Abstract

本发明提供了一种具有磁性棉织物的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:(1)磁性溶解液的制备:将含有氢氧化钠和尿素的水溶液冷却至‑10ºC,然后加入磁性粒子,在低温下剧烈搅拌制备得到磁性溶解液;(2)将棉织物在步骤(1)所得的磁性溶解液中多次浸轧;(3)将浸轧后的棉织物浸渍于含有硫酸和硫酸钠的水溶液中凝固10min,然后水洗、烘干。本制备技术简单易行,成本低廉,制备出的棉织物具有持久的磁性,同时不会改变棉纤维表面性能;制备过程中未使用任何粘合剂,无毒无害。

Description

一种具有磁性棉织物的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能织物的制备方法,尤其是一种具有磁性棉织物的制备方法。
背景技术
现代医学表明,弱磁场可以使人的兴奋性增高,呈现活跃反应。在人体穴位处的磁力线可以穿透这些穴位,起到如中医针灸一样的作用。因此穿着这样的织物随时进行人体全方位理疗。基于这种原理,采用磁性纤维生产出的纺织品能调整人体机能、提高人体抗病能力,起到医疗保健作用。
目前,磁性纤维的制备方法很多,如:金属纤维直接成型,共混纺丝法,纤维表面改性法等。对于天然的棉纤维,主要通过粘合剂粘合、改性磁流体直接吸附的方法来赋予其磁性。然而,通过粘合剂将磁粉粘合到棉纤维表面,降低了棉织物对人体的亲肤性;改性磁流体对棉纤维主要通过分子间范德华力和离子键力产生吸附,水洗牢度较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提出一种具有磁性的棉织物及其制备方法,该制备方法简单易行,制备成本低廉,制备出的棉织物具有良好的磁性,同时具有耐洗性等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的解决方案为:一种具有磁性的棉织物及其制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)磁性溶解液的制备:将含有7%(w/w)氢氧化钠和12%(w/w)尿素的水溶液冷却至-10ºC,然后加入磁性粒子,在低温下剧烈搅拌制备得到磁性溶解液;(2)将棉织物在步骤(1)所得的磁性溶解液中多次浸轧;(3)将浸轧后的棉织物浸渍于含有2%(w/w)硫酸和5%(w/w)硫酸钠的水溶液中凝固10min,然后水洗、烘干。
按上述方案,所述的氢氧化钠/尿素水溶液中磁性粒子为Fe3O4、MgFe2O4、CoFe2O4、NiFe2O4、MnFe2O4的任意一种或它们的混合。
按上述方案,所述的氢氧化钠/尿素水溶液中磁性粒子粒径为20nm-10μm。
本发明的有益效果在于,(1)天然棉纤维分子量较大,一般大于160000,并且氢氧化钠/尿素水溶液对棉织物仅仅进行浸轧处理,接触时间较短,因此只能对棉纤维表面进行微溶解,而不会损伤棉纤维内部,不会造成纤维及织物物理机械性能的降低;(2)在棉织物表面部分溶解的纤维素形成纤维素浓溶液,对磁性粒子具有粘附作用;(3)棉纤维表面形成的纤维素浓溶液在硫酸/硫酸钠水溶液中重新凝固,起到粘合磁性纳米粒子的作用,同时不会改变棉纤维表面性能;(4)制备过程中未使用任何粘合剂,无毒无害。
具体实施方式
下文将结合具体实施例详细描述本发明。应当注意的是,下述实施例中描述的技术特征或者技术特征的组合不应当被认为是孤立的,它们可以被相互组合从而达到更好的技术效果。
实施例1
(1)磁性溶解液的制备:将7g氢氧化钠和12g尿素溶解到81ml水中,将该溶液冷却至-10ºC,然后加入纳米Fe3O4磁性粒子,在-10ºC下剧烈搅拌制备得到磁性溶解液;
(2)将10g棉织物在步骤(1)所得的磁性溶解液中三浸三轧;
(3)将浸轧后的棉织物浸渍于100ml含有2g硫酸和5g硫酸钠的水溶液中凝固10min,然后水洗、120ºC烘干。
实施例2
(1)磁性溶解液的制备:将7g氢氧化钠和12g尿素溶解到81ml水中,将该溶液冷却至-10ºC,然后加入纳米MgFe2O4磁性粒子,在-10ºC下剧烈搅拌制备得到磁性溶解液;
(2)将5g棉织物在步骤(1)所得的磁性溶解液中二浸二轧;
(3)将浸轧后的棉织物浸渍于100ml含有2g硫酸和5g硫酸钠的水溶液中凝固10min,然后水洗、110ºC烘干。
实施例3
(1)磁性溶解液的制备:将7g氢氧化钠和12g尿素溶解到81ml水中,将该溶液冷却至-10ºC,然后加入纳米CoFe2O4磁性粒子,在-10ºC下剧烈搅拌制备得到磁性溶解液;
(2)将15g棉织物在步骤(1)所得的磁性溶解液中四浸四轧;
(3)将浸轧后的棉织物浸渍于100ml含有2g硫酸和5g硫酸钠的水溶液中凝固10min,然后水洗、120ºC烘干。
本文虽然已经给出了本发明的一些实施例,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,在不脱离本发明精神的情况下,可以对本文的实施例进行改变。上述实施例只是示例性的,不应以本文的实施例作为本发明权利范围的限定。

Claims (3)

1.一种具有磁性棉织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)磁性溶解液的制备:将含有7%(w/w)氢氧化钠和12%(w/w)尿素的水溶液冷却至-10ºC,然后加入磁性粒子,在低温下剧烈搅拌制备得到磁性溶解液;
(2)将棉织物在步骤(1)所得的磁性溶解液中多次浸轧;
(3)将浸轧后的棉织物浸渍于含有2%(w/w)硫酸和5%(w/w)硫酸钠的水溶液中凝固10min,然后水洗、烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述磁性粒子为Fe3O4、MgFe2O4、CoFe2O4、NiFe2O4、MnFe2O4的任意一种或它们的混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述磁性粒子粒径为20nm-10μm。
