技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料。
背景技术
活性染料具有以下缺点(1)利用率不够高,一般为60%~70%,产生大量有色污水,其色度超过几千倍,COD值一般在0.8万~3万ppm,浓废水的COD值要超过5万ppm。(2)为了抑制纤维表面的电荷,活性染料使用时需耗用相当量的电解质,既增加了劳动强度,又造成废水中的氯离子浓度高达10多万ppm,大大地增加了治理活性染料染色废水的难度。(3)某些色牢度不能满足市场要求,如汗日光牢度、湿摩擦牢度以及偶氮型红色染料与偶氮型蓝色染料在浅色时的日晒牢度等。(4)能取代硫化硫化料和还原染料等的深色品种较少。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供具有稳定性、优良的可洗涤性、良好的牢度和较小的吸着率效果的一种用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料,包括三芳甲烷、靛蓝、酞菁、硝基亚胺、元明粉、纯碱、氯均匀三嗪基、乙烯砜基、硫化黑和多硫化钠,各成分质量百分比为三芳甲烷占45%-51%,靛蓝占2%-3%,酞菁占3%-4%,硝基亚胺占1%-2%,元明粉占2%-4%,纯碱占1%-2%,氯均匀三嗪基占3%-5%,乙烯砜基占13%-19%,硫化黑占1%-2%,多硫化钠占10%-12%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述硫化黑包括二硫键、游离硫磺和硫化钠。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料各成分质量百分比为三芳甲烷占49%,靛蓝占3%,酞菁占4%,硝基亚胺占1%,元明粉占4%,纯碱占2%,氯均匀三嗪基占5%,乙烯砜基占19%,硫化黑占1%,多硫化钠占12%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述三芳甲烷包括三苯甲醇、三氯化铝和四氯化碳。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述靛蓝包括浓硫酸磺和碳酸钠。
本发明的一种用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料,具有稳定性、优良的可洗涤性、良好的牢度和较小的吸着率的效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
在一实施例中,包括三芳甲烷、靛蓝、酞菁、硝基亚胺、元明粉、纯碱、氯均匀三嗪基、乙烯砜基、硫化黑和多硫化钠,各成分质量百分比为三芳甲烷占45%-51%,靛蓝占2%-3%,酞菁占3%-4%,硝基亚胺占1%-2%,元明粉占2%-4%,纯碱占1%-2%,氯均匀三嗪基占3%-5%,乙烯砜基占13%-19%,硫化黑占1%-2%,多硫化钠占10%-12%,所述硫化黑包括二硫键、游离硫磺和硫化钠。
进一步说明,所述用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料各成分质量百分比为三芳甲烷占49%,靛蓝占3%,酞菁占4%,硝基亚胺占1%,元明粉占4%,纯碱占2%,氯均匀三嗪基占5%,乙烯砜基占19%,硫化黑占1%,多硫化钠占12%。
进一步说明,所述三芳甲烷包括三苯甲醇、三氯化铝和四氯化碳,所述靛蓝包括浓硫酸磺和碳酸钠。
在进一步说明,硫化黑染料是含硫较多的高分子化合物,它的结构中含有二硫键及多硫键,而且很不稳定。特别是多硫键在一定的温度、湿度条件下能被空气中的氧氧化为硫的氧化物,并进一步与空气中的水分子作用生成硫酸,因而使纱线强力降低,纤维脆损,严重时纤维全部脆化成粉末。为此用硫化黑染料染色后的纱线为减少或防止纤维脆损,必须注意以下几点:①硫化黑染料用量应加以限制,丝光特元色染料用量不超过700g/包。因为染料用量高,发脆机会大,同时染色牢度降低,水洗也较困难。②染色后应充分水洗,防止水洗不净,纱线上的浮色易在贮存过程中分解成硫酸而使纤维脆损。③染色后必须使用尿素、纯碱、醋酸钠等进行防脆处理。④纱线染色前采用清水煮练,经试验清水煮练的纱线染色后的脆化程度比碱液煮练要好一些。⑤染色后纱线应及时烘燥,因湿纱在堆置过程中容易发热,使纱线防脆剂含量降低,pH值降低,对防脆不利。纱线烘干后,应自然冷却,使纱线的温度降至室温后方可打包。因烘干后不经冷却,立即打包,则热量不易散发,给染料分解生酸增加能量,造成纤维发脆的可能性变大。⑥选用防脆硫化黑染料,此类染料在制造时已加入甲醛和氯乙酸,由此制成的甲—氯型硫化防脆黑,使易氧化的硫原子成为稳定的结构状态,从而可防止硫原子氧化生成酸而使纤维脆损。河南洛染股份有限公司专业生产硫化黑液态硫化黑的被吸收率比粉状的要高,污水无沉淀杂质,大大地降低了污水处理的费用,相对来说更加环保,大量数据显示,液体硫化黑的干湿摩擦牢度比粉状要高出0.5级。液体硫化黑在制作过程中已经充分氧化,运输/储存过程中就不会氧化。普通硫化黑要用硫化碱来化料,硫化碱是芒硝的代谢物,而且质量残差不齐,引入了大量的杂质,而液态硫化黑的杂质几乎为0,稳定性比粉末硫化黑强,染布出错几率低。环保型液体硫化黑,主要应用于牛仔色纱染色,胚布染色,针织染色,筒子染色等,与活性和士林等其它棉用染料相比,具有成本低、工艺流程短等特点。
在进一步说明,靛蓝溶解性:微溶于水、乙醇、甘油和丙二醇,不溶于油脂。0.05%的水溶液呈深蓝色。1g可溶于约100ml,25℃水,对水的溶解度较其他食用合成色素低,0.05%水溶液呈蓝色。溶于甘油,丙二醇,微溶于乙醇,不溶于油脂。遇浓硫酸呈深蓝色,稀释后呈蓝色,它的水溶液加氢氧化钠呈绿至黄绿色。靛蓝易着色,有独特的色调,使用广泛。主要用于棉纱、棉布、羊毛或丝绸的染色,该颜料是重要的还原染料靛蓝的颜料化处理的产品,具有优良的耐光、耐气候牢度及耐热稳定性,给出蓝色调,并可制备出液体分散体剂型,主要应用于粘胶纤维原浆着色及印染。用于生化药剂和指示剂以及棉纱、棉布、羊毛或丝绸的染色等。本发明提供一种用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料,具有稳定性、优良的可洗涤性、良好的牢度和较小的吸着率的效果。

1.一种用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料,其特征在于:包括三芳甲烷、靛蓝、酞菁、硝基亚胺、元明粉、纯碱、氯均匀三嗪基、乙烯砜基、硫化黑和多硫化钠,各成分质量百分比为三芳甲烷占45%-51%,靛蓝占2%-3%,酞菁占3%-4%,硝基亚胺占1%-2%,元明粉占2%-4%,纯碱占1%-2%,氯均匀三嗪基占3%-5%,乙烯砜基占13%-19%,硫化黑占1%-2%,多硫化钠占10%-12%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料,其特征在于:所述硫化黑包括二硫键、游离硫磺和硫化钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料,其特征在于:所述用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料各成分质量百分比为三芳甲烷占49%,靛蓝占3%,酞菁占4%,硝基亚胺占1%,元明粉占4%,纯碱占2%,氯均匀三嗪基占5%,乙烯砜基占19%,硫化黑占1%,多硫化钠占12%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料,其特征在于:所述三芳甲烷包括三苯甲醇、三氯化铝和四氯化碳。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于登山包帆布印花的活性染料,其特征在于:所述靛蓝包括浓硫酸磺和碳酸钠。
