本发明涉及轮胎领域,具体涉及一种耐磨耐拉伸的胎面胶料。一种耐磨耐拉伸的胎面胶料,胎面胶料的包括以下重量份原料:3#烟片胶 100份,N234碳黑 50份,改性芳纶纤维2份,硬脂酸 2份,4020防老剂1.5份,DTPD防老剂1份,防护蜡2份,氧化锌3.5份,C5树脂3份,200目硫磺1.4份,促进剂NS1.3份,CTP防焦剂 0.15份。优点是配方合理,在原料中添加了改性芳纶纤维,提高了轮胎胎面老化后伸长率及提高胶料的撕裂性能,降低轮胎胎面裂口增长。

一种耐磨耐拉伸的胎面胶料
技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎领域,具体涉及一种耐磨耐拉伸的胎面胶料。
背景技术
胎面胶是轮胎的重要组成部分,其在行驶过程中直接与路面接触,因此胎面胶性能对整个轮胎性能、轮胎行驶过程中的安全性及节油效果起着至关重要的作用。胎面胶首先要求有较好的物理机械性能,其物理机械性能包括拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、定伸应力、永久变形、硬度、耐撕裂性、耐疲劳性、耐热性、耐磨耗、耐老化等。同时要求在确保其物理机械性能的前提下降低滚动阻力、提高抗湿滑性,或者是二者有较好的平衡。目前怎么能够更有效的提高轮胎胎面老化后伸长率及提高胶料的撕裂性能,降低轮胎胎面裂口增长,一直是研究的技术课题。
发明内容
为了解决上述发明问题,本发明提出了一种耐磨耐拉伸的胎面胶料,配方合理,提高了轮胎胎面老化后伸长率及提高胶料的撕裂性能,降低轮胎胎面裂口增长。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明提出了以下技术方案:
一种耐磨耐拉伸的胎面胶料,胎面胶料的包括以下重量份原料:3#烟片胶100份,N234碳黑50份,改性芳纶纤维2份,硬脂酸2份,4020防老剂1.5份,DTPD防老剂1份,防护蜡2份,氧化锌3.5份,C5树脂3份,200目硫磺1.4份,促进剂NS1.3份,CTP防焦剂0.15份。
所述的改性芳纶纤维是一种SULFRON3001改性芳纶纤维。
本发明的优点是配方合理,在原料中添加了改性芳纶纤维,提高了轮胎胎面老化后伸长率及提高胶料的撕裂性能,降低轮胎胎面裂口增长。
具体实施方式
实施例1
把上述配方原料3#烟片胶100份,N234碳黑50份,SULFRON3001改性芳纶纤维2份,硬脂酸2份,4020防老剂1.5份,DTPD防老剂1份,防护蜡2份, 氧化锌3.5份,C5树脂3份,200目硫磺1.4份,促进剂NS1.3份,CTP防焦剂0.15份,通过本技术领域常用混炼技术混炼得到胎面胶料。
进行以往轮胎胎面胶料与本发明胎面胶料的物理机械性能实验结果对比如下表 所示:

通过实验结果对比可以看出,本发明配方中加入改性芳纶纤维后制作的胎面胶料性能提高,磨耗提高了,强伸积提高了。

1.一种耐磨耐拉伸的胎面胶料,其特征是胎面胶料的包括以下重量份原料:3#烟片胶100份,N234碳黑50份,改性芳纶纤维2份,硬脂酸2份,4020防老剂1.5份,DTPD防老剂1份,防护蜡2份,氧化锌3.5份,C5树脂3份,200目硫磺1.4份,促进剂NS1.3份,CTP防焦剂0.15份;所述的改性芳纶纤维是一种SULFRON3001改性芳纶纤维;把上述配方原料3#烟片胶100份,N234碳黑50份,SULFRON3001改性芳纶纤维2份,硬脂酸2份,4020防老剂1.5份,DTPD防老剂1份,防护蜡2份,氧化锌3.5份,C5树脂3份,200目硫磺1.4份,促进剂NS1.3份,CTP防焦剂0.15份,通过常用混炼技术混炼得到胎面胶料;生产出的胎面胶料的300%定伸为15.3MPa,拉断力30.1MPa,伸长率为526%,磨耗0.21,硬度65。
