Abstract
本发明涉及一种防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料及其制作方法,属于纺织面料技术领域。该防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料的制作方法包括如下步骤:将芳纶面料依次进行前处理、柔软整理、一次烘干、浸轧整理、二次烘干、水洗、三次烘干,即得所述防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料。该防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料具有良好的拒水拒油性能,耐污性良好,此外,其不仅具有优异的透气性和舒适性,与各种防火涂层均具有优异的附着性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料及其制作方法。
背景技术
芳纶即间对苯二甲酰间苯二胺,具有优良的性能,被广泛应用于复合材料及防护服领域,其具有超高强度、高模量、耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻、绝缘、抗老化等优良性能。其强度是钢丝的5~6倍,模量为钢丝或玻璃纤维的2~3倍,韧性是钢丝的2倍,而重量仅为钢丝的1/5左右,在560度的温度下,不分解不融化。
近年来,因其优异的性能,芳纶纤维面料被广泛应用在消防员防护服领域。目前针对芳纶面料在消防员防护服领域的研究,主要是在芳纶面料表面涂覆防火胶层或将芳纶织物与铝箔层或玻璃纤维层压复合,以到达耐高温、防火的目的,但是芳纶面料表面涂覆的胶层长期使用后容易脱落;此外,虽然芳纶面料具有一定的耐高温性和舒适性,但是在作为防护服基布使用时,其透气性的优劣对整个防护服的透气性极为关键,因为一旦芳纶面料的透气性较差,消防员在战斗过程中散发的汗液就会被阻隔,加之外部极高的环境温度,会使消防员产生极大的闷湿感,会严重影响消防员的作战效率。
因此,对芳纶面料进行后整理极为关键,可以使其具有更优的透气性和阻燃性,并且可以增强其与表面涂层的附着力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料及其制作方法,该防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料具有良好的拒水拒油性能,耐污性良好,此外,其不仅具有优异的透气性和舒适性,与各种防火涂层均具有优异的附着性。
防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料的制作方法,包括如下步骤:将芳纶面料依次进行前处理、柔软整理、一次烘干、浸轧整理、二次烘干、水洗、三次烘干,即得所述防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料。
更进一步的,所述的防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料的制作方法,包括如下步骤,具体为:
步骤一,前处理:清理芳纶面料表面附着的杂质;
步骤二,柔软整理:按照质量份数计,将5-10份聚醚硅油加入10-20份乙醇中,搅拌升温至40-42℃,再加入120-140份水,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至48-50℃,滴加1-2份冰醋酸,继续以1℃/min的升温速率升温至55℃,加入1-3份卵磷脂,混合均匀,得整理液,将芳纶面料浸入所得整理液中,继续以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至60-65℃,恒温浸渍2-3h;
步骤三,一次烘干:将经过柔软整理后的芳纶面料于0.8-0.9MPa,50-55℃下真空烘干;
步骤四,浸轧整理:将1.5-2.8份氟硼酸钠加入70-80份水中,搅拌均匀,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至60-70℃,再加入10-12份水性氟碳乳液,搅拌均匀,后得浸轧整理液,将步骤三所得芳纶面料浸入浸轧整理液中,二浸二轧,轧余率为60%;
步骤五,二次烘干:将步骤四所得芳纶面料于0.9-0.95MPa,40-45℃下真空烘干;
步骤六,水洗:将步骤五所得芳纶面料用30-35℃的清水清洗;
步骤七,三次烘干:将步骤六得面料于50-60℃下烘干,即得所述防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料;
更进一步的,所述的防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料的制作方法,其中所述芳纶面料为芳纶1313面料或芳纶1414面料。
本发明还提供一种由所述的防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料的制作方法制得的防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
第一,本发明通过对芳纶面料进行前处理、柔软整理、一次烘干、浸轧整理、二次烘干、水洗及三次烘干,其中,柔软整理赋予芳纶面料优异的柔软性、舒适性和更优的透气性,浸轧整理赋予芳纶面料优异的防水防油性和阻燃性,使得芳纶面料具有优异的抗污性;
第二,本发明制得的芳纶面料在作为消防员防护服基布使用时,可以使战士在救援过程中产生的汗液和体表的热量传导出来,有效防止因基布透气性差而导致的战士在高温环境中出现的晕厥和中暑现象;
第三,本发明制得的芳纶面料在作为消防员防护服基布使用时,其与基布上的涂层具有优异的附着性,可以有效防止防护服在使用过程中出现涂层脱落而导致防护服失效的现象,此外,本发明制得的芳纶面料具有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料的制作方法,包括如下步骤,具体为:
步骤一,前处理:清理芳纶面料表面附着的杂质;
步骤二,柔软整理:按照质量份数计,将8份聚醚硅油加入15份乙醇中,搅拌升温至41℃,再加入130份水,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至49℃,滴加1.5份冰醋酸,继续以1℃/min的升温速率升温至55℃,加入2份卵磷脂,混合均匀,得整理液,将芳纶面料浸入所得整理液中,继续以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至62℃,恒温浸渍2.5h;
步骤三,一次烘干:将经过柔软整理后的芳纶面料于0.85MPa,53℃下真空烘干;
步骤四,浸轧整理:将2.2份氟硼酸钠加入75份水中,搅拌均匀,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至65℃,再加入11份水性氟碳乳液,搅拌均匀,后得浸轧整理液,将步骤三所得芳纶面料浸入浸轧整理液中,二浸二轧,轧余率为60%;
步骤五,二次烘干:将步骤四所得芳纶面料于0.92MPa,43℃下真空烘干;
步骤六,水洗:将步骤五所得芳纶面料用33℃的清水清洗;
步骤七,三次烘干:将步骤六得面料于55℃下烘干,即得所述防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料;其中所述芳纶面料为芳纶1313面料。
实施例2
防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料的制作方法,包括如下步骤,具体为:
步骤一,前处理:清理芳纶面料表面附着的杂质;
步骤二,柔软整理:按照质量份数计,将5份聚醚硅油加入10份乙醇中,搅拌升温至40℃,再加入120份水,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至48℃,滴加1份冰醋酸,继续以1℃/min的升温速率升温至55℃,加入1份卵磷脂,混合均匀,得整理液,将芳纶面料浸入所得整理液中,继续以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至60℃,恒温浸渍3h;
步骤三,一次烘干:将经过柔软整理后的芳纶面料于0.8MPa,55℃下真空烘干;
步骤四,浸轧整理:将1.5份氟硼酸钠加入70份水中,搅拌均匀,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至60℃,再加入10份水性氟碳乳液,搅拌均匀,后得浸轧整理液,将步骤三所得芳纶面料浸入浸轧整理液中,二浸二轧,轧余率为60%;
步骤五,二次烘干:将步骤四所得芳纶面料于0.9MPa, 45℃下真空烘干;
步骤六,水洗:将步骤五所得芳纶面料用30℃的清水清洗;
步骤七,三次烘干:将步骤六得面料于50℃下烘干,即得所述防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料;其中所述芳纶面料为芳纶1414面料。
实施例3
防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料的制作方法,包括如下步骤,具体为:
步骤一,前处理:清理芳纶面料表面附着的杂质;
步骤二,柔软整理:按照质量份数计,将10份聚醚硅油加入20份乙醇中,搅拌升温至42℃,再加入140份水,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至50℃,滴加2份冰醋酸,继续以1℃/min的升温速率升温至55℃,加入3份卵磷脂,混合均匀,得整理液,将芳纶面料浸入所得整理液中,继续以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至65℃,恒温浸渍2h;
步骤三,一次烘干:将经过柔软整理后的芳纶面料于0.9MPa,50℃下真空烘干;
步骤四,浸轧整理:将2.8份氟硼酸钠加入80份水中,搅拌均匀,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至70℃,再加入12份水性氟碳乳液,搅拌均匀,后得浸轧整理液,将步骤三所得芳纶面料浸入浸轧整理液中,二浸二轧,轧余率为60%;
步骤五,二次烘干:将步骤四所得芳纶面料于0.95MPa,40℃下真空烘干;
步骤六,水洗:将步骤五所得芳纶面料用35℃的清水清洗;
步骤七,三次烘干:将步骤六得面料于60℃下烘干,即得所述防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料;其中所述芳纶面料为芳纶1313面料。
对实施例1至3所得防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料进行性能检测,对照例为普通芳纶1313面料,其中,阻燃性能采用垂直燃烧试验进行测试,拒水性测试参照AATCC22-2010,拒油性测试参照AATCC118-2002,测试结果如下表1:

由上表可见,实施例1至3所得面料具有良好的防水防油性,且其阻燃性和透气性也较好,而未经过本发明处理的普通芳纶织物的性能就较差,此外本发明所得面料当其表面涂覆胶层或其他涂层时,水洗200次后,涂层仍保持完整无变化。

Claims (3)
1.防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将芳纶面料依次进行前处理、柔软整理、一次烘干、浸轧整理、二次烘干、水洗、三次烘干,即得所述防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料,具体为:
步骤一,前处理:清理芳纶面料表面附着的杂质;
步骤二,柔软整理:按照质量份数计,将5-10份聚醚硅油加入10-20份乙醇中,搅拌升温至40-42℃,再加入120-140份水,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至48-50℃,滴加1-2份冰醋酸,继续以1℃/min的升温速率升温至55℃,加入1-3份卵磷脂,混合均匀,得整理液,将芳纶面料浸入所得整理液中,继续以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至60-65℃,恒温浸渍2-3h;
步骤三,一次烘干:将经过柔软整理后的芳纶面料于0.8-0.9MPa,50-55℃下真空烘干;
步骤四,浸轧整理:将1.5-2.8份氟硼酸钠加入70-80份水中,搅拌均匀,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至60-70℃,再加入10-12份水性氟碳乳液,搅拌均匀,后得浸轧整理液,将步骤三所得芳纶面料浸入浸轧整理液中,二浸二轧,轧余率为60%;
步骤五,二次烘干:将步骤四所得芳纶面料于0.9-0.95MPa,40-45℃下真空烘干;
步骤六,水洗:将步骤五所得芳纶面料用30-35℃的清水清洗;
步骤七,三次烘干:将步骤六得面料于50-60℃下烘干,即得所述防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述芳纶面料为芳纶1313面料或芳纶1414面料。
3.权利要求1所述的防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料的制作方法制得的防水防油阻燃透气芳纶面料。
