Abstract

一种汽车轮毂,属于汽车零部件。目的是提高汽车轮胎的散热效果。其方案是:避开轮毂上的气门孔,在轮毂的轮辋上有新增的通孔,在通孔中装配上丝状穗子。该穗子一般由导热的材料做成,其装配工艺和安装气门芯相同。随着车轮运动,穗子在轮胎气腔内摆动,促使气腔内气体的流动,加速气体与金属轮毂之间的热交换;另外,导热的穗子本身,可以传导热量,进一步提高散热效果。

本发明涉及一种汽车轮毂,属于汽车零部件。
背景技术:
目前,主流的汽车轮胎,一般由金属轮毂和橡胶轮胎两部分构成。在橡胶轮胎和金属轮毂之间是气腔,气腔内充满空气。受路面温度和摩擦生热的多重作用,轮胎气腔内气体温升比较高,气压变化的幅度也比较大。在高温、重载、长时间运行等不利条件综合作用下,爆胎的潜在危险显著增大。目前,一种常见的、被动的解决方案,是监测轮胎的胎压,设定一个报警阀值,自动报警。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是:提高汽车轮胎的散热效果。
本发明的方案是:一种汽车轮毂,其特征是:避开轮毂上的气门孔,在轮毂的轮辋上有新增的通孔,在通孔中装配上丝状穗子。该穗子一般由导热的材料做成,其装配工艺和安装气门芯相同。随着车轮运动,穗子在轮胎气腔内摆动,促使气腔内气体的流动,加速气体与金属轮毂之间的热交换;另外,导热的穗子本身,可以传导热量,进一步提高散热效果。
如上所述的一种汽车轮毂,其特征是:在轮辋上的通孔有2个以上,该通孔沿圆周均匀分布在轮辋上。目的是提高散热效果,同时,保持车轮的动态平衡。
具体实施方式:
建议在轮辋上的新增通孔,和气门孔直径不一致,防止误装配。其加工和装配工艺与气门芯类似。即把类似气门芯的结构,安装上丝状的导热的穗子,拧紧即可。
