一种治疗胃部疼痛的中药组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医药品的应用及制备领域，涉及一种治疗胃部疼痛的中药组合物。
背景技术
胃痛又称胃脘痛，是指上腹胃脘部近心窝处疼痛，中医认为胃痛是脾胃受损、气血不调所引起的胃脘部的疼痛，多以外感寒邪，饮食所伤、情志不畅和脾胃素虚等病因而引发，喜食辛辣燥热加上天气干燥，胃火不降；西医的急性胃炎、慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、功能性消化障碍等以上腹部疼痛为主要症状，属于中医学胃部疼痛范围。目前治疗胃部疼痛的方法有中医治疗和西医治疗，西医治疗一般以阿莫西林+奥美拉唑+甲硝唑，即三联疗法，制酸抗感染为主，基本只能缓解或者解除症状，并且长期服用抗生素，有伤胃气，导致患者不思饮食，营养不良，身体更加虚弱。中医以寒热虚实、寒热错杂，比较常见，但忽视了脾胃久虚，积淤不畅，仅仅平衡脾胃阴阳还不够。因此导致疗效不佳，大多数患者反馈仅是胃痛症状消失，但是饮食量不增，且消化吸收没有得到改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗胃痛，且能改善食欲及消化吸收的中药组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗胃部疼痛的中药组合物，包括以下重量份的原料：生地1-3，颠茄草3-5，山乌龟4-6，胡椒1-3，独脚金6-8，鸡内金8-12，没药1-3，肉苁蓉1-3。
优选的，包括以下重量份的原料：生地2，颠茄草4，山乌龟5，胡椒2，独脚金7，鸡内金10，没药2，肉苁蓉2。
本发明还提供一种治疗胃部疼痛的中药组合物的制备方法：包含下列工艺步骤：按配比关系取各重量份的生地，颠茄草，山乌龟，胡椒，独脚金，鸡内金，没药，肉苁蓉；加70％乙醇在60～65℃浸泡15分钟，回流提取2-3次，每次1小时，100目滤器滤过，得提取液；合并提取液，输入减压浓缩罐中减压回收,乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液；将浓缩液在70-100℃喷雾干燥或烘干，粉碎成70-100目的细粉，制粒后常规压片或装胶囊，即得。
本发明组方精妙，各组分协同作用，舒缓镇痛，补益通降，破积消淤，对于胃热脾虚者尤其适用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)取生地1份、颠茄草3份、山乌龟4份、胡椒1份、独脚金6份、鸡内金8份、没药1份、肉苁蓉1份备用；
(2)加70％乙醇在60℃浸泡15分钟，回流提取2次，每次1小时，100目滤器滤过，得提取液；合并提取液，输入减压浓缩罐中减压回收,乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液；将浓缩液在70℃喷雾干燥或烘干，粉碎成70目的细粉，制粒后装胶囊，规格0.45g/粒.早中晚各3次，饭前服用，每次3-5粒。
实施例2
(1)取生地3份、颠茄草5份、山乌龟6份、胡椒3份、独脚金8份、鸡内金12份、没药3份、肉苁蓉3份备用；
(2)加70％乙醇在65℃浸泡15分钟，回流提取3次，每次1小时，100目滤器滤过，得提取液；合并提取液，输入减压浓缩罐中减压回收,乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液；将浓缩液在100℃喷雾干燥或烘干，粉碎成100目的细粉，制粒后装胶囊，规格0.45g/粒。
实施例3
(1)取生地2份、颠茄草4份、山乌龟5份、胡椒2份、独脚金7份、鸡内金10份、没药2份、肉苁蓉2份备用；
(2)加70％乙醇在62℃浸泡15分钟，回流提取2次，每次1小时，100目滤器滤过，得提取液；合并提取液，输入减压浓缩罐中减压回收,乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液；将浓缩液在80℃喷雾干燥或烘干，粉碎成90目的细粉，制粒后装胶囊，规格0.45g/粒。
临床疗效数据
1、治疗胃疼效果观察
1.1对象：胃部疼痛观测600人，以胃脘疼痛、胃酸过多和长期饮食气滞、大便先硬后溏、嗳气，胃部有烧灼感。
1.2治疗药物组成：生地200克、颠茄草400克、山乌龟500克、胡椒200克、独脚金700克、鸡内金1000克、没药200克、肉苁蓉200克。
将上述药物加70％乙醇在62℃浸泡15分钟，回流提取2次，每次1小时，100目滤器滤过，得提取液；合并提取液，输入减压浓缩罐中减压回收,乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液；将浓缩液在80℃喷雾干燥或烘干，粉碎成90目的细粉，制粒后装胶囊，规格0.45g/粒,早中晚各一次，饭前服用，每次3-5粒。
1.3疗效判断标准：
治愈：胃脘疼痛及其他症状消失，x线、钡餐造影或胃镜检查正常。
好转：胃痛缓解，发作减少、其他症状减轻。
未愈：x线、钡餐造影或胃镜检查同发病前一样，症状无改善和好转。
治疗胃痛600例效果
使用30天后，600例胃痛显效414例，好转134例，无效52例，显效率69％，好转率22％，总有效率91％。在使用过程中，所有使用者均反映胃口变好，食量增加，且大便形态和颜色有所改善。

1.在一种治疗胃部疼痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料：生地1-3，颠茄草3-5，山乌龟4-6，胡椒1-3，独脚金6-8，鸡内金8-12，没药1-3，肉苁蓉1-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗胃部疼痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料：生地2，颠茄草4，山乌龟5，胡椒2，独脚金7，鸡内金10，没药2，肉苁蓉2。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种治疗胃部疼痛的中药组合物的制备方法：其特征在于包含下列工艺步骤：按配比关系取各重量份的生地，颠茄草，山乌龟，胡椒，独脚金，鸡内金，没药，肉苁蓉；加70%乙醇在60～65℃浸泡15分钟，回流提取2-3次，每次1小时，100目滤器滤过，得提取液；合并提取液，输入减压浓缩罐中减压回收,乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液；将浓缩液在70-100℃喷雾干燥或烘干，粉碎成70-100目的细粉，制粒后常规压片或装胶囊，即得。
