刮水器扭矩传感器;
控制模块,所述控制模块响应于所述车窗水分传感器和所述扭矩传感器以控制所述车窗刮水器组件的运行;以及
车窗加热元件,所述车窗加热元件由所述控制模块控制,其中,当所述控制模块识别所述车窗水分传感器检测到的光反射率值和所述扭矩传感器检测到的扭矩值满足预定标准时时,控制启动所述车窗加热元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车窗刮水器系统,其中,所述车窗水分传感器是光学传感器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车窗刮水器系统,其中,所述光学传感器包括光源、用于将光从所述光源引导至将由所述车窗刮水器组件清洁的车窗上的透镜,以及用于检测来自所述光源的从所述车窗反射回来的光的光接收器。

5.根据权利要求4所述的车窗刮水器系统,其中,当所述控制模块识别所述车窗水分传感器检测到的光反射率值落入所述低反射范围内、并且所述扭矩传感器检测到的扭矩值落入所述高扭矩范围内时,控制启动所述车窗加热元件和热流体喷射清洁子系统的流体加热元件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车窗刮水器系统,其中,所述系统还包括所述热流体喷射清洁子系统,所述热流体喷射清洁子系统包括流体容器、所述流体加热元件、喷嘴和泵,所述泵用于响应来自所述控制模块的控制信号将热流体从所述容器通过所述喷嘴泵送至所述车窗上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车窗刮水器系统,其中,所述扭矩传感器包括设置在延伸于所述刮水器臂和所述刮水器马达之间的枢转轴上的多个磁致弹性带,以及测量在所述多个磁致弹性带之间的磁场的差异的多个场传感器。
8.根据权利要求6所述的车窗刮水器系统,其中,当所述控制模块识别所述车窗水分传感器检测到的光反射率值和所述扭矩传感器检测到的扭矩值满足第二结冰条件时,控制开启所述流体加热元件;
其中,所述第二结冰条件包括:所述车窗水分传感器检测到的光反射率值落入所述低反射范围内,并且所述扭矩传感器检测到的扭矩值落入所述中等扭矩范围内。
9.一种控制挡风玻璃刮水器组件的运行以清洁车辆车窗的方法,所述方法包括:
通过车窗水分传感器检测所述车窗的光反射率;
通过控制模块开始所述车窗刮水器组件的运行;
通过扭矩传感器检测在所述挡风玻璃刮水器组件上的扭矩;以及
通过所述控制模块响应于检测到的所述光反射率和所述扭矩而调节所述车窗刮水器组件的运行,其中,当所述控制模块识别所述车窗水分传感器检测到的光反射率和所述扭矩传感器检测到的扭矩满足第一预定标准时,控制启动车窗加热元件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,还包括通过所述控制模块将所述车窗水分传感器检测到的光反射率与包括低反射范围、中等反射范围和高反射范围的预定反射标准进行比较,和通过所述控制模块将所述扭矩传感器检测到的扭矩与包括低扭矩范围、中等扭矩范围和高扭矩范围的预定扭矩标准进行比较。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,还包括通过所述控制模块响应于检测到的满足第二预定标准的车窗水分和刮水器组件扭矩而喷射热流体至所述车窗上。
12.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,当所述控制模块识别所述车窗水分传感器检测到的光反射率落入所述低反射范围内、并且所述扭矩传感器检测到的扭矩落入所述高扭矩范围内时,控制启动所述车窗加热元件和热流体喷射清洁子系统的流体加热元件。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第二预定标准包括:所述车窗水分传感器检测到的光反射率落入所述低反射范围内,并且所述扭矩传感器检测到的扭矩落入所述中等扭矩范围内。
14.一种车窗刮水器系统,包括:
车窗刮水器组件,所述车窗刮水器组件包括刮水片、保持所述刮水片的刮水器臂和驱动所述刮水器臂的刮水器马达;
车窗加热元件;
车窗水分传感器,包括用于测量车窗的光反射率值的光学传感器;
刮水器扭矩传感器,所述刮水器扭矩传感器包括设置在延伸于所述刮水器臂和所述刮水器驱动马达之间的枢转轴上的多个磁致弹性带,以及测量在所述多个磁致弹性带之间的磁场的差异的多个场传感器;以及
控制模块,所述控制模块响应于所述扭矩传感器和所述车窗水分传感器以控制所述车窗刮水器组件的运行,其中,当所述控制模块识别所述车窗水分传感器检测到的光反射率值和所述扭矩传感器检测到的扭矩值满足结冰条件时,控制启动所述车窗加热元件和热流体喷射清洁子系统的流体加热元件,其中,所述结冰条件包括:所述车窗水分传感器检测到的光反射率值落入低反射范围内,并且所述扭矩传感器检测到的扭矩值落入高扭矩范围内。
