背景技术
虽然,目前市场上祛痘印的化妆品琳琅满目,种类繁多,但是现有化妆品的祛痘印效果仍不是十分理想,控油祛痘效果不佳。

本发明实施例还提供了一种如以上所述的祛痘印霜的制备方法,其中,包括步骤:
S100、将B相各组分搅拌分散均匀,备用;
S200、将A相各组分加入油相锅,搅拌升温至80~85℃,完全溶解;
S300、将分散好的B相混合物加入油相锅搅拌均匀;
S400、将C相各组分加入水相锅,搅拌升温至80~85℃,溶解完全后抽入乳化锅;
S500、抽真空并开均质与搅拌,利用负压将油相锅中的物料抽入乳化锅,乳化25~30min后停止均质,并降温至40~45℃,依次加入D相和E相的各组分,搅拌均匀,得到所述祛痘印霜。具体实施时,抽真空到0.03MPa,同时开均质(3000rpm/min)与搅拌,利用负压将油相锅中的物料经滤网抽入乳化锅内进行乳化,时间为25~30min,然后停止均质开循环水降温,并保持真空以消泡;之后,降温至40~45℃(优选45℃),依次加入D、E相,搅拌均匀;最后继续降温至38℃,检验合格后出料即可。

将本实施例的祛痘印霜进行临床效能测试,并对其效果进行评估。其中,志愿者为60名18~25岁左右的油性痘痘肌肤女性,试用部位为脸部;测试方法:洁面后,取适量(黄豆大小)均匀涂抹于脸部,一日两次,涂抹六周(42天)。测试结果如表1所示:

4.一种如权利要求1~3任一项所述的祛痘印霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
将B相各组分搅拌分散均匀;
将A相各组分加入油相锅,搅拌升温至80~85℃,完全溶解;
将分散好的B相混合物加入油相锅搅拌均匀;
将C相各组分加入水相锅,搅拌升温至80~85℃,溶解完全后抽入乳化锅;
抽真空并开均质与搅拌,利用负压将油相锅中的物料抽入乳化锅,乳化25~30min后停止均质,并降温至40~45℃,依次加入D相和E相的各组分,搅拌均匀,得到所述祛痘印霜。
