本发明提供一种丝袜高效防水整理剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:纯丙烯酸聚合物乳料10-30%,聚醋酸乙烯酯10-30%,无机硅酸盐2-6%,水34-78%。本发明同时提供一种高效防水丝袜生产工艺,在整理步骤加入高效防水整理剂。本发明优点在于保持丝袜原有的透气性和柔软性的同时,具有持久高效防水效果。

Description

一种丝袜高效防水整理剂及其丝袜生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及丝袜领域,特别是涉及一种丝袜高效防水整理剂及其丝袜生产工艺。
背景技术
在日常生活、运动过程中经常会出现水泼落在丝袜上的情况,当水润湿和浸透丝袜时,不仅影响外观,影响身体舒适度,严重时还会印发一些皮肤疾病。而油和污渍等滴落在丝袜上,更是影响丝袜的外观和舒适度,特别是油和污渍透过丝袜直接接触皮肤,容易引发皮肤过敏和皮肤疾病。现有的丝袜都没有拒油拒污功能,而一些拒水丝袜都是在对丝袜进行涂层整理,虽然防水效果良好,但是由于是涂层,使得丝袜的透气性和柔软性几乎消失,严重影响丝袜的穿着效果,且丧失了丝袜的轻薄特点。
中国专利CN203152503U公开了一种防水袜,袜子本体包括一外部防水层以及一与人体皮肤接触的内部保温层。该防水袜设置了双层,其透气性方面存在缺陷,此外,该防水袜并不能够防止油污浸渍。
中国专利CN203121020U公开了一种防水袜,自上而下分为活动防护层、聚氨酯薄膜、纱线。该防水袜存在厚度方面的缺陷,适用于厚型丝袜,但并不适用于轻薄型丝袜,且不具备拒油拒污效果。
中国专利CN103141946A公开了一种防水花边袜,在袜头、袜身和袜筒的外表面涂覆硅层,使得其拥有防水效果,但是穿着舒服度很差,且若此方法用于丝袜,会导致丝袜视觉效果差,丧失丝袜原有的透气性和柔软性。
发明内容
为了解决丝袜防水效果差,防水丝袜透气性和柔软性差的问题,我们提出了一种丝袜高效防水整理剂及其丝袜生产工艺,采用本发明生产的高效防水丝袜,可以在保证高效防水效果的同时,兼顾丝袜的透气性和柔软性。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种丝袜高效防水整理剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:纯丙烯酸聚合物乳料10-30%,聚醋酸乙烯酯10-30%,无机硅酸盐2-6%,水34-78%。聚丙烯酸单体为丙烯酸,工业上主要用丙烯或丙烯醛的催化氧化法生产,它是一种液体,其熔点为12℃,沸点为142℃,具有和乙酸相似的刺激气味。通常多以水溶液状态进行聚合。它在水中的聚合速率受pH的影响很大,在酸性介质中较在碱性介质中为快。聚丙烯酸PAA的水溶液为聚电解质,它的粘度因pH而有异常变化,即在pH>7时粘度异常增加。这是由于聚丙烯酸的羧基电离形成负离子,产生静电排斥,使高分子链在溶液中呈较为舒张的构象所致。聚醋酸乙烯酯。是乙酸乙烯酯(醋酸乙烯酯)的聚合物。英文缩写为PVAc。简称PVAc,醋酸乙烯酯经聚合生成的聚合物。是无定形聚合物,外观透明、溶于苯、丙酮和三氯甲烷等溶剂。
优选地,上述无机硅酸盐为碱金属硅酸盐水溶液和胶体二氧化硅制成。具有良好的耐水、耐碱、耐污染、耐气性能。
本发明同时提供一种高效防水丝袜生产工艺,步骤如下:
(1)编织:将原料送入编织机进行编织,制成袜胚;袜胚包括袜口、袜筒、袜脚,袜口采用凸条组织,所述袜筒、袜脚采用平针添纱组织;
(2)染色:控制温度在60-80℃,pH为5-7,采用弱酸性染料和/或中性染料,加入固色剂,将袜胚染色;
(3)整理:将染色后的袜胚水洗3-6分钟,控制温度78-92℃,加入2.5-6.5%上述丝袜高效防水整理剂,处理10-30分钟;
(4)定型:将整理完成的袜胚在袜板上121-165℃蒸汽加热、烘干、整型,得到成品丝袜。
优选地,上述固色剂为季铵盐表面活性剂,与在高效防水污整理剂中功能不同,作为固色剂,季铵盐表面活性剂主要稳定丝袜的着色,保护丝袜颜料不掉色。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)具有持久高效防水效果;
(2)保持了丝袜原有的透气性和柔软性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,更具体地说明本发明的内容。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通或改变都落入本发明保护范围;且下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1:
一种丝袜高效防水整理剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:纯丙烯酸聚合物乳料10%,聚醋酸乙烯酯10%,无机硅酸盐6%,水74%。
一种高效防水丝袜生产工艺,步骤如下:
(1)编织:将原料送入编织机进行编织,制成袜胚;
(2)染色:控制温度在70℃,pH为6,采用弱酸性染料和/或中性染料,加入季铵盐表面活性剂,将袜胚染色;
(3)整理:将染色后的袜胚水洗3分钟,控制温度78℃,加入2.5%上述丝袜高效防水整理剂,处理20分钟;
(4)定型:将整理完成的袜胚在袜板上138℃蒸汽加热、烘干、整型,得到成品丝袜。
实施例2:
一种丝袜高效防水整理剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:纯丙烯酸聚合物乳料15%,聚醋酸乙烯酯15%,无机硅酸盐3%,水67%。
一种高效防水丝袜生产工艺,步骤如下:
(1)编织:将原料送入编织机进行编织,制成袜胚;
(2)染色:控制温度在70℃,pH为6,采用弱酸性染料和/或中性染料,加入季铵盐表面活性剂,将袜胚染色;
(3)整理:将染色后的袜胚水洗5分钟,控制温度80℃,加入4%上述丝袜高效防水整理剂,处理20分钟;
(4)定型:将整理完成的袜胚在袜板上152℃蒸汽加热、烘干、整型,得到成品丝袜。
实施例3:
一种丝袜高效防水整理剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:纯丙烯酸聚合物乳料30%,聚醋酸乙烯酯30%,无机硅酸盐6%,水34%。
一种高效防水丝袜生产工艺,步骤如下:
(1)编织:将原料送入编织机进行编织,制成袜胚;
(2)染色:控制温度在70℃,pH为6,采用弱酸性染料和/或中性染料,加入季铵盐表面活性剂,将袜胚染色;
(3)整理:将染色后的袜胚水洗5分钟,控制温度90℃,加入6%上述丝袜高效防水整理剂,处理20分钟;
(4)定型:将整理完成的袜胚在袜板上165℃蒸汽加热、烘干、整型,得到成品丝袜。
对比例:
一种丝袜生产工艺,步骤如下:
(1)编织:将原料送入编织机进行编织,制成袜胚;
(2)染色:控制温度在70℃,pH为6,采用弱酸性染料和/或中性染料,加入季铵盐表面活性剂,将袜胚染色;
(3)定型:将整理完成的袜胚在袜板上129℃蒸汽加热、烘干、整型,得到成品丝袜。
测试方法:
防水性:采用ISO4920,在控制条件下,定量蒸馏水通过标准喷头以45°喷淋在喷嘴下方150mm处,水喷淋在实验品的紧表面上,产生一个湿样品,将测试后试样表面与标准图卡进行对照评出等级。
透气性:采用YG(B)461型数字式织物透气仪,按照GB/T5453—1997测试丝袜透气性。
柔软度:采用弹性测试,按照FZ/T70006-2004行业标准进行测试,记录横向伸长率和纵向伸长率。
测试结果如下:
由表可知,采用本发明的高效防水丝袜,在透气性和柔软性上与普通丝袜区别不大,而防水性能达到行业较高标准,远远优于普通丝袜的低级标准。

Claims (4)

1.一种丝袜高效防水整理剂,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:纯丙烯酸聚合物乳料10-30%,聚醋酸乙烯酯10-30%,无机硅酸盐2-6%,水34-78%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种丝袜高效防水整理剂,其特征在于,所述无机硅酸盐为碱金属硅酸盐水溶液和胶体二氧化硅制成。
3.一种高效防水丝袜生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)编织:将原料送入编织机进行编织,制成袜胚;
(2)染色:控制温度在60-80℃,pH为5-7,采用弱酸性染料和/或中性染料,加入固色剂,将袜胚染色;
(3)整理:将染色后的袜胚水洗3-6分钟,控制温度78-92℃,加入2.5-6.5%上述丝袜高效防水整理剂;
(4)定型:将整理完成的袜胚在袜板上121-165℃蒸汽加热、烘干、整型,得到成品丝袜。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种高效防水丝袜生产工艺,其特征在于,所述固色剂为季铵盐表面活性剂。
