背景技术
已知使用一种具有螺纹连接在泡沫分配器的容器上的汲取管的泡沫泵。另一方面,气雾容器与包括具有用于产生泡沫的网的发泡室的发泡构件一起使用。虽然仍在使用具有气雾剂的喷雾和发泡分配器,但是由于环境原因仅能使用基于加压空气的泡沫泵。因为泡沫泵产生的空气的压力取决于抽吸动作,所以对于每一个抽吸动作泡沫的质量可能不同。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供一种产生恒定质量的泡沫的泡沫分配器。
该目标通过具有权利要求1的特征的泡沫分配器实现。
在本发明的优选实施例中,阀包括阀杆和具有用于加压气体进入的孔口的预混合室,并且汲取管连接至阀。
在本发明的另一优选实施例中,所述发泡室包括用于产生泡沫的两个相邻的网和用于安装在所述阀杆上的入口。
在本发明的另一优选实施例中,所述发泡室的入口具有比所述阀杆的直径小的直径。

在图1中,泡沫分配器1被描述为具有在WO2005/082744A中全面描述的压力控制装置3和塑料容器2,该压力控制装置3具有杯状的第一缸筒30、能够以往复运动方式在第一缸筒30内移动的活塞31,以使得第一室32限定在活塞31和第一缸筒30之间。此外,设置高压容器或第二缸筒33,所述高压容器或第二缸筒33在其顶部包围第一缸筒30并且限定第二室34。通道35从第二室34通向压力控制装置3的外侧进入容器2中。阀36打开和关闭通道35。第一室32填充有施加预定的过压力的气体,并且第二室34填充有压力高于预定的过压力的气体。活塞31具有用于根据第一室32和容器2之间的压力差致动阀36的装置,以使得如果容器2中的流体压力下降至预定的过压力之下,则流体从第二室34流至容器2,直至容器压力近似等于预定的压力。在实践中,气体为标准大气。

填充在压力控制装置3中的空气的压力为大约8巴。由压力控制装置3保持在恒定水平的容器2中的空气的预定过压力为大约0.5巴(bar)。紧挨在压力控制装置3上方,容器2填充有流体25,直至预定的高度26。加压空气27位于流体25上方,该加压流体用于推动流体25通过阀7并且同时被迫通过孔口9进入到预混合室8中。
因为流体25和空气27在恒定压力下混合,所以泡沫非常均匀地产生。此外,两个细网18和19提供了非常紧密且细腻的泡沫。
如上所述的泡沫分配器1必须在大致直立的位置使用。新填充的泡沫分配器1也可以保持稍微倾斜。然而,如果泡沫分配器1是空的,那么加压空气可能会流进汲取管10中,从而使得泡沫的一致性改变并且变稀。另一方面,如果完全填充的泡沫分配器1被保持为几乎水平,那么加压空气也可能会流进汲取管10中,从而使得泡沫变稀。
在图2中,示出了泡沫分配器的另一个实施例50,其中相同的特征具有与图1中相同的附图标记。但是没有示出预混合室8也具有如图1中所示的孔口9。泡沫分配器50具有刚性汲取管51,该汲取管51在离压力控制装置3的上端一较短距离处终止。具有中心孔53和密封O形圈54的穹顶形活塞52围绕汲取管51。朝向容器2的内壁55,穹顶形活塞52具有外密封环56,该外密封环56具有上密封唇57和下密封唇58。柔性密封唇也可以代替O形圈54设置在中心孔53的边界处。
进一步地,泡沫分配器50的工作过程详细示出在图3至5中。在图3中,稍稍向下推动帽或按钮21,以使得阀7稍微打开并且气体或空气将缓慢流过汲取管51。在图4中,按钮21被进一步向下推动,以使得阀7完全打开并且空气25流过汲取管51并且同时穹顶形活塞52被空气25的过压力在活塞52的下侧向上推动,从而还使得活塞52上方的流体60流进预混合室8中,并且泡沫在发泡室12中产生并且被推动通过出口20。当按钮21被释放时,阀7关闭并且泡沫将不再流动。因为活塞52上方流体27的压力不足,所以它被向上推动直至在活塞52的下方和上方之间再次达到压力平衡。图5示出了泡沫分配器50的新的平衡状态。
泡沫分配器的第二实施50具有如下优点:泡沫可以不管该泡沫分配器的位置而被分配,即,即使分配器50被颠倒保持,分配器仍将产生相同质量的泡沫。

Claims (8)

1.一种泡沫分配器(1、50),包括具有加压推进气体的分配容器(2)、和具有下游发泡室(12)的阀(7),其特征在于,用于维持恒定的预定过压力的压力控制装置(3)设置在分配容器(2)中,所述压力控制装置(3)包括:
