料(苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚、甘油)、(日用)香精、复配原料(红没药醇、姜(ZINGIBER OFFICINALE)根提取物)加入至主锅中,均质2500rpm,搅拌1200rpm,2min;
(8)关闭均质,搅拌500rpm,冷却降温,并打开真空;
(9)35℃出料,静置,检验合格后,灌装、包装、喷码;
(10)检验合格后,入库。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:
本发明实施例利用阴离子乳化剂稳定低粘度油包水BB霜及其制备方法用阴离子乳化剂,可解决以上两个问题,即在不增加油相比例的基础上,降低粘度,且可以帮助体系稳定。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
本发明实施例利用阴离子乳化剂稳定低粘度油包水BB霜,实施例配方如下:
具体制备工艺如下:
1、将甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、p-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、碳酸二辛酯、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、奥克立林、乙基己基三嗪酮、辛基聚甲基硅氧烷、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、蜂蜡、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯加入主锅中,加热至80℃熔化;
2、将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、复配原料(CI 77891、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷)、复配原料(氧化锌、聚二甲基硅氧烷)、复配原料(环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石、复配原料(滑石粉、三乙氧基辛基硅烷)、复配原料(CI 77492、三乙氧基辛基硅烷)、生育酚乙酸酯、复配原料(CI 77491、三乙氧基辛基硅烷)、锦纶-12、复配原料(CI 77499、三乙氧基辛基硅烷)、二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石搅拌分散均匀后加入至主锅中,均质搅拌,加热至75℃;
3、将水、丁二醇、甘油、烟酰胺、氯化钠、尿囊素、硬脂酰谷氨酸二钠、羟苯甲酯、EDTA二钠,加入至水相锅中,搅拌加热至75℃;
4、将水相锅原料缓慢抽入主锅中,均质1500rpm,搅拌1000rpm。
5、水相加完后,均质3000rpm,搅拌1200rpm,10min。
6、关闭均质,搅拌500rpm,冷却降温至45℃;
7、将复配原料(苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚、甘油)、(日用)香精、复配原料(红没药醇、姜(ZINGIBER OFFICINALE)根提取物)加入至主锅中,均质2500rpm,搅拌1200rpm,2min;
8、关闭均质,搅拌500rpm,冷却降温,并打开真空;
9、35℃出料,静置,检验合格后,灌装、包装、喷码;
10、检验合格后,入库。
对上述制好的低粘度油包水BB霜进行稳定性对比实验:
1、稳定性测试
对实施例进行室温,4℃,25℃,37℃,45℃,50℃,-18℃-45℃循环温度测试,测试结果如下表:
注:粘度测试:BROOKFIELD DV-2T,80RPM,NO.7Rotor
由测试数据可见,本发明中应用阴离子乳化剂,其粘度低且稳定性优异。

Claims (3)

1.一种利用阴离子乳化剂稳定低粘度油包水BB霜,其特征在于,按重量百分比包含有鲸蜡基PEG/ PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷2.5-3.0%、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石0.5- 1.0%、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯0.4-0.6%、山梨坦倍半油酸酯0.4-0.6%、硬脂酰谷氨酸二钠0.2-0.5%组合成分。
2.如权利要求1所述的利用阴离子乳化剂稳定低粘度油包水BB霜,其特征在于,按重量百分比包括如下成份:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷8-12%,CI77891、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷混合物6-8%、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯5-8%,碳酸二辛酯3-6%,丁二醇3-6%,p-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯3-5%,C12-15醇苯甲酸酯2-4%,甘油3-6%,鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷2.5-3.0%,奥克立林1-3%,氧化锌、聚二甲基硅氧烷2-3%,乙基己基三嗪酮1-3%,辛基聚甲基硅氧烷1-3%,二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯1-3%,由环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物组成的成份1-3%,烟酰胺1-2%,氯化钠0.8-1.5%,蜂蜡0.5-1.5%,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5-1.5%,二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石0.5-1.0%,滑石粉、三乙氧基辛基硅烷0.5-1.5%,苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚、甘油0.3-0.6%,山梨坦异硬脂酸酯0.4-0.6%,山梨坦倍半油酸酯0.4-0.6%,生育酚乙酸酯0.1-0.5%,CI77492、三乙氧基辛基硅烷0.1-0.5%,尿囊素0.1-0.5%,硬脂酰谷氨酸二钠0.2-0.5%,CI77491、三乙氧基辛基硅烷0.1-0.5%,红没药醇、姜根提取物0.1-0.3%,羟苯甲酯0.1-0.3%,日用香精0.08-0.15%,锦纶-120.1-2%,CI77499、三乙氧基辛基硅烷0.05-0.2%,EDTA二钠0.02-0.05%,二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石0.001-0.1%,剩余的为去离子水。
3.一种如权利要求1-2任一项所述的利用阴离子乳化剂稳定低粘度油包水BB霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、p-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、碳酸二辛酯、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、奥克立林、乙基己基三嗪酮、辛基聚甲基硅氧烷、二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、蜂蜡、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯、山梨坦倍半油酸酯加入主锅中,加热至80℃熔化;
(2)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、CI77891、氢氧化铝、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、氧化锌、聚二甲基硅氧烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石、滑石粉、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、CI77492、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、生育酚乙酸酯、CI77491、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、锦纶-12、CI77499、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石搅拌分散均匀后加入至主锅中,均质搅拌,加热至75℃;
(3)将去离子水、丁二醇、甘油、烟酰胺、氯化钠、尿囊素、硬脂酰谷氨酸二钠、羟苯甲酯、EDTA二钠,加入至水相锅中,搅拌加热至75℃;
(4)将水相锅原料缓慢抽入主锅中,均质1500rpm,搅拌1000rpm;
(5)水相加完后,均质3000rpm,搅拌1200rpm,10min;
(6)关闭均质,搅拌500rpm,冷却降温至45℃;
(7)将苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚、甘油、日用香精、红没药醇、姜根提取物加入至主锅中,均质2500rpm,搅拌1200rpm,2min;
(8)关闭均质,搅拌500rpm,冷却降温,并打开真空;
(9)35℃出料,静置,检验合格后,灌装、包装、喷码;
(10)检验合格后,入库。
