Abstract

本发明公开一种精铣曲面自动抛光方法,采用磁性磨料,这种磨料在没有施加磁场时,其抛光工艺效果与普通振动光饰相同;在施加磁场的情况下,磨料可凝聚成整体,且磨料能与叶片表面铣削刀痕产生的波纹形状很好的贴合,可很完整的复印叶片表面的波纹度,这样在叶片曲面四周能形成一个整体的抛光介质,当叶片在振动源的作用下进行上下往复运动时,整体抛光介质可有效地去除铣削刀痕的残留,即叶片表面波纹的峰处材料。本发明的优点是:既能达到自由振动光饰的效果,又能达到选择性的去除刀痕的目的,可替代手工抛光去刀痕70%左右的工作量。

一种精铣曲面自动抛光方法及装置
技术领域
本发明涉及航空发动机技术领域,具体说是一种叶片的抛光方法及装置。
背景技术
叶片表面精抛光是无余量叶片制造的核心技术之一。目前世界范围内的抛光方法主要是手工抛光和数控设备自动抛光,这两种方法的特点是需要专用的设备和抛磨磨具。手工抛光质量控制难度大。自动抛光设备成本高且存在抛光盲区。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种简易的抛光方法,这种方法通用性好,适合大多数叶片抛光并可实现精铣表面精抛光。具体技术方案如下:
一种精铣曲面自动抛光方法,采用磁性磨料,这种磨料在没有施加磁场时,其抛光工艺效果与普通振动光饰相同;在施加磁场的情况下,磨料可凝聚成整体,且磨料能与叶片表面铣削刀痕产生的波纹形状很好的贴合,可很完整的复印叶片表面的波纹度,这样在叶片曲面四周能形成一个整体的抛光介质,当叶片在振动源的作用下进行上下往复运动时,整体抛光介质可有效地去除铣削刀痕的残留,即叶片表面波纹的峰处材料。所述磁性磨粒材料按体积配比为:粒径为10-20μm超细白刚玉5-8,粒径为0.1-0.2μm SiO211-12,粒径为0.03-0.05μm纳米级TiO21-10,FeS 1-3;聚晶金刚石1-10,CBN10-15;20-25μm磁性粒子60-80。
所述磁性粒子材料可采用铁;
本发明进一步公开了一种实现所述方法的装置,包括振动器,振动器上设置叶片,叶片的两侧设置磁场发生器,叶片振动方向与磁力线方向垂直。
本发明的优点是:既能达到自由振动光饰的效果,又能达到选择性的去除刀痕的目的,可替代手工抛光去刀痕70%左右的工作量。

具体实施方式
本发明的抛光装置结构如图1所示,包括振动器1,振动器1上设置叶片2,叶片2的两侧设置磁场发生器3,叶片2振动方向与磁力线方向垂直,磁性磨粒4在在没有施加磁场时,其抛光工艺效果与普通振动光饰相同;在施加磁场的情况下,磁性磨粒4可凝聚成整体,且磁性磨粒4能与叶片表面铣削刀痕产生的波纹形状很好的贴合,可很完整的复印叶片表面的波纹度,这样在叶片曲面四周能形成一个整体的抛光介质,当叶片在振动源的作用下进行上下往复运动时,整体抛光介质可有效地去除铣削刀痕的残留,即叶片表面波纹的峰处材料。
具体操作方法为:
准备工序:按体积配比为:粒径为10-20μm超细白刚玉5-8,粒径为0.1-0.2μmSiO211-12,粒径为0.03-0.05μm纳米级TiO21-10,FeS1-3;聚晶金刚石1-10,CBN10-15;20-25μm磁性粒子60-80。
将上述材料干混后形成磁性磨料;
第一步是要根据叶片刀痕残留选择叶片振动幅度大小。
第二部是要根据叶片表面波纹度选择磁性磨料,一般为了增加抛光效果可在磁性磨料中添加一定比例的非磁性细磨料,如CBN粒子。
第三步是将磨料准备完后将叶片浸入磨料中,打开电磁开关对磨料进行外力作用。
第四步是打开振动电源,让叶片进行上下、左右前后全方位往复运动,磁性磨料可对叶片进行自动抛光。
本发明的磁性磨料的各种成分的最大粒子不得超过30μm;这样可保证混合后的材料与磁性粒子充分吸附,便于在加工时磁性粒子带动其他磨削材料的运动;即保证了磁场对磁性磨料的运动轨迹的限定,又能使叶片的振动使得磁性材料的粒子间的位置重组。

1.一种精铣曲面自动抛光方法,其特征在于:采用磁性磨料,这种磨料在没有施加磁场时,其抛光工艺效果与普通振动光饰相同;在施加磁场的情况下,磨料可凝聚成整体,且磨料能与叶片表面铣削刀痕产生的波纹形状很好的贴合,可很完整的复印叶片表面的波纹度,这样在叶片曲面四周能形成一个整体的抛光介质,当叶片在振动源的作用下进行上下往复运动时,整体抛光介质可有效地去除铣削刀痕的残留,即叶片表面波纹的峰处材料;
