Abstract

本发明的带有气体流路的袋能够有效地用惰性气体对袋内的空气(包括存在于被包装物的间隙中的空气)进行置换,防止被包装物向袋口内表面上的附着以及因此发生咬入密封,并能够防止被包装物的损伤。作为气体置换用的袋使用如下的带有气体流路的袋,即:在侧缘的密封部内形成有构成正反面的层叠薄膜未熔接的气体流路,气体流路的下端在袋内开口(连通部),在气体流路的上端形成有使气体流路与袋外连通的气体导入部。在气体导入部上形成有切口。在向袋内填充了被包装物后,从气体导入部向气体流路吹入加压后的惰性气体,通过气体流路向袋内吹入,用惰性气体对袋内的空气进行置换。气体置换后对气体导入部进行密封,并且对袋口进行密封。

Description

带有气体流路的袋和袋的包装方法及装置
技术领域
本发明涉及能够适于用来将填充了被包装物的袋的内部的空气置换成惰性气体的袋和包括气体置换工序的袋的包装方法及装置。
背景技术
在专利文献1的图1~图8中,记载了将袋的两侧缘和底缘被密封的袋的袋口开口,将气体喷嘴(惰性气体供给管)和料斗(被包装物投入管)插入袋内,通过气体喷嘴开始惰性气体向袋内的吹入,然后通过料斗向袋内填充被包装物,其间也继续惰性气体的吹入,在将袋内的空气置换成了惰性气体后,将气体喷嘴和料斗同时从袋内抽出,然后,在使袋口张紧而封闭后,用一对热板夹持袋口,对该袋口进行密封。
在专利文献1的图9~图17中,记载了在被包装物填充后将料斗从袋内抽出,使袋口张紧而封闭,在短暂地继续了惰性气体的吹入后,将气体喷嘴从袋内抽出,然后用一对热板夹持袋口,对该袋口进行密封。
在专利文献1所记载的方法中,由于在被包装物填充前开始惰性气体的吹入,预先将袋内的空气置换成惰性气体后向袋内填充被包装物,接着继续惰性气体的吹入,将存在于被包装物的间隙中的空气置换成惰性气体,所以能进行有效的气体置换。
另外,在专利文献1中,虽然在被包装物填充前将气体喷嘴插入袋内,但一般也进行在被包装物填充后将气体喷嘴插入袋内,使吹出口位于被包装物中进行气体置换的方法(参照专利文献3)。
在专利文献2中,记载了在被包装物填充后,将气体喷嘴留在袋内地使袋口张紧,进而在用一对夹紧板按压将袋口封闭后,将气体喷嘴从袋内抽出,然后用一对热板夹持袋口,对该袋口进行密封。
在专利文献3中,记载了在气体喷嘴的周围配置筒状的保护部件,在使袋口张紧时使袋口的内表面与前述保护部件的外周面接触,在气体置换的终期使气体喷嘴上升而收容到前述保护部件的内部后,使气体喷嘴与前述保护部件一起上升而从袋内拔出。

在如专利文献1所记载的那样,在继续惰性气体的吹入中将袋口向左右拉伸使其张紧,之后将气体喷嘴从袋内拔出的情况下,能够防止在气体置换的终期空气向袋内的流入,能进行有效的气体置换。此外,在如专利文献2所记载的那样,用一对夹紧板按压而将袋口封闭后,将气体喷嘴从袋内抽出的情况下,能够更可靠地防止空气向袋内的流入。
但是,在专利文献1、2所记载的气体置换方法中,由于使气体喷嘴的下端的吹出口位于填充到袋内的被包装物中,所以被包装物附着在气体喷嘴的吹出口附近的外周面上。另一方面,在将气体喷嘴从袋内拔出之际,由于袋口处于封闭的状态,所以气体喷嘴是其外周面与袋口的内表面摩擦着向袋外拔出。
其结果,在气体喷嘴穿过袋口拔出之际,附着在了气体喷嘴的外周面上的被包装物附着在袋口内表面、即密封预定部上,在作为后工序的袋口的密封时发生咬入密封这种密封不良。
在专利文献3所记载的气体置换方法中,由于在气体喷嘴从袋内拔出时,该气体喷嘴收容在保护部件的内部而不直接与袋口的内表面接触,所以防止了附着在了气体喷嘴的外周面上的被包装物附着在袋口内表面、即密封预定部上。但是,在专利文献3所记载的方法中,由于在被包装物填充后将气体喷嘴插入袋内,所以在被包装物是柔软物体(例如煮豆)的情况下,存在被包装物因气体喷嘴而损伤的可能性。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于气体置换所涉及的现有技术的上述问题而提出的,其目的在于能够与以往同样有效地用惰性气体对袋内的空气(包括存在于被包装物的间隙中的空气)进行置换,同时能够防止被包装物向袋口内表面上的附着以及因此发生咬入密封,并且能够防止被包装物的损伤。
本发明所涉及的袋(带有气体流路的袋)的特征在于,在袋的两侧缘和底缘上具有构成袋的正反面的层叠薄膜被密封的密封部,在前述密封部内形成有构成前述正反面的层叠薄膜未熔接的气体流路,前述气体流路的一部分在袋内开口,并且在前述气体流路的正反面的层叠薄膜的一方或者双方上形成有使前述气体流路与袋外连通的气体导入部。
上述袋例如能够取以下那样的实施方式。
(1)前述气体流路形成在侧缘的密封部上,或者在侧缘和底缘的密封部上连续地形成,前述气体导入部形成在前述气体流路的上端。
(2)在上述(1)的情况下,前述气体流路形成在侧缘的密封部上,前述气体流路的下方在袋内开口。
(3)上述袋是袋内填充有被包装物,并且袋内的空气被惰性气体置换,上缘的袋口和前述气体导入部被密封的产品袋。
(4)在上述(3)的情况下,在前述袋的被密封的袋口的旁边,沿着前述袋口形成有断续地延续的密封部。
本发明所涉及的袋的包装方法用一对袋移送用夹具夹持着袋的两侧缘悬吊,沿着规定的移送路径移送,在该移送的过程中,依次进行袋口的开口,被包装物向袋内的填充,袋内的空气被惰性气体置换,以及袋口的密封等各包装工序,其特征在于,作为前述袋使用如下的带有气体流路的袋,即:在袋的两侧缘和底缘上具有构成袋的正反面的层叠薄膜被密封的密封部,在前述密封部内形成有构成前述正反面的层叠薄膜未熔接的气体流路,前述气体流路的一部分在袋内开口,并且在前述气体流路的正反面的层叠薄膜的一方或者双方上形成有使前述气体流路与袋外连通的气体导入部,在向前述袋内填充被包装物的填充工序之后进行气体置换工序,从前述气体导入部向前述气体流路吹入惰性气体,通过前述气体流路向袋内吹入,用惰性气体对袋内的空气进行置换,在前述气体置换工序之后,进行对前述气体导入部进行密封的气体导入部密封工序,以及对前述袋口进行密封的袋口密封工序。
上述袋的包装方法例如能够取以下那样的实施方式。
(1)在前述气体置换工序中,将与惰性气体的供给源相连的喷嘴的吹出口贴在前述气体导入部上,从前述气体导入部向前述气体流路吹入惰性气体。
(2)隔着前述带有气体流路的袋在两侧配置有超声波密封装置的砧角和砧座,在前述砧角和砧座的一方或者双方上形成有一端与前述惰性气体的供给源相连、另一端在顶端开口的惰性气体流路,形成有前述惰性气体流路的前述砧角和砧座的一方或者双方兼作前述喷嘴,前述惰性气体流路的另一端作为前述吹出口,在前述气体置换工序中,通过前述砧角和砧座的一方或者双方向前述气体流路吹入气体,并且用前述砧角和砧座实施前述气体导入部密封工序。
(3)在前述气体置换工序开始前到结束的期间或者气体置换工序结束后,将前述一对袋移送用夹具的间隔扩宽,使前述袋口张紧。
(4)在前述填充工序和气体置换工序之间进行断续密封部形成工序,在前述袋的袋口旁边沿着前述袋口形成断续地延续的密封部。
本发明所涉及的袋的包装装置用一对袋移送用夹具夹持着袋的两侧缘悬吊,沿着规定的移送路径移送,在该移送的过程中,依次进行袋口的开口,被包装物向袋内的填充,袋内的空气被惰性气体置换,以及袋口的密封等各包装工序,其特征在于,作为前述袋使用如下的带有气体流路的袋,即:在袋的两侧缘和底缘上具有构成袋的正反面的层叠薄膜被密封的密封部,在前述密封部内形成有构成前述正反面的层叠薄膜未熔接的气体流路,前述气体流路的一部分在袋内开口,并且在前述气体流路的正反面的层叠薄膜的一方或者双方上形成有使前述气体流路与袋外连通的气体导入部,沿着前述移送路径配置有袋口的开口装置,被包装物的填充装置,气体置换装置,以及袋口的密封装置,前述气体置换装置具备喷嘴,该喷嘴与惰性气体的供给源相连,从顶端的吹出口吹出惰性气体,从前述气体导入部向前述气体流路吹入惰性气体,前述袋口的密封装置具备从袋的两面夹持袋口进行密封的一对密封部件,进而,沿着前述移送路径配置有对气体置换后的袋的气体导入部进行密封的气体导入部密封装置,前述气体导入部密封装置具备从袋的两面夹持前述气体导入部进行密封的一对密封部件。
上述袋的包装装置例如能够取以下那样的实施方式。
(1)前述气体导入部形成在袋的正反面的层叠薄膜上,前述气体置换装置具备对置地配置的一对喷嘴,该一对喷嘴与惰性气体的供给源相连,从顶端的吹出口吹出惰性气体。
(2)前述气体置换装置具备喷嘴和承接部件,该喷嘴与惰性气体的供给源相连,从顶端的吹出口吹出惰性气体,该承接部件与前述喷嘴对置地配置,支撑袋的背面一侧。
(3)前述袋口的密封装置兼作前述气体导入部密封装置,前述袋口的密封装置的一对密封部件从袋的两面将前述气体导入部与前述袋口一同夹持进行密封。在这种情况下,不存在独立的气体导入部密封装置。
(4)作为前述气体导入部密封装置使用超声波密封装置。该超声波密封装置兼作气体置换装置。前述超声波密封装置在砧角和砧座的一方或者双方上形成有一端与惰性气体的供给源相连、另一端在顶端开口的惰性气体流路,前述惰性气体流路的另一端作为惰性气体的吹出口,通过形成有前述惰性气体流路的前述砧角和砧座的一方或者双方,从前述气体导入部向前述气体流路吹入气体,并且用前述砧角和砧座对前述气体导入部进行密封。
(5)沿着前述移送路径,在被包装物的填充装置之后配置有断续密封部形成装置,在前述袋的袋口旁边沿着前述袋口形成断续地延续的密封部。
根据本发明,能够有效地用惰性气体对填充了被包装物后的袋内的空气(包括存在于被包装物的间隙中的空气)进行置换,同时,能够防止被包装物向袋口内表面上的附着以及因此发生咬入密封,并且能够防止被包装物的损伤。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图1~图10对本发明所涉及的带有气体流路的袋和包装方法及装置详细地进行说明。
首先,图2中表示带有气体流路的袋1(以下简称为袋1)。袋1由正反两面的层叠薄膜构成,在两侧缘及底缘上具有两薄膜被密封的密封部2~4。密封部2形成为宽度比密封部3宽。在密封部2的一部分有正反两面的薄膜彼此未熔接的未密封部,该未密封部是气体流路5。气体流路5是在对袋1的正反两面的薄膜进行热密封之际不加压密封而留下的场所,从袋1的袋口6(密封部2的上端)的旁边向下方细长地延伸。
在气体流路5的一部分(在该例中是上端)形成有使气体流路5与袋外连通的气体导入部5a。该气体导入部5a为大致圆形,其直径比气体流路5的其它部分的宽度大,在正反两面的薄膜的中心形成有十字型的切口8。此外,气体流路5的一部分(在该例中是下端)在袋1的内部开口。将该部分称为气体流路5的连通部5b。若惰性气体从气体导入部5a向气体流路5吹入,则其惰性气体通过气体流路5向下方流动,从连通部5b向袋1的内部吹入。另外,本发明中所说的惰性气体除了氩、氦等稀有气体族的元素之外,也包括化学反应性低的氮等。
图1中表示本发明所涉及的包装装置9。包装装置9是旋转式包装机,例如与日本国特开平2014-139090号公报的图2所记载的旋转式包装机同样,具备在间歇地逆时针逐次旋转规定角度的工作台11的周围以等角度间隔设置有多对(10对)左右一对的袋移送用夹具12、13袋移送装置14。在该袋移送装置14中,袋移送用夹具12、13把持着供给的袋1的两侧缘(密封部2、3)悬吊,沿着圆形的移送路径间歇地移送,在移送的过程中,在规定的时机扩宽或缩窄相互的间隔。在夹具12、13停止的各停止位置(停止位置Ⅰ~Ⅹ),接着袋1相对于夹具12、13的供给,相对于被夹具12、13把持的袋1依次进行袋口的开口,被包装物的填充,以及袋口的密封等各包装工序,并且实施气体置换工序以及气体导入部密封工序。
夹具12、13均由一对夹片构成,如图4所示,夹具12以水平地横穿气体流路5的形式把持密封部2。在夹具12的一方或者双方的夹片的内侧(把持面)上形成有沿上下方向开出的浅槽16,在夹具12把持着密封部2时,前述槽16重合在气体流路5之上,不将气体流路5堵死(不关闭)。
上述包装装置9中,在前述移送路径的停止位置Ⅰ配置有传送盒式供袋装置17,在停止位置Ⅱ配置有印字装置(仅表示头部18),在停止位置Ⅲ配置有印字检查装置(仅表示头部19),在停止位置Ⅳ配置有具有一对吸盘的开口装置(仅表示一方的吸盘21),在停止位置Ⅴ配置有填充装置(仅表示料斗22),在停止位置Ⅵ配置有第1气体置换装置(仅表示一对喷嘴24、24),在停止位置Ⅶ配置有第2气体置换装置(仅表示一对喷嘴25、25),在停止位置Ⅷ配置有第3气体置换装置(仅表示砧角26和砧座27),在停止位置Ⅸ配置有袋口密封装置(仅表示一对热板28、28),在停止位置Ⅹ配置有对袋口的密封部进行冷却的冷却装置(仅表示一对冷却板29、29)。
作为配置在停止位置Ⅵ、Ⅶ上的第1、第2气体置换装置,能够适用日本国特开2014-139090号公报的图16、图17所记载的气体填充机构(仅图示了对置配置的一对喷嘴43、44)。或者,根据需要也能够适用日本国特开2014-139090号公报的图3、图4所记载的气体填充机构(仅表示了对置配置的喷嘴28和承接部件29)。
第1气体置换装置的一对喷嘴24、24与未图示的惰性气体的供给源相连,隔着袋1的前述移送路径对置配置,朝向停止在停止位置Ⅵ的袋1前进(接近前述移送路径)或者后退(远离前述移送路径),在前进位置,顶端的吹出口24a、24a(参照图5(a))贴在气体导入部5a上。在前述前进位置,两吹出口24a、24a之间隔开狭窄的规定(比袋1的厚度稍宽的程度)的间隔L(参照图5(b)),该间隔L在吹入惰性气体期间被维持。这样隔开间隔L是如日本国特开2014-139090号公报所记载的那样,为了使气体(惰性气体)从气体导入部5a向气体流路5的吹入不受妨碍的缘故。若一对喷嘴24、24后退到退避位置(参照图5(c)参照),则能够避免与沿着前述移送路径移送的袋1的干涉。另外,喷嘴24、24的进退的方向相对于袋1垂直。
第1气体置换装置的一对喷嘴25、25也具有与第2气体置换装置的一对喷嘴24、24完全同样的构造,进行同样的动作。
图3中表示配置在停止位置Ⅷ的作为第3气体置换装置的主要部分的超声波密封装置31。该超声波密封装置31包括前述砧角26和砧座27,使砧角26振动的超声波振动发生装置32,以及使砧角26和砧座27进退的气缸33。在气缸33的活塞杆34、35的顶端固定有安装部件36、37,前述超声波振动发生装置32固定在安装部件36上,前述砧座27固定在安装部件37上。另外,超声波密封装置31具有未图示的冷却机构,超声波振动发生装置32以及砧角26和砧座27被该冷却机构冷却。
砧角26在内部形成有孔(惰性气体流路)39,惰性气体流路39的一端在砧角26的侧面开口,经由接头41、配管42及未图示的切换阀等与惰性气体的供给源43相连,另一端在砧角26的顶端开口,此处成为惰性气体的吹出口44。砧座27也是在内部形成有孔(惰性气体流路)45,惰性气体流路45的一端在砧座27的后端开口,经由接头46及配管47与前述惰性气体的供给源43相连,另一端在砧座27的顶端开口,此处成为惰性气体的吹出口48。
超声波密封装置31的砧角26和砧座27隔着袋1的移送路径对置地配置,在气缸33的作用下相互对称并朝向停止在停止位置Ⅷ的袋1前进(接近前述移送路径)或者后退(远离前述移送路径)。气缸33是三位置型气缸,前述砧角26和砧座27除了在最远离前述移送路径的退避位置(参照图7(a))、砧角26和砧座27以顶端彼此对袋1进行夹压的前进位置(参照图7(c))之外,在前述退避位置与前进位置之间的吹入位置(参照图7(b))停止。砧角26和砧座27的进退的方向相对于袋1垂直。当砧角26和砧座27来到前述退避位置时,能够避免与沿着前述移送路径移送的袋1的干涉。当砧角26和砧座27来到前述吹入位置时,在两吹出口44、48之间隔开狭窄的规定(比袋1的厚度稍宽的程度)的间隔M,该间隔维持规定时间。
参照图1~图8对使用了图1所示的包装装置9的包装方法进行说明。
(1)在停止位置Ⅰ(供袋工序位置),袋1从传送盒式供袋装置17向停止的一对夹具12、13供给,夹具12、13从正反两面把持密封部2、3的规定位置。此时,虽然夹具12把持气体导入部5a的稍下的位置(参照图4(a)),但由于形成在一方或者双方的夹片的内侧的上下方向的槽16覆盖在气体流路5之上,所以气体流路5不被堵死(不关闭)。
(2)在停止位置Ⅱ(印字工序位置),通过印字装置相对于停止在相同位置的袋1进行袋面上的印字。
(3)在停止位置Ⅲ(印字检查工序位置),通过印字检查装置相对于停止在相同位置的袋1进行印字检查。
(4)在停止位置Ⅵ(开口工序位置),通过开口装置相对于停止在相同位置的袋1进行袋口6的开口。前述开口装置的一对吸盘21、21(图1中仅图示了一方的吸盘21)朝向袋1进退,前进而吸附袋1的两面的薄膜,以该状态后退而对袋口6进行开口。与此同时,一对夹具12、13缩窄相互的间隔(参照图4(a))。然后,未图示的开口头(参照日本国特开2014-139090号公报的图2所示的开口头26)下降,其下端从开口的袋口6进入袋1内,吹出空气使袋1膨胀。
(5)在停止位置Ⅴ(被包装物填充工序位置),通过填充装置相对于停止在相同位置的袋1进行被包装物23的填充。填充装置的料斗22在袋1的上方升降,下降时从袋口6插入袋1内,被包装物23向袋1内填充。
(6)气体置换工序分三次实施第1气体置换工序、第2气体置换工序以及第3气体置换工序。
在停止位置Ⅵ(第1气体置换工序)配置有具有一对喷嘴24、24的第1气体置换装置。如图4(a)及图5(a)所示,当已填充的袋1(以后称为已填充袋1A)停止在停止位置Ⅵ时,喷嘴24、24后退到前述退避位置。
接着,喷嘴24、24前进而到达前述前进位置,吹出口24a、24a从已填充袋1A的两侧接近气体导入部5a,如图4(b)及图5(b)所示那样吹出惰性气体。这样一来,加压后的惰性气体从气体导入部5a吹入气体流路5,其惰性气体如图4(b)中箭头所示那样在气体流路5中向下方流动,从连通部5b吹入袋1A的内部,穿过袋1A内的被包装物23的间隙上升。这样一来,已填充袋1A内的空气(包括存在于被包装物23的间隙中的空气)被有效地置换成惰性气体。另外,图5(b)中表示了在惰性气体的压力下膨胀的气体通路5。
经过规定时间后,如图4(c)及图5(c)所示,惰性气体从吹出口24a、24a的吹出停止,喷嘴24、24向前述退避位置后退。
(7)在停止位置Ⅶ(第2气体置换工序)配置有具有一对喷嘴25、25的第2气体置换装置。在该停止位置Ⅶ,相对于停止在相同位置的已填充袋1A重复与在停止位置Ⅵ进行的气体置换工序同样的气体置换工序。
另外,在上述气体置换工序中,惰性气体从喷嘴24、24及喷嘴25、25的吹出开始以及结束的时机能够适当设定。
(8)在停止位置Ⅷ(第3气体置换工序以及气体导入部密封工序),在袋1A的移送路径的旁边配置有图3所示的超声波密封装置31,相对于停止在相同停止位置的已填充袋1A进行第3气体置换工序,和气体导入部5a的密封工序。
在由一对夹具12、13把持的已填充袋1A从停止位置Ⅶ朝向停止位置Ⅷ移送的期间,前述夹具12、13扩宽相互的间隔。这样一来,已填充袋1A的被夹具12、13把持的场所被左右拉伸,包括袋口6在内,已填充袋1A的上方部张紧而成为封闭的状态。
当已填充袋1A停止在停止位置Ⅷ时,如图6(a)及7(a)所示,砧角26和砧座27后退到前述退避位置。
接着,气缸31工作,砧角26和砧座27前进,到达前述前进位置之前的位置(前述吹入位置),吹出口44、48从已填充袋1A的两侧接近气体导入部5a,如图6(b)及图7(b)所示,吹出惰性气体。这样一来,加压后的惰性气体从气体导入部5a吹入气体流路5,其惰性气体如图6(b)中箭头所示那样在气体流路5中向下方流动,从连通部5b向已填充袋1A的内部吹入,穿过已填充袋1A内的被包装物23的间隙上升,从袋口6向袋外流出。由于袋口6是封闭的,所以防止了外气从袋口6向袋内侵入,已填充袋1A内的空气(包括存在于被包装物23的间隙中的空气)被更有效地置换成惰性气体。另外,图7(b)中示出了在惰性气体的压力下膨胀的气体通路5。
在砧角26和砧座27停止在前述吹入位置后,在规定的时机使惰性气体从吹出口44、48的吹出停止。然后,使气缸33工作,使砧角26和砧座27前进,并且从超声波振动发生装置32发送超声波振动,将振动能量向砧角26供给。这样一来,如图6(c)及图7(c)所示,砧角26和砧座27的顶端从已填充袋1A的两侧对气体导入部5a进行夹压,并且对气体导入部5a的正反面的薄膜(尤其是切口8的周围)进行超声波密封,气体流路5(气体导入部5a)被封闭。如图8所示,形成与被砧角26和砧座27夹压的部位的形状(砧角26的顶端面49的形状)一致的环状的超声波密封部51(带有斜线的环状的场所)。通过该超声波密封,切口8自身全部或者大部分被密封,但由于在切口8的周围气体导入部5a的正反面的薄膜被密封,所以气体流路5可靠地被封闭。
这样,通过超声波密封装置31兼作气体置换装置和气体导入部密封装置,实质上减少了工序数量,能够省略装置的设置空间。
另外,由于已填充袋1A的袋口6为被一对夹具12、13拉伸而张紧的状态,所以气体导入部5a的位置确定,来到吹入位置时以及为了对气体导入部5a进行夹压而进一步前进时的砧角26及砧座27的位置和气体导入部5a的位置不易产生偏差。
若超声波密封结束(超声波的振荡结束),则不再发生超声波振动产生的摩擦热,被砧角26和砧座27的顶端夹压的超声波密封部51立即被该砧角26和砧座27冷却。在超声波密封结束后,在适当的时机气缸33相反地工作,砧角26和砧座27后退,在前述后退位置停止(参照图3(a))。
(9)在停止位置Ⅸ(密封工序位置),一对热板28、28对袋口6进行夹压而进行热密封。通过该热密封而形成的密封部在图8中用附图标记52表示。
(10)在停止位置Ⅹ(密封部冷却以及排出工序位置),一对冷却板29、29对密封部52进行夹压而进行冷却。接着,在冷却中夹具12、13张开,进而冷却板29、29张开,袋1A(以下称为袋产品1B)下落,通过斜槽53向装置外排出。
参照图9对气体流路5的别的方式进行说明。在图9中,对于实质上与图2所示的袋1相同的部位赋予了相同的附图标记。
图9(a)所示的袋54在密封部2、3的双方形成有气体流路5。袋54的气体流路5、5均是在上端形成有气体导入部5a,在下端形成有连通部5b。在该袋54的情况下,由于在袋54的内部开口的连通部5b形成在两侧,所以能够更充分地向袋54内(包括填充的被包装物的间隙)吹入惰性气体,使气体置换率提高。
图9(b)所示的袋55在密封部2形成有气体流路5,在气体流路5的上端形成有气体导入部5a,在下方的多个场所形成有连通部5b。在该袋55的情况下,由于在袋55的内部开口的连通部5b形成在袋55的上下方向多个场所,所以能够更均匀地向填充在袋55内的被包装物中吹入惰性气体,其结果,能够使气体置换率提高。
图9(c)所示袋56形成有从侧缘的密封部2连续到底缘的密封部4的气体流路5,在气体流路5的上端形成有气体导入部5a,在密封部4的多个场所形成有连通部5b。在该袋56的情况下,由于在袋56的内部开口的连通部5b形成在密封部4的宽度方向多个场所,所以能够更均匀地向填充在袋55内(包括被填充的被包装物的间隙)吹入惰性气体,其结果,能够使气体置换率提高。
图9(d)所示的袋57从底缘的密封部4的一端到袋宽度方向中央部形成有气体流路5,在气体流路5的一端形成有气体导入部5a,在另一端(袋宽度方向中央部)形成有连通部5b。由于在侧缘的密封部2、3未形成有气体流路5,所以无需扩宽密封部2、3的宽度,此外,能够缩短气体流路5,减少在气体流路5内流动的惰性气体的能量损失。另外,在底缘的密封部形成有气体导入部5a的情况下,若袋57的长度改变,则气体导入部5a的上下方向的位置也改变。因此,若袋的长度改变,则需要改变喷嘴24、24、25、25的高度和砧角26及砧座27的高度。
在本发明所涉及的包装方法中,能够在被包装物填充后根据需要在袋口旁边形成断续地延续的密封部(断续密封部)。在图10中,在填充后的袋(已填充袋1A)上形成有两排的断续密封部58。断续密封部58是隔着多个未密封部58a在袋宽方向上断续地延续的密封部,在该例中,未密封部58a的宽度形成得比较窄。另外,断续密封部自身是公知的(例如参照日本国特开平11-29153号公报)。
断续密封部58能够与密封部52同样地通过具有一对热板的断续密封部形成装置形成。作为形成断续密封部58的时机,优选在被包装物的填充工序结束后、气体置换工序开始前。在气体置换工序分多次实施的情况下,优选在第1气体置换工序之前形成,但也能够在第多次的气体置换工序之前形成。
参照图10对在袋1上形成了断续密封部58的情况下的气体置换工序的一部分(尤其是使用超声波密封装置31的气体置换工序)进行说明。
(1)图10(a)在时序上与图6(b)相对应。在形成有断续密封部58的已填充袋1A的袋口6的旁边形成有两排的断续密封部58。由于断续密封部58被称为所谓迷宫式密封,所以上排和下排的未密封部58a在上下方向上错开(互不相同)地形成。
砧角26和砧座27从吹出口44、48(参照图3参照)吹出惰性气体,加压后的惰性气体从气体导入部5a向气体流路5吹入,其惰性气体如箭头所示那样在气体流路5中向下方流动,从连通部5b向已填充袋1A的内部吹入。吹入到已填充袋1A的内部的惰性气体穿过已填充袋1A内的被包装物23的间隙上升,已填充袋1A内的空气(包括存在于被包装物的间隙中空气)随之穿过断续密封部58的狭窄通路从袋口6向袋外流出。
在被包装物23如干松鱼或鱼粉拌紫菜那样为重量非常轻,混有许多干松鱼薄片等的情况下,若惰性气体向袋1A内吹入则飞扬,容易向袋外飘散。另一方面,在形成有断续密封部58的已填充袋1A的情况下,有即使被包装物23飞扬也被断续密封部58阻挡,被包装物23不易向袋外飘散的优点。因此,与未形成有断续密封部58的图6所示的已填充袋1A相比,能够用强的压力吹入惰性气体,在短时间内结束气体置换。
(2)图10(b)在时序上与图6(c)相对应。超声波振动能量从超声波振动发生装置32(参照图3参照)向砧角26供给,砧角26和砧座27前进,气体导入部5a从已填充袋1A的两面被夹压,气体导入部5a的正反面的薄膜(尤其是切口8的周围)被超声波密封,气体流路5封闭。
(3)图10(c)是在袋口的密封工序中热板28、28对袋口6进行夹压而进行热密封时的附图。在该例中,热板28、28将断续密封部58的一部分重合地密封,断续密封部58的其余部分(1排的量)位于密封部52之下。
以上,参照图1~图10对本发明所涉及的带有气体流路的袋和包装方法及装置的实施方式进行了说明,但除此之外也可以考虑以下的实施方式。
(1)在上述的例子中,将由一对夹具把持的袋1沿着圆形的移送路径间歇地移送,在各停止位置相对于袋1实施规定的包装工序,但例如也可以使喷嘴24、24、25、25或超声波密封装置31与袋的移送同步地移动,在到达移动终点后向初期位置复位,在袋1的移动中也继续地实施规定的包装工序。此外,袋1的移送可以是连续移送,移送路径除了圆形之外也可以是赛道形或直线形。
(2)在上述的例子中,断续地实施了三次气体置换工序,但该次数只要适当设定即可,也可以是一次。
(3)在上述的例子中,在第3气体置换工序之前扩宽夹具12、13的间隔,使袋1的袋口张紧,但该动作也可以在填充工序后、气体置换工序开始前到结束的期间,或者气体置换工序结束后的适当的时机进行。在气体置换工序多次实施的情况下,可在最初的气体置换工序开始前到最后的气体置换工序结束的期间,或者最后的气体置换工序结束后的适当时机进行。但是,从提高气体置换效率的观点考虑,优选在填充工序后、气体置换工序开始前(在气体置换工序有多次的情况下最迟在最后的气体置换工序开始前)实施。
(4)在上述的例子中,利用超声波密封装置31的密封功能,接着第3气体置换工序,使用相同的超声波密封装置31,进行气体导入部5a的密封工序,但在气体置换装置中没有进行密封工序的功能的情况下(例如用一对喷嘴24、24进行气体置换的情况下),必须另外配置对气体导入部5a进行密封的密封装置(例如具有一对热板)。或者也能够用对袋口进行密封的密封装置同时对气体导入部5a进行密封(袋口密封装置兼作气体导入部密封装置)。
(5)在上述的例子中,使用了在气体导入部5a的正反两面的薄膜上形成有切口8的袋1,但气体导入部5a的切口8也可以形成在正反两面的某一方的薄膜上。在这种情况下,只要不从配置在未形成有切口8的一侧的喷嘴吹出惰性气体,或者取代该喷嘴配置不具有吹出口的承接部件即可。在超声波密封装置所适用的情况下,也可以不从配置在砧角或者砧座中未形成有切口8的一侧的部件吹出惰性气体,或者不在该部件上形成惰性气体流路。另外,在气体导入部5a,作为惰性气体的进入口,能够取代切口8而形成孔(参照日本国特开2014-139090号公报)。

Claims (19)

1.一种带有气体流路的袋,其特征在于,在袋的两侧缘和底缘上具有构成袋的正反面的层叠薄膜被密封的密封部,在前述密封部内形成有构成前述正反面的层叠薄膜未熔接的气体流路,前述气体流路的一部分在袋内开口,并且在前述气体流路的正反面的层叠薄膜的一方或者双方上形成有使前述气体流路与袋外连通的气体导入部。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有气体流路的袋,其特征在于,前述气体流路形成在侧缘的密封部上,或者连续地形成在侧缘和底缘的密封部上,前述气体导入部形成在前述气体流路的上端。
3.如权利要求2所述的带有气体流路的袋,其特征在于,前述气体流路形成在侧缘的密封部上,前述气体流路的下方在袋内开口。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的带有气体流路的袋,其特征在于,是袋内填充有被包装物,并且袋内的空气被惰性气体置换,上缘的袋口及前述气体导入部被密封的产品袋。
5.如权利要求4所述的带有气体流路的袋,其特征在于,在前述袋的被密封的袋口的旁边,沿着前述袋口形成有断续地延续的密封部。
6.一种袋的包装方法,用一对袋移送用夹具夹持着袋的两侧缘悬吊,沿着规定的移送路径移送,在该移送的过程中,依次进行袋口的开口,被包装物向袋内的填充,袋内的空气被惰性气体置换,以及袋口的密封等各包装工序,其特征在于,作为前述袋使用如下的带有气体流路的袋,即:在袋的两侧缘和底缘上具有构成袋的正反面的层叠薄膜被密封的密封部,在前述密封部内形成有构成前述正反面的层叠薄膜未熔接的气体流路,前述气体流路的一部分在袋内开口,并且在前述气体流路的正反面的层叠薄膜的一方或者双方上形成有使前述气体流路与袋外连通的气体导入部,在向前述袋内填充被包装物的填充工序之后进行气体置换工序,从前述气体导入部向前述气体流路吹入惰性气体,通过前述气体流路向袋内吹入,用惰性气体对袋内的空气进行置换,进而,进行对前述气体导入部进行密封的气体导入部密封工序,以及对前述袋口进行密封的袋口密封工序。
7.如权利要求6所述的袋的包装方法,其特征在于,在前述气体置换工序中,将与惰性气体的供给源相连的喷嘴的吹出口贴在前述气体导入部上,从前述气体导入部向前述气体流路吹入惰性气体。
8.如权利要求7所述的袋的包装方法,其特征在于,隔着前述带有气体流路的袋在两侧配置有超声波密封装置的砧角和砧座,在前述砧角和砧座的一方或者双方上形成有一端与前述惰性气体的供给源相连、另一端在顶端开口的惰性气体流路,形成有前述惰性气体流路的前述砧角和砧座的一方或者双方兼作前述喷嘴,前述惰性气体流路的另一端作为前述吹出口,在前述气体置换工序中,通过前述砧角和砧座的一方或者双方从前述气体导入部向前述气体流路吹入惰性气体,并且用前述砧角和砧座实施前述气体导入部密封工序。
9.如权利要求6所述的袋的包装方法,其特征在于,在沿着前述移送路径移送前述袋的过程中,断续地实施多次前述气体置换工序。
10.如权利要求6所述的袋的包装方法,其特征在于,在前述气体置换工序开始前到结束的期间或者气体置换工序结束后,将前述一对袋移送用夹具的间隔扩宽,使前述袋口张紧。
11.如权利要求6~10中任一项所述的袋的包装方法,其特征在于,在前述填充工序和气体置换工序之间进行断续密封部形成工序,在前述袋的袋口旁边沿着前述袋口形成断续地延续的密封部。
12.一种袋的包装装置,用一对袋移送用夹具夹持着袋的两侧缘悬吊,沿着规定的移送路径移送,在该移送的过程中,依次进行袋口的开口,被包装物向袋内的填充,袋内的空气被惰性气体置换,以及袋口的密封等各包装工序,其特征在于,作为前述袋使用如下的带有气体流路的袋,即:在袋的两侧缘和底缘上具有构成袋的正反面的层叠薄膜被密封的密封部,在前述密封部内形成有构成前述正反面的层叠薄膜未熔接的气体流路,前述气体流路的一部分在袋内开口,并且在前述气体流路的正反面的层叠薄膜的一方或者双方上形成有使前述气体流路与袋外连通的气体导入部,沿着前述移送路径配置有袋口的开口装置,被包装物的填充装置,气体置换装置,以及袋口的密封装置,前述气体置换装置具备喷嘴,该喷嘴与惰性气体的供给源相连,从顶端的吹出口吹出惰性气体,从前述气体导入部向前述气体流路吹入惰性气体,前述袋口的密封装置具备从袋的两面夹持袋口进行密封的一对密封部件,进而,沿着前述移送路径配置有对气体置换后的袋的气体导入部进行密封的气体导入部密封装置,前述气体导入部密封装置具备从袋的两面夹持前述气体导入部进行密封的一对密封部件。
13.如权利要求12所述的袋的包装装置,其特征在于,前述气体导入部形成在袋的正反面的层叠薄膜的双方上,前述气体置换装置具备对置地配置的一对喷嘴,该一对喷嘴与惰性气体的供给源相连,从顶端的吹出口吹出惰性气体。
14.如权利要求12所述的袋的包装装置,其特征在于,前述气体置换装置具备喷嘴和承接部件,该喷嘴与惰性气体的供给源相连,从顶端的吹出口吹出惰性气体,该承接部件与前述喷嘴对置地配置,支撑袋的背面一侧。
15.如权利要求12所述的袋的包装装置,其特征在于,前述袋口的密封装置兼作前述气体导入部密封装置,前述袋口的密封装置的一对密封部件从袋的两面将前述气体导入部与前述袋口一同夹持进行密封。
16.如权利要求13所述的袋的包装装置,其特征在于,前述袋口的密封装置兼作前述气体导入部密封装置,前述袋口的密封装置的一对密封部件从袋的两面将前述气体导入部与前述袋口一同夹持进行密封。
17.如权利要求14所述的袋的包装装置,其特征在于,前述袋口的密封装置兼作前述气体导入部密封装置,前述袋口的密封装置的一对密封部件从袋的两面将前述气体导入部与前述袋口一同夹持进行密封。
18.一种袋的包装装置,用一对袋移送用夹具夹持着袋的两侧缘悬吊,沿着规定的移送路径移送,在该移送的过程中,依次进行袋口的开口,被包装物向袋内的填充,袋内空气被惰性气体置换,以及袋口的密封等各包装工序,其特征在于,作为前述袋使用如下的带有气体流路的袋,即:在袋的两侧缘和底缘上具有构成袋的正反面的层叠薄膜被密封的密封部,在前述密封部内形成有构成前述正反面的层叠薄膜未熔接的气体流路,前述气体流路的一部分在袋内开口,并且在前述气体流路的正反面的层叠薄膜的一方或者双方上形成有使前述气体流路与袋外连通的气体导入部,沿着前述移送路径配置有袋口的开口装置,被包装物的填充装置,超声波密封装置,以及袋口的密封装置,前述超声波密封装置在砧角和砧座的一方或者双方上形成有一端与惰性气体的供给源相连、另一端在顶端开口的惰性气体流路,前述惰性气体流路的另一端作为惰性气体的吹出口,通过形成有前述惰性气体流路的前述砧角和砧座的一方或者双方,从前述气体导入部向前述气体流路吹入气体,并且用前述砧角和砧座对前述气体导入部进行密封,前述袋口的密封装置具备从袋的两面夹持袋口进行密封的一对密封部件。
19.如权利要求12~18中的任一项所述的袋的包装装置,其特征在于,沿着前述移送路径,在被包装物的填充装置之后配置有断续密封部形成装置,在前述袋的袋口旁边沿着前述袋口形成断续地延续的密封部。
