Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于多工站自动除毛刺机的侧面除毛刺机构,包括砂带移动驱动器,砂带移动导轨,砂带电机,砂带,刷子,刷子移动导轨,刷子电机和压块;所述砂带移动导轨上设置有砂带移动板;所述砂带移动导轨的末端设置有砂带移动驱动器;所述砂带移动板上设置有砂带;所述砂带电通过砂带轮将动力传给砂带;所述砂带的上方设置有除刷子;刷子设置在刷子移动导轨上;刷子电机与刷子通过刷子关节轴承连接;所述刷子的一侧设置有压块;所述压块的上端设置有压块驱动电机;压块与升降旋转分度模具位置对应。本发明压块固定零件避免在加工中脱落,砂带和刷子双重作用,保证彻底的去除毛刺,不仅效率高,而且质量好,大大提高了生产率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于自动去毛刺机的,高效、稳定、效果好的侧面去除毛刺的机构。
背景技术
去除产品的毛刺,是把加工后的产品,将需要去除毛刺的部位重新加工,将毛刺去除。目前市场上的滚筒累的设备体积大,产品型号单一,其结构复杂限制部分去除毛刺部位的加工,也不能满足对于零件不同位置去除毛刺的要求,不能同时将孔内、侧面或是顶部一次加工完成,所以体积小,且可以满足不同部位去除毛刺的加工机更符合市场的需求,小巧、高效、稳定的侧面去毛刺机构也必然符合市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种用于自动去毛刺机的,高效、稳定、效果好的侧面去除毛刺的机构。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于多工站自动除毛刺机的侧面除毛刺机构,包括砂带移动驱动器,砂带移动导轨,砂带电机,砂带,刷子,刷子移动导轨,刷子电机和压块;所述砂带移动导轨上设置有砂带移动板;所述砂带移动导轨的末端设置有砂带移动驱动器,驱动砂带移动板运动;所述砂带移动板上设置有砂带;所述砂带电机设置在砂带移动板上,通过砂带轮将动力传给砂带;所述砂带的上方设置有除刷子;刷子设置在刷子移动导轨上;刷子电机与刷子通过刷子关节轴承连接;刷子电机通过刷子关节轴承将动力传递给刷子;所述刷子的一侧设置有压块;所述压块的上端设置有压块驱动电机;压块与升降旋转分度模具位置对应。
优选的,所述压块的中间为凸起状。

附图1为本发明所述的一种用于多工站自动除毛刺机的侧面除毛刺机构,包括砂带移动驱动器51,砂带移动导轨52,砂带电机53,砂带54,刷子55,刷子移动导轨56,刷子电机57和压块58;所述砂带移动导轨52上设置有砂带移动板59;所述砂带移动导轨52的末端设置有砂带移动驱动器51,驱动砂带移动板59运动;所述砂带移动板59上设置有砂带54;所述砂带电机53设置在砂带移动板59上,通过砂带轮510将动力传给砂带54;所述砂带54的上方设置有除刷子55;刷子55设置在刷子移动导轨56上;刷子电机57与刷子55通过刷子关节轴承511连接;刷子电机57通过刷子关节轴承511将动力传递给刷子55;所述刷子55的一侧设置有压块58;所述压块58的上端设置有压块驱动电机512;压块512与升降旋转分度模具位置对应。首先压块驱动电机512驱动压块58下压,压块58经凸起伸入零件孔内,并与升降旋转分度模具配合,将零件支撑和固定以免在加工中脱落,砂带移动驱动器51驱动砂带移动板59沿着砂带移动导轨52向前移动,使砂带54与零件接触,砂带电机53通过砂带轮510将动力传给砂带54,砂带54转动,零件在升降旋转分度模具上也是旋转的,二者配合将毛刺去除,刷子电机57通过刷子关节轴承511将动力传递给刷子55,使刷子55沿着刷子移动导轨56做往复运动去除毛刺。

1.一种用于多工站自动除毛刺机的侧面除毛刺机构,其特征在于:包括砂带移动驱动器,砂带移动导轨,砂带电机,砂带,刷子,刷子移动导轨,刷子电机和压块;所述砂带移动导轨上设置有砂带移动板;所述砂带移动导轨的末端设置有砂带移动驱动器,驱动砂带移动板运动;所述砂带移动板上设置有砂带;所述砂带电机设置在砂带移动板上,通过砂带轮将动力传给砂带;所述砂带的上方设置有除刷子;刷子设置在刷子移动导轨上;刷子电机与刷子通过刷子关节轴承连接;刷子电机通过刷子关节轴承将动力传递给刷子;所述刷子的一侧设置有压块;所述压块的上端设置有压块驱动电机;压块与升降旋转分度模具位置对应。
