一种用于治疗胃胀痛的中药组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医药品的应用及制备领域，涉及一种用于治疗胃胀痛的中药组合物。
背景技术
胃痛又称胃脘痛，是指上腹胃脘部近心窝处疼痛，中医认为胃痛是脾胃受损、气血不调所引起的胃脘部的疼痛，多以外感寒邪，饮食所伤、情志不畅和脾胃素虚等病因而引发，加上现代人喜食生冷寒凉，压力过大，患胃痛之人越来越多；西医的急性胃炎、慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、功能性消化障碍等以上腹部疼痛为主要症状，属于中医学胃病范围。目前治疗胃病的方法有中医治疗和西医治疗，西医治疗一般以阿莫西林+奥美拉唑+甲硝唑，即三联疗法，制酸抗感染为主，基本只能缓解或者解除症状，并且长期服用抗生素，有伤胃气，导致患者不思饮食，营养不良，身体更加虚弱。中医以寒热虚实、寒热错杂，比较常见，但忽视了脾胃久虚，积淤不畅，仅仅平衡脾胃阴阳还不够。因此导致疗效不佳，大多数患者反馈仅是胃痛症状消失，但是饮食量不增，且消化吸收没有得到改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗胃痛，且能改善食欲及消化吸收的中药组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种用于治疗胃胀痛的中药组合物，包括以下重量份的原料：吴茱萸3-5，颠茄草3-5，粉萆薢8-10，细辛1-3，芡实6-8，母丁香8-12，降香0.5-1，蒲公英1-3。
优选的，包括以下重量份的原料：吴茱萸4，颠茄草4，粉萆薢9，细辛2，芡实7，母丁香10，降香0.8，蒲公英2。
本发明还提供一种用于治疗胃胀痛的中药组合物的制备方法：包含下列工艺步骤：按配比关系取各重量份的吴茱萸，颠茄草，粉萆薢，细辛，芡实，母丁香，降香，蒲公英；加70％乙醇在60～65℃浸泡15分钟，回流提取2-3次，每次1小时，100目滤器滤过，得提取液；合并提取液，输入减压浓缩罐中减压回收,乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液；将浓缩液在70-100℃喷雾干燥或烘干，粉碎成70-100目的细粉，制粒后常规压片或装胶囊，即得。
本发明组方精妙，各组分协同作用，舒缓镇痛，暖胃健脾，破淤消积，对于胃寒脾虚者尤其适用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)取吴茱萸3份、颠茄草3份、粉萆薢8份、细辛1份、芡实6份、母丁香8份、降香0.5份、蒲公英1份备用；
(2)加70％乙醇在60℃浸泡15分钟，回流提取2次，每次1小时，100目滤器滤过，得提取液；合并提取液，输入减压浓缩罐中减压回收,乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液；将浓缩液在70℃喷雾干燥或烘干，粉碎成70目的细粉，制粒后装胶囊，规格0.45g/粒.早中晚各3次，饭前服用，每次3-5粒。
实施例2
(1)取吴茱萸5份、颠茄草5份、粉萆薢10份、细辛3份、芡实8份、母丁香12份、降香1份、蒲公英3份备用；
(2)加70％乙醇在65℃浸泡15分钟，回流提取3次，每次1小时，100目滤器滤过，得提取液；合并提取液，输入减压浓缩罐中减压回收,乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液；将浓缩液在100℃喷雾干燥或烘干，粉碎成100目的细粉，制粒后装胶囊，规格0.45g/粒。
实施例3
(1)取吴茱萸4份、颠茄草4份、粉萆薢9份、细辛2份、芡实7份、母丁香10份、降香0.8份、蒲公英2份备用；
(2)加70％乙醇在62℃浸泡15分钟，回流提取2次，每次1小时，100目滤器滤过，得提取液；合并提取液，输入减压浓缩罐中减压回收,乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液；将浓缩液在80℃喷雾干燥或烘干，粉碎成90目的细粉，制粒后装胶囊，规格0.45g/粒。
临床疗效数据
1、治疗胃疼效果观察
1.1对象：胃病观测400人，以胃脘疼痛、胃酸过多和长期饮食气滞、大便先硬后溏、嗳气。
1.2治疗药物组成：吴茱萸400克、颠茄草400克、粉萆薢900克、细辛200克、芡实700克、母丁香1000克、降香80克、蒲公英200克。
将上述药物加70％乙醇在62℃浸泡15分钟，回流提取2次，每次1小时，100目滤器滤过，得提取液；合并提取液，输入减压浓缩罐中减压回收,乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液；将浓缩液在80℃喷雾干燥或烘干，粉碎成90目的细粉，制粒后装胶囊，规格0.45g/粒,早中晚各一次，饭前服用，每次3-5粒。
1.3疗效判断标准：
治愈：胃脘疼痛及其他症状消失，x线、钡餐造影或胃镜检查正常。
好转：胃痛缓解，发作减少、其他症状减轻。
未愈：x线、钡餐造影或胃镜检查同发病前一样，症状无改善和好转。
治疗胃痛400例效果
使用30天后，400例胃痛显效301例，好转81例，无效18例，显效率75％，好转率20％，总有效率95％。在使用过程中，所有使用者均反映胃口变好，食量增加，且大便形态和颜色有所改善。

1.一种用于治疗胃胀痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料：吴茱萸3-5，颠茄草3-5，粉萆薢8-10，细辛1-3，芡实6-8，母丁香8-12，降香0.5-1，蒲公英1-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗胃胀痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料：吴茱萸4，颠茄草4，粉萆薢9，细辛2，芡实7，母丁香10，降香0.8，蒲公英2。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于治疗胃胀痛的中药组合物的制备方法：其特征在于包含下列工艺步骤：按配比关系取各重量份的吴茱萸，颠茄草，粉萆薢，细辛，芡实，母丁香，降香，蒲公英；加70%乙醇在60～65℃浸泡15分钟，回流提取2-3次，每次1小时，100目滤器滤过，得提取液；合并提取液，输入减压浓缩罐中减压回收,乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液；将浓缩液在70-100℃喷雾干燥或烘干，粉碎成70-100目的细粉，制粒后常规压片或装胶囊，即得。
