Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型造纸机用气动膜片,该气动膜片采用多层复合结构设计,主要包括表层、中间层和里层,所述的表层和里层为弹性层,其材质为橡胶,所述的中间层为强化层,其材质为涤纶和氨纶的复合纤维,所述的表层和里层采用涂覆、热压工艺成型于中间层的两侧。本发明揭示了一种新型造纸机用气动膜片,该气动膜片结构设计合理,多层复合结构的结合强度高,性能稳定,增设的中间层结构可有效改善气动膜片的强度及使用寿命,提升了造纸机设备的使用性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种造纸设备中的气动膜片,尤其涉及一种强度高、弹性优良,使用寿命持久的新型造纸机用气动膜片,属于造纸机配件技术领域。
背景技术
造纸机是纸张抄造的联合装备,主要由网制、压榨和干燥等设备构成。在造纸机设备中,气动隔膜泵是一种较为常见的干燥设备,它的工作原理是利用气动膜片将泵体隔开,以形成液体腔和空气腔;气动膜片的中间位置安装连接活塞杆,在外力作用下使气动膜片产生左、右移动,进而使液体腔和空气腔发生体积变化,以实现将多余液体从纸料上的抽离的目的。
气动膜片是上述气动隔膜泵中的主要工作部件,它结构简单,功能独特,但容易损坏,它的使用寿命直接影响了气动隔膜泵的工作效率及纸张的成型质量。在现行技术中,气动膜片的材质选用橡胶,如常见的:四氟橡胶、氯丁橡胶、三元橡胶、氟化橡胶等,上述橡胶弹性优良,但强度普遍不高,使用寿命较低,直接影响了气动隔膜泵的工作效率。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种新型造纸机用气动膜片,该气动膜片结构合理,多层复合结构的结合强度高,性能稳定,中间层结构有效的改善了气动膜片的强度,提高了气动膜片的使用寿命。
本发明是一种新型造纸机用气动膜片,该气动膜片采用多层复合结构设计,主要包括表层、中间层和里层,所述的表层和里层为弹性层,其材质为橡胶,所述的中间层为强化层,其材质为涤纶和氨纶的复合纤维,所述的表层和里层采用涂覆、热压工艺成型于中间层的两侧。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的中间层为网格织物层,其网格孔眼的平均直径约为80-85um。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的中间层的材质中涤纶和氨纶的含量比约为95%-96%:4%-5%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的中间层的厚度约为0.3-0.4mm。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的中间层的网格孔眼中含有橡胶材料。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的表层和里层的厚度相同,约为0.4-0.5mm。
本发明揭示了一种新型造纸机用气动膜片,该气动膜片结构设计合理,多层复合结构的结合强度高,性能稳定,增设的中间层结构可有效改善气动膜片的强度及使用寿命,提升了造纸机设备的使用性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
图1是本发明实施例新型造纸机用气动膜片的截面图;该气动膜片采用多层复合结构设计,主要包括表层1、中间层2和里层3,所述的表层1和里层3为弹性层,其材质为橡胶,所述的中间层2为强化层,其材质为涤纶和氨纶的复合纤维,所述的表层1和里层3采用涂覆、热压工艺成型于中间层的两侧。
本发明提及的新型造纸机用气动膜片中,中间层2为网格织物层,其网格孔眼的平均直径约为80-85um;中间层2的材质中涤纶和氨纶的含量比约为95%-96%:4%-5%;中间层2的厚度约为0.3-0.4mm;中间层2的网格孔眼中含有橡胶材料,该结构设计有效的提高了层间结合强度,并使得中间层2具有良好的弹性;表层1和里层3的厚度相同,约为0.4-0.5mm。
本发明提及的新型造纸机用气动膜片的具体制备方法如下:
a)选材备料,中间层为涤纶和氨纶纤维条的混纺织物,两纤维条的百分含量比约为96%:4%;其中,涤纶纤维条的单丝丝径约为0.05mm,氨纶纤维条的单丝丝径约为0.04mm;表层和里层的原料均为橡胶,本实施例选用三元橡胶;
b)制备中间层,中间层采用机织工艺进行制备,工序内容包括:并条、粗纱、细纱、筒制和梭织,并条后的纤维条丝径约为0.12mm,所织造的中间层为网格织物层,其网格孔眼的平均直径约为80-85um,厚度约为0.35-0.4mm;
c)制备表、里层,表层和里层的制备工艺包括双面涂胶、压型及烘干处理;双面涂胶工艺的工具采用刮刀,胶料被加热至190℃-200℃,刮刀的移动速度控制在0.25m/s,往复3次,表层和里层分别成型于中间层的正、反两面;压型工艺使用压辊,压辊的辊速控制在12r/min,辊间压力为3kg,辊间温度控制在75℃左右,坯料的温度控制在90℃左右;烘干温度控制在55℃-60℃,时间约20分钟,烘干处理后坯料的水含量控制在0.5%-0.6%;
d)热压冲裁处理,坯料的预热温度控制在125℃-130℃,热压模具的预热温度控制在115℃-120℃,模间压力控制在12kg,模压时间控制在30s,热压操作可制得具有弧形凹槽结构的气动膜片;将热压定型处理后坯料转入冲孔切边模具,制得带有中心孔及安装孔的成品;
e)成品后处理,后处理工艺包括质检、时效处理、成品包装等。
本发明揭示了一种新型造纸机用气动膜片,其特点是:该气动膜片结构设计合理,多层复合结构的结合强度高,性能稳定,增设的中间层结构可有效改善气动膜片的强度及使用寿命,提升了造纸机设备的使用性能。

1.一种新型造纸机用气动膜片,其特征在于,该气动膜片采用多层复合结构设计,主要包括表层、中间层和里层,所述的表层和里层为弹性层,其材质为橡胶,所述的中间层为强化层,其材质为涤纶和氨纶的复合纤维,所述的表层和里层采用涂覆、热压工艺成型于中间层的两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型造纸机用气动膜片,其特征在于,所述的中间层为网格织物层,其网格孔眼的平均直径约为80-85um。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型造纸机用气动膜片,其特征在于,所述的中间层的材质中涤纶和氨纶的含量比约为95%-96%:4%-5%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的新型造纸机用气动膜片,其特征在于,所述的中间层的厚度约为0.3-0.4mm。
5.根据权利要求1至2所述的新型造纸机用气动膜片,其特征在于,所述的中间层的网格孔眼中含有橡胶材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型造纸机用气动膜片,其特征在于,所述的表层和里层的厚度相同,约为0.4-0.5mm。
