Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车用机左后置支架加工夹具,包括基板,所述基板的后端通过铰接的方式设有若干气缸,所述气缸的推杆均通过铰接的方式安装有推卡架,气缸的下端均设有滑动支撑块,所述推卡架均包括上压板和下压板,所述上压板的前端部下侧、下压板的前端部上侧均设有卡柱,所述上压板与下压板之间共同连接一个压簧,所述上压板前部下侧、下压板前部上侧均通过铰接的方式连接有连板。本发明采用气缸推压的方式,利用上压板和下压板扣紧机左后置支架,然后利用机左后置支架侧部的腰型孔套扣在弹压装置上,利用弹压装置的弹块压在机左后置支架上,从而实现了对机左后置支架的快速夹持,提高了夹持效率,减少了夹持气缸的使用量。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件加工夹具技术领域,具体说是一种汽车用机左后置支架加工夹具。
背景技术
汽车用机左后置支架是汽车后部的悬挂支撑架体的一般称呼,机左后置支架受悬挂复杂结构的限制,外形设计独特,根据不同的悬挂形式还有不同的变形,机左后置支架加工时,需要采用多个摆放姿态各异的夹持气缸进行压紧,且气缸固定形式没有统一,因此夹具设计成本高,制作难度大,不利于工厂批量化使用和生产。
人们需要一种能针对绝大多数机左后置支架加工使用的夹具,以降低夹具加工难度,提高机左后置支架加工效率和加工精度。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种汽车用机左后置支架加工夹具。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种汽车用机左后置支架加工夹具,包括基板,所述基板的后端通过铰接的方式设有若干气缸,所述气缸的推杆均通过铰接的方式安装有推卡架,气缸的下端均设有滑动支撑块,所述推卡架均包括上压板和下压板,所述上压板的前端部下侧、下压板的前端部上侧均设有卡柱,所述上压板与下压板之间共同连接了一个压簧,所述上压板前部下侧、下压板前部上侧均通过铰接的方式连接有连板,所述上压板与下压板之间共同连接有推板,所述推板的上下两端分别通过铰接的方式对应连接在上下两侧的连板上,所述推板前方固定设有横向放置的栏杆。
所述基板的前侧对应于推卡架均匀设有若干弹压装置,所述弹压装置包括固定安装在基板上的基架,所述基架的前后两端均通过铰接的方式安装有一个弧形的弹块,所述弹块的外侧面均为倾斜面,所述基架的中部均纵向设有一个弹簧,所述弹簧的前后两端分别固定在基架前后两侧的弹块内侧面上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用气缸推压的方式,利用上压板和下压板扣紧机左后置支架,然后利用机左后置支架侧部的腰型孔套扣在弹压装置上,利用弹压装置的弹块压在机左后置支架上,从而实现了对机左后置支架的快速夹持,提高了夹持效率,减少了夹持气缸的使用量。由于本发明规格可调,采用本发明统一对机左后置支架进行夹持,有利于统一机左后置支架夹具,从而降低机左后置支架夹具加工成本。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段和创作特征易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1所示,一种汽车用机左后置支架加工夹具,包括基板1,所述基板1的后端通过铰接的方式设有若干气缸2,所述气缸2的推杆均通过铰接的方式安装有推卡架3,气缸2的下端均设有滑动支撑块4,所述推卡架3均包括上压板5和下压板6,所述上压板5的前端部下侧、下压板6的前端部上侧均设有卡柱7,所述上压板5与下压板6之间共同连接了一个压簧8,所述上压板5前部下侧、下压板6前部上侧均通过铰接的方式连接有连板9,所述上压板5与下压板6之间共同连接有推板10,所述推板10的上下两端分别通过铰接的方式对应连接在上下两侧的连板9上,所述推板10前方固定设有横向放置的栏杆11。
所述基板1的前侧对应于推卡架3均匀设有若干弹压装置12,所述弹压装置12包括固定安装在基板1上的基架13,所述基架13的前后两端均通过铰接的方式安装有一个弧形的弹块14,所述弹块14的外侧面均为倾斜面,所述基架13的中部均纵向设有一个弹簧15,所述弹簧15的前后两端分别固定在基架13前后两侧的弹块14内侧面上。
使用时,将机左后置支架放在基板1上,从上向下将机左后置支架侧部的腰型孔压在弹块14上,弹块14在斜面的分力作用下,向内压缩弹簧15,以适应腰型孔的形状,腰型孔套在基架13下部以后,弹块14弹出,利用下端面将机左后置支架压紧。之后,启动所述的若干气缸2,气缸2推动对应的推卡架3向前移动,推板10在栏杆11的阻挡作用下向后拉紧推卡架3,从而将推卡架3上压板5与下压板6向中间靠拢,利用上压板5与下压板6前端的卡柱7卡在机左后置支架上的两个上下相对设置的圆孔内,将机左后置支架紧密固定。

1.一种汽车用机左后置支架加工夹具,包括基板,其特征在于:所述基板的后端通过铰接的方式设有若干气缸,所述气缸的推杆均通过铰接的方式安装有推卡架,气缸的下端均设有滑动支撑块,所述推卡架均包括上压板和下压板,所述上压板的前端部下侧、下压板的前端部上侧均设有卡柱,所述上压板与下压板之间共同连接了一个压簧,所述上压板前部下侧、下压板前部上侧均通过铰接的方式连接有连板,所述上压板与下压板之间共同连接有推板,所述推板的上下两端分别通过铰接的方式对应连接在上下两侧的连板上,所述推板前方固定设有横向放置的栏杆;
所述基板的前侧对应于推卡架均匀设有若干弹压装置,所述弹压装置包括固定安装在基板上的基架,所述基架的前后两端均通过铰接的方式安装有一个弧形的弹块,所述弹块的外侧面均为倾斜面,所述基架的中部均纵向设有一个弹簧,所述弹簧的前后两端分别固定在基架前后两侧的弹块内侧面上。
