Description
袋50は、本体部51と、本体部51から突出している突出部52とを備える。図示の袋50において、本体部51は全体として概ね上下方向に延在し、突出部52は全体として概ね水平方向に延在する。
気体封入装置10は、気体吹込処理位置P1(図2参照)に位置づけられている上述の袋50の気体収容部54に気体を封入する。
次に、上述の袋50の気体収容部54に気体を封入する気体封入方法の一例について説明する。
図13は、袋50の第1変形例の概略構成を示す図である。図13において、気体封入装置10を構成する要素の一部(例えば吹込ノズル11等)の図示が省略されている。
本発明は、上述の実施形態及び変形例には限定されない。例えば、上述の実施形態及び変形例の各要素に各種の変形が加えられてもよい。また上述の実施形態及び変形例の構成が、全体的に又は部分的に組み合わせられてもよい。
Claims (6)
- 内容物収容部及び気体収容部を備える袋のうち前記気体収容部に気体を封入する気体封入方法であって、
前記袋を間欠的に移送して気体吹込処理位置に配置する工程と、
前記気体吹込処理位置において、前記袋のうち前記気体収容部に連通する気体案内路に吹込ノズルを挿入する工程と、
前記気体吹込処理位置において、一対の挟み込み部材によって、前記気体案内路に位置している前記吹込ノズルを前記袋の外側から挟む工程と、
前記気体吹込処理位置において、前記吹込ノズルが前記袋を介して前記一対の挟み込み部材により挟まれている状態で、前記吹込ノズルから前記気体を噴出し、前記気体収容部に前記気体を送り込む工程と、
前記気体吹込処理位置において、前記吹込ノズルが前記気体案内路に位置している状態で前記気体収容部を気密に閉鎖する工程とを含み、
前記吹込ノズルを前記気体案内路に挿入する工程は、
前記吹込ノズルが、裏側フィルム部材よりも突出している表側フィルム部材に接触しつつ前記表側フィルム部材を前記裏側フィルム部材から遠ざけて、前記表側フィルム部材及び前記裏側フィルム部材により形成される前記気体案内路の開口部を開くことと、
前記開口部を介して前記気体案内路に前記吹込ノズルを挿入することと、を含む
気体封入方法。 - 前記袋のうち前記気体案内路を形成するフィルム部材の移動を規制部材によって制限しつつ、前記気体案内路に前記吹込ノズルを挿入する請求項1に記載の気体封入方法。
- 内容物収容部及び気体収容部を備える袋のうち前記気体収容部に気体を封入する気体封入装置であって、
前記袋を間欠的に移送する袋移送機構と、
前記気体を噴出する吹込ノズルと、
前記袋のうち前記気体収容部に連通する気体案内路に前記吹込ノズルが配置されないノズル退避位置と、前記気体案内路に前記吹込ノズルが配置されるノズル吹込位置とに、前記吹込ノズルを位置づけるノズル移動機構と、
一対の挟み込み部材と、
前記一対の挟み込み部材が前記気体案内路に位置している前記吹込ノズルを前記袋の外側から支持しない挟み込み退避位置と、前記一対の挟み込み部材が前記気体案内路に位置している前記吹込ノズルを前記袋の外側から挟んで支持する挟み込み支持位置とに、前記一対の挟み込み部材を位置づける挟み込み移動機構と、
前記気体収容部を気密に閉鎖する閉鎖デバイスと、
前記袋のうち前記気体案内路を形成するフィルム部材の移動を制限する規制部材とを備え、
前記ノズル移動機構は、前記吹込ノズルが、裏側フィルム部材よりも突出している表側フィルム部材に接触しつつ前記表側フィルム部材を前記裏側フィルム部材から遠ざけて、前記表側フィルム部材及び前記裏側フィルム部材により形成される前記気体案内路の開口部が開かれ、前記開口部を介して前記気体案内路に前記吹込ノズルが挿入されるように、前記ノズル退避位置から前記ノズル吹込位置に前記吹込ノズルを移動させる
気体封入装置。 - 前記吹込ノズルは、扁平形状の先端部を有する請求項3に記載の気体封入装置。
- 前記閉鎖デバイスが前記気体収容部を気密に閉鎖するように前記閉鎖デバイスを前記袋に接触させる気密閉鎖位置と、前記閉鎖デバイスが前記気体収容部を気密に閉鎖しないように前記閉鎖デバイスを前記袋から離間させる閉鎖退避位置とに、前記閉鎖デバイスを移動させる閉鎖移動機構を備える請求項3又は4に記載の気体封入装置。
- 前記袋は、本体部と、前記本体部から突出している突出部とを備え、
前記本体部は、
前記内容物収容部と、
前記気体収容部と、
外部及び前記内容物収容部に連通する内容物案内路とを有し、
前記突出部は、外部及び前記気体収容部に連通する前記気体案内路を有する請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載の気体封入装置。
