本发明公开了一种牛皮糖切条装置,涉及一种牛皮糖的加工装置;牛皮糖切条装置包括机架、切割部、进料部、出料部和驱动电机;切割部包括壳体和切割机构;壳体安装在所述机架上,壳体包括传动腔和牛皮糖通过腔;切割机构为曲柄滑块机构,包括曲柄、连杆和切刀,其中切刀起到滑块的效果;切割部包含了三个并排设置的切割机构,各切割机构的曲柄被一传动杆连接在一起,使三个曲柄与传动杆组成平行四边形机构;其中一个曲柄被驱动电机驱动;进料部和出料部均为皮带传送机构,进料部位于牛皮糖通过腔的右侧,而出料部位于牛皮糖通过腔的左侧;本装置可用于切割牛皮糖,并能保证牛皮糖的大小均匀。

一种牛皮糖切条装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种牛皮糖的加工装置,尤其涉及一种牛皮糖切条装置。
背景技术
牛皮糖号称扬州一绝,是江苏扬州汉族名点之一。口味香甜,外层芝麻均匀,切面棕色光亮,呈半透明状,富有弹性,味香,细嚼不粘牙,在海内外享有盛誉。牛皮糖的制作工艺包括熬糖和成型两个步骤;熬糖步骤主要为,将糖和水放入锅内熬制,糖溶化、水沸后,将淀粉用水溶解,用箩滤入锅内,随入随搅动。熬成黏糊状时加入饴糖混熬,大约1小时加入香油,快熬好时加入香料(桂花,如用桔饼或鲜桔皮更好),熬制时须用铲子不停地铲动。全部熬糖时间约为两个小时,快熬好时将糖膏取样浸入冷水冷却,磕碰即断裂为成熟,熬好后移离火源;成型步骤主要为,在案子上铺上一层芝麻,把糖膏倒在上面,在糖膏上面再撒一层芝麻,待温度稍降低,有一定硬韧度时,用擀面杖擀成厚度约6毫米的糖片,再用刀切成宽约1.2厘米的糖条,再用木板尺将糖条的四周轧紧呈长方形,最后,用刀横切成2~2.5毫米厚的糖片,晾晒后为成品。
在现今的加工过程中,无论是熬糖还是成型大多都由人工完成,尤其是对牛皮糖的切割,均是由人工完成,需要花掉大量的人力,及时间;且人工切割很难使牛皮糖均匀。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种牛皮糖切条装置,以使牛皮糖的切割机械化,并保证牛皮糖的大小均匀。
本发明的基础方案牛皮糖切条装置,包括机架、切割部、进料部、出料部和驱动电机;所述切割部包括壳体和切割机构;所述壳体安装在所述机架上,壳体包括传动腔和牛皮糖通过腔;所述切割机构包括曲柄、连杆和切刀;所述曲柄位于传动腔内,且曲柄与壳体转动连接;所述切刀与壳体滑动连接,切刀的一端为刀刃,另一端为连接端,切刀的刀刃通往所述牛皮糖通过腔,切刀的连接端位于传动腔内;所述连杆的两端分别与曲柄和切刀的连接端铰接;所述切割部共设置了三个所述切割机构,且各切割机构的切刀的间距相同;所述切割机构的曲柄被一传动杆连接在一起,且传动杆与各曲柄铰接;所述曲柄的其中之一被驱动电机驱动;所述进料部和出料部均为皮带传送机构,包括皮带轮、皮带和支撑轮;所述皮带轮铰接在机架上,皮带轮也由驱动电机驱动,支撑轮位于皮带下方;所述牛皮糖通过腔为一通腔,进料部位于牛皮糖通过腔的右侧,而出料部位于牛皮糖通过腔的左侧。
在本基础方案中,切割机构为曲柄滑块机构,其中切刀在切割机构中起到滑块的作用。进料部与出料部均具有运输牛皮糖的作用,且支撑轮具有张紧皮带的作用。切割部共设置了三个切割机构,三个切割机构并排设置,且切刀的间距相同,各铰接点的位置均相同;传动杆分别与三个切割机构的曲柄铰接,且传动杆与曲柄的铰接中心偏离于曲柄的转动中心,使三个曲柄与传动杆组成平行四边形机构,因此当驱动电机驱动其中一个曲柄时,传动杆可带动另外两个曲柄同步转动,从而在切割牛皮糖时,可一次切三条;且仅有第一条牛皮糖的宽度是由进料部皮带的传送速率与曲柄的运转速率决定的,因此每切割一次牛皮糖就有一条牛皮糖的宽度偏差较大,从而有效的提高了牛皮糖宽度的均匀程度。
本发明通过切割部、进料部、出料部相互配合,使得牛皮糖的运输,切条能够一并完成,且切割部运用曲柄连杆机构,将驱动电机的转动转化为切刀的上下往复运动,从而实现对牛皮糖的切条,使得牛皮糖的切条过程得以机械化;并通过设置三个切割机构,并控制切刀的间距,使切刀能够一次多切,从而保证牛皮糖的大小均匀。
优选方案一,作为对基础方案的进一步优化,所述出料部的皮带上设置有条形孔,且条形孔的宽度为所述切刀间距的40%,所述出料部的皮带之间还设置了回收槽,回收槽可拆卸安装在所述机架上;由于切割牛皮糖的过程中,总会出现一些碎块,本优化可筛选出碎块,并对碎块进行回收。
优选方案二,作为对基础方案的进一步优化,所述牛皮糖通过腔的高度设置为牛皮糖平均厚度的120%;本优化使牛皮糖通过腔仅可使单块的牛皮糖通过,从而避免了牛皮糖切成条状后在牛皮糖通过腔中堆积。
优选方案三,作为对基础方案的进一步优化,所述切刀刀刃设置为锯齿状;由于切刀对牛皮糖切条时,仅依靠切刀刀刃对牛皮糖下压,由于刀刃较长,所以会迅速使牛皮糖的表面凹陷,而不利于切断牛皮糖,因此为保证牛皮糖能切断,所以将刀刃设置为锯齿状。
优选方案四,作为对基础方案的进一步优化,所述驱动电机与所述曲柄为链传动;链传动可保证曲柄的转动速率,从而进一步提高了牛皮糖宽度的均匀程度。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:切割部1、进料部2、出料部3、壳体11、切割机构12、传动杆13、传动腔111、牛皮糖通过腔112、曲柄121、连杆122、切刀123、皮带21、皮带轮22、条形孔31、回收槽32。
实施例基本如附图1所示:牛皮糖切条装置包括机架、切割部1、进料部2、出料部3和驱动电机。切割部1包括壳体11、切割机构12;壳体11安装在机架上,壳体11包括传动腔111和牛皮糖通过腔112;切割机构12为曲柄121滑块机构,包括曲柄121、连杆122和切刀123;曲柄121位于传动腔111内,并与壳体11转动连接;切刀123与壳体11滑动连接,切刀123的一端为刀刃,另一端为连接端,且切刀123的刀刃可进入到牛皮糖通过腔112,切刀123的连接端位于传动腔111;连杆122的两端分别与曲柄121和切刀123的连接端铰接,从而构成了曲柄121连杆122机构。
如附图1所示,切割部1共有三个切割机构12,三个切割机构12并排设置,且间距和各铰接点的位置均相同;并有一传动杆13分别与三个切割机构12的曲柄121铰接,且传动杆13与曲柄121的铰接中心偏离于曲柄121的转动中心,使三个曲柄121与传动杆13组成平行四边形机构。驱动电机与其中一个曲柄121为链传动,并通过传动杆13可带动其他的曲柄121同步运行。
进料部2和出料部3均为皮带传送机构,包括皮带轮22、皮带21和支撑轮;皮带轮22铰接在机架上,由驱动电机驱动,支撑轮对皮带21具有张紧作用。牛皮糖通过腔112为一通腔,进料部2位于牛皮糖通过腔112的右侧,而出料部3位于牛皮糖通过腔112的左侧,且进料部2与出料部3的皮带21传送方向相同。当块状的牛皮糖放到进料部2的皮带21上后,牛皮糖将被皮带21运送到牛皮糖通过腔112;从而牛皮糖将被切刀123切成条状,当牛皮糖被切成条状后,由于进料部2不断的送入牛皮糖,所以被切好的牛皮糖将被推动到出料部3,以运送到下一生产线。
由于切割牛皮糖的过程中,总会出现一些碎块,为了筛选出碎块,如附图2所示,在出料部3的皮带21上设置有条形孔31,且条形孔31的宽度为切刀123间距的40%;在出料部3的皮带21之间还设置了回收槽32,回收槽32可拆卸安装在机架上。
为了避免牛皮糖切成条状后在牛皮糖通过腔112中堆积,牛皮糖通过腔112的高度设置为牛皮糖平均厚度的120%。且由于切刀123对牛皮糖切条时,仅依靠切刀123刀刃对牛皮糖下压,由于刀刃较长,所以会迅速使牛皮糖的表面凹陷,而不利于切断牛皮糖,因此为保证牛皮糖能切断,如附图3所示,将刀刃设置为锯齿状。

1.一种牛皮糖切条装置,其特征在于,包括机架、切割部、进料部、出料部和驱动电机;所述切割部包括壳体和切割机构;所述壳体安装在所述机架上,壳体包括传动腔和牛皮糖通过腔;所述切割机构包括曲柄、连杆和切刀;所述曲柄位于传动腔内,且曲柄与壳体转动连接;所述切刀与壳体滑动连接,切刀的一端为刀刃,另一端为连接端,切刀的刀刃通往所述牛皮糖通过腔,切刀的连接端位于传动腔内;所述连杆的两端分别与曲柄和切刀的连接端铰接;所述切割部共设置了三个所述切割机构,且各切割机构的切刀的间距相同;所述切割机构的曲柄被一传动杆连接在一起,且传动杆与各曲柄铰接;所述曲柄的其中之一被驱动电机驱动;所述进料部和出料部均为皮带传送机构,包括皮带轮、皮带和支撑轮;所述皮带轮铰接在机架上,皮带轮也由驱动电机驱动,支撑轮位于皮带下方;所述牛皮糖通过腔为一通腔,进料部位于牛皮糖通过腔的右侧,而出料部位于牛皮糖通过腔的左侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牛皮糖切条装置,其特征在于,所述出料部的皮带上设置有条形孔,且条形孔的宽度为所述切刀间距的40%,所述出料部的皮带之间还设置了回收槽,回收槽可拆卸安装在所述机架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的牛皮糖切条装置,其特征在于,所述牛皮糖通过腔的高度设置为牛皮糖平均厚度的120%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的牛皮糖切条装置,其特征在于,所述切刀刀刃设置为锯齿状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的牛皮糖切条装置,其特征在于,所述驱动电机与所述曲柄为链传动。
