本发明公开了一种内衣面料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:1)预处理;2)染色;3)整理:将1~2重量份泡花碱、0.9重量份2,4-二氯-3,5-二甲基苯酚、0.3重量份吴茱萸提取液、0.4重量份鱼腥草提取液依次投入25质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入1.1重量份石榴皮粉、0.7重量份多磷酸哌嗪、0.7重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、0.9重量份二乙烯三胺,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明内衣面料的染整工艺,其染整后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、防蛀、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

本发明涉及内衣面料的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的抗菌、防霉、防蛀、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内衣面料的染整工艺,其染整后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、防蛀、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种内衣面料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份泡花碱、0.9重量份2,4-二氯-3,5-二甲基苯酚、0.3重量份吴茱萸提取液、0.4重量份鱼腥草提取液依次投入25质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入1.1重量份石榴皮粉、0.7重量份多磷酸哌嗪、0.7重量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、0.9重量份二乙烯三胺,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
