Abstract

本发明提供了一种棉质成衣抗菌后整理工艺,该方法包括如下步骤:(1)配制7%wt氢氧化钠/12%wt尿素水溶液,并将该溶液冷却至‑12℃;(2)将棉质成衣在步骤(1)所得的溶液中浸渍2h,然后用离心脱水机中脱去溶液,使织物上的带液率为50%‑70%;(3)将浸轧后的棉质成衣浸入40%‑55%wt硝酸铜水溶液中5s后取出;(4)将步骤(3)处理后的棉质成衣在120℃汽蒸箱中汽蒸10min;(5)将汽蒸后的棉质成衣浸渍于5%wt硫酸/10%硫酸钠水溶液中凝固15min,然后水洗、烘干。本制备技术简单易行,成本低廉,原料易得,整理后的成衣具备抗菌性能;颗粒状氧化铜纳米粒子在棉质成衣上具有良好的牢度。

棉质成衣抗菌后整理工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种成衣后整理加工方法,特别涉及一种棉质成衣的抗菌后整理加工方法。
背景技术
随着科技的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对于纺织品的要求不断提高,特别是对卫生方面提出了更高的要求。因此近些年来,对于抗菌织物的研究日益广泛。时至今日,人们已经研制开发了一些用于纺织品的抗菌整理剂,其中大多数是天然或有机抗菌剂,其抗菌效果差强人意,但这类抗菌剂的最大缺陷在于与微生物作用以后不可再生,且抗菌持久性较差。无机抗菌整理剂具有良好的抗菌性、广谱性、长效性、耐候性、耐药性、安全性等性能,目前已得到广泛应用。铜系抗菌剂为无机抗菌整理剂的代表之一,铜及其化合物在与水接触后,释放出的微量Cu2+,扩散到微生物细胞内,破坏蛋白质结构,即对细菌有明显的杀伤力。
虽然无机抗菌剂氧化铜中的铜离子稳定性较好,但纳米氧化铜与棉织物之间没有亲和力,在后整理过程中必须使用特定的粘合剂使纳米氧化铜粘结在织物表面,造成抗菌剂不易均匀分布在织物上,不仅影响到抗菌性能,同时还影响了织物的手感。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种基于纳米氧化铜的不使用粘合剂的抗菌成衣后整理加工方法,采用该方法整理的成衣的抗菌性好且抗菌效果持久,手感好。
基于此,本发明公开了一种棉质成衣的抗菌后整理加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)配制7%wt 氢氧化钠/12%wt 尿素水溶液,并将该溶液冷却至-12℃;
(2)将棉质成衣在步骤(1)所得的溶液中浸渍2h,然后用离心脱水机中脱去溶液,使织物上的带液率为50%-70%;
(3)将浸轧后的棉质成衣浸入40%-55% wt 硝酸铜水溶液中5s后取出;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的棉质成衣在120℃汽蒸箱中汽蒸10min;
(5)将汽蒸后的棉质成衣浸渍于5% wt 硫酸/10% 硫酸钠水溶液中凝固15min,然后水洗、烘干。
具体实施方式
下文将结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)配制7%wt 氢氧化钠/12%wt 尿素水溶液,并将该溶液冷却至-12℃;
(2)将棉质成衣在步骤(1)所得的溶液中浸渍2h,然后用离心脱水机中脱去溶液,使织物上的带液率为70%;
(3)将浸轧后的棉质成衣浸入55% wt 硝酸铜水溶液中5s后取出;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的棉质成衣在120℃汽蒸箱中汽蒸10min;
(5)将汽蒸后的棉质成衣浸渍于5% wt 硫酸/10% 硫酸钠水溶液中凝固15min,然后水洗、烘干。
实施例2
(1)配制7%wt 氢氧化钠/12%wt 尿素水溶液,并将该溶液冷却至-12℃;
(2)将棉质成衣在步骤(1)所得的溶液中浸渍2h,然后用离心脱水机中脱去溶液,使织物上的带液率为50%;

1.一种棉质成衣抗菌后整理工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)配制7%wt 氢氧化钠/12%wt 尿素水溶液,并将该溶液冷却至-12℃;
(2)将棉质成衣在步骤(1)所得的溶液中浸渍2h,然后用离心脱水机中脱去溶液,使织物上的带液率为50%-70%;
(3)将浸轧后的棉质成衣浸入40%-55% wt 硝酸铜水溶液中5s后取出;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的棉质成衣在120℃汽蒸箱中汽蒸10min;
(5)将汽蒸后的棉质成衣浸渍于5% wt 硫酸/10% 硫酸钠水溶液中凝固15min,然后水洗、烘干。
