Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有抗眼疲劳的饮料,它是由下列重量份配比的原料药所制成:小米草10-20份,栀子10-25份、枸杞20-30份,菊花20-30份、决明子10-20份、胡萝卜10-25份、原花青素1-3份、三氯聚糖2-4份、柠檬酸2-5份,通过水提、酶解等步骤制备而成,经药理和临床实验证实,本发明对眼疲劳和视力减退有保护作用,可用于制备具有抗眼疲劳的饮料。

本发明涉及中药制剂及制备方法,具体涉及一种具有抗眼疲劳的饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
眼疲劳是指因过度使用视力而产生的眼睛疲劳。当前由于环境变化、电视、网络的高速发展等诸多因素,使得人们长时间不卫生、超负荷用眼(比如:长时间看电视,通宵上网聊天打游戏,学习压力大,长时间学习等),造成了眼睛视力疾病的大量发生。主要临床表现为:近距离工作或阅读不能持久、易疲劳,出现眼胀、眼困、干涩、流泪、眉弓酸痛及头晕等症状。中医认为,眼疲劳主要由先天不足、后天失养、情志所伤、年老体弱、过度疲劳等因素所致,其基本病机与多种病因导致的肝、脾、肾功能失调有关。肝阴不足、肝火旺盛、津液亏虚、目失润泽;脾气虚弱、清阳不升、浊阴不降,目不得清阳之气温煦;肾精不足,不能上通于脑,脑髓空虚,精不养目。眼疲劳日积月累易造成近视。据国家统计局最近的一项调查显示,目前我国学生视力低下的状况令人担忧。小学近视比例为34%-61%,初中为68%,重点高中为90%左右,在校大学生视力合格者更少。而在高考体检中由于自身缺陷原因被限考的学生当中有74%为近视.。据卫生部、教育部联合调查,目前我国学生近视发病率居世界第二,人数居世界之首。全国近视及眼疾患者近3亿人,已经成为全社会关注的公共卫生和社会问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足及类似产品的缺失,在于提供一种具有抗眼疲劳、保护视力的饮料及其制备方法。所述产品通过将天然中草药进行特殊处理并结合相关护眼药食同源原料进行组合,能够有效缓解和改善眼疲劳和视觉衰减,其制备方法简单,工艺条件稳定,适合规模化生产。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种具有抗眼疲劳的饮料,它是由下列重量份配比的原料药所制成:小米草10-20份,栀子10-25份、枸杞20-30份,菊花20-30份、决明子10-20份、胡萝卜10-25份、原花青素1-3份、三氯聚糖2-4份、柠檬酸2-5份。
所述具有抗眼疲劳的饮料,它是由下列重量份配比的原料药所制成:小米草15份,栀子18份、枸杞25份,菊花25份、决明子15份、胡萝卜20份、原花青素2份、三氯聚糖3份、柠檬酸4份。
所述具有抗眼疲劳饮料,制备方法包括如下步骤:将小米草的干燥品除杂、清洗、晾干或晒干、切割和粉碎,加水煎煮2次,每次1小时,将提取液过滤并静置、将上清液喷雾干燥既得提取物成品;决明子清洗沥干、恒温干燥、自然冷却粉碎,加水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤浓缩得决明子提取液;栀子洗净晾干,加水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤取上清液、糊精包埋、过滤并适当浓缩既得栀子提取液;将菊花剔除霉烂、虫蛀等不合格品,置于恒温干燥后粉碎、加水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤随即速冷至20℃以下得到菊花提取清液;枸杞略粉碎后,加水冷浸提取1h,蒸汽加热提取并趁热过滤并静置自然冷却既得枸杞子提取液;胡萝卜挑选除杂清净沥干,蒸气保温,化学法去皮,立即清水冲净,切除头尾梢,切成片状或块状,漂烫预煮冷却,加水打浆得胡萝卜浆原液,在原浆液中加入复合酶酶解,并灭活,冷却后榨汁,过滤均质脱气灭菌,得胡萝卜原汁灌装避光冷藏备用;将以上所有食品原料的提取物按一定比例混合均匀,过滤,添加原花青素、三氯聚糖、柠檬酸,混合均匀后进行均质,脱气,灭菌处理,灌装制备成饮料。
所述具有抗眼疲劳饮料,步骤中各种药材加水煎煮,所加水重量是药材量的8-16倍。
所述具有抗眼疲劳饮料,步骤中酶解为复合酶,复合酶是果胶酶为主加入了适量的纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶,比例为6:1:1:1:1,进行酶解,复合酶在原浆液中含量为0.3g/kg,45℃酶解两小时。
所述具有抗眼疲劳饮料在制备具有抗眼疲劳饮料中的应用。
本发明与现有抗眼疲劳产品相比,具有下列优点:
(1)中医认为,眼疲劳主要由先天不足、后天失养、情志所伤、年老体弱、过度疲劳等因素所致,其基本病机为多种原因导致的肝、脾、肾功能失调。肝阴不足、肝火旺盛、津液亏虚、目失润泽而出现的眼疲劳;脾气虚弱、清阳不升、浊阴不降,目不得清阳之气温煦而出现眼疲劳;肾精不足,不能上通于脑,脑髓空虚,精不养目而出现眼疲劳。长期的过度用眼,眼疲劳日积月累易造成近视。本发明首次将小米草、山栀子、决明子、枸杞子等组合,对产品配方组成采用科学规范的方法,以不同原料、不同剂量配比等为主要因素,选择不同水平进行活性及安全性评价。应用现代提取、精制及制剂技术,最大程度地保存了小米草、山栀子、决明子、枸杞子等有益于减轻视觉压力、缓解眼疲劳的生物活性作用成分,制备成对抗眼疲劳有辅助保护功能的制剂。
本方中小米草自中世纪以来,已被指定为维护眼睛健康的补品,含有丰富的维生素A、B组、C、D、E和微量元素铁,硅,微量的碘,铜,锌,能有效地减少眼睛疲劳和酸痛,减轻由于过敏引起了的眼睛瘙痒。据西方草药记录,小米草具有改善视力,改善眼部功能,消除眼睛疲劳,舒缓眼睛干涩,抗自由基的作用,适合眼疲劳和视力衰退,并能促进血管收缩、抗菌、舒缓炎症并在眼表面形成一层保护膜。
决明子甘、苦,微寒。归肝、肾、大肠经。清肝明目,润肠通便。用于肝火目赤,羞明多泪,目暗不明,头痛眩晕,肠燥便秘。《本草纲目》:“除肝胆风热,淫肤白膜,青盲。”《中华本草》载曰:“清肝益肾,明目,利水通便。”现代药理学研究表明,决明子具有降血脂、降压、抗病原微生物、抑制血小板聚集的作用。
栀子苦,寒。归心、肝、肺、胃、三焦经。泻火除烦,清热利尿,凉血解毒。用于热病心烦,肝火目赤,头痛,咽痛,消渴,黄疸尿赤,血痢,血淋涩痛,血热吐衄,火毒疮疡;外治扭挫伤痛。《本经》:主五内邪气,胃中热气,面赤,酒疱皶鼻,白癞,赤癞,疮疡。《别录》:疗目热亦痛,胸心、大小肠大热,心中烦闷,胃中热气。现代药理学研究表明,栀子具有利胆、镇静降压、抗微生物等作用。
菊花辛、甘、苦,微黄。归肺、肝经。疏散风热,清肝明目。用于风热表证,温病初起,目赤肿痛,目暗昏花,头目眩晕。《本草备要》记载:“菊花味兼甘苦,性察平和,备受四气,饱经霜露,得金水之精,益肺肾二脏”;《本草纲目拾遗》记载:“治诸风头眩,明目祛风,搜肝气,益血润容”。现代药理学研究表明,菊花具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、舒血管、降血脂、抗肿瘤、驱铅等多种药理作用。
枸杞子性平,味甘。归肝经、肾经、肺经。滋补肝肾,明目,润肺。用于眩晕目暗,遗精,消渴,阴虚劳嗽。《药性论》载其“补益精诸不足,明目安神。”《本经》云:“久服坚筋骨。”现代医学研究证实其含有甜菜硷、多糖、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、胡萝卜素、维生素及钙、磷、铁、锌、锰、亚油酸等营养成分,枸杞子子对造血功能有促进作用,还能抗衰老、抗突变、抗肿瘤、抗脂肪肝及降血糖等作用。
本方中的小米草为藏药,味苦,性微寒,清热,除烦,利尿,主要成份为Iridoidglycosides、aucubin、丹宁酸、酚醛酸和挥发性油,并含丰富的维生素A、B族、C、D、E和微量元素铁、硅、碘、铜、锌。具有温和的收敛性,能促进眼眶周围黏膜层的最外层收缩,减轻睫状肌肉因长时间用眼而造成的紧张;改善泪腺分泌情况,缓解眼睛干涩、疲劳、视力衰退;清除自由基,舒缓炎症。决明子甘、苦,微寒,清肝明目,润肠通便,用于肝火目赤,羞明多泪,目暗不明。《中华本草》载其“清肝益肾,明目,利水通便。”二者均为君药,共奏清热明目之效。山栀子苦寒,泻火除烦,清热解毒。菊花辛、甘、苦,疏散风热,清肝明目,用于目赤肿痛,目暗昏花,头目眩晕。二者共为臣药,增强君药清肝明目的作用。枸杞子为佐药,性平,味甘,滋补肝肾,明目,润肺。《药性论》载:“补益精诸不足,明目安神。”诸药相合,相互增效,共奏明目、清肝、益肾之功。
(2)目前以小米草、决明子、栀子等护眼产品主要是化妆品、药品和保健品,产品中无饮料剂型;
(3)本发明制造成本低,制备工艺简单;
(4)本发明可制成饮品,携带、服用方便;
(5)本发明经多例临床试验,结果表明对眼睛干涩、视疲劳、视力衰退具有较好的修护作用,其市场需求大,经济效益和社会效益预期良好。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
取小米草10份,栀子25份、枸杞20份,菊花30份、决明子10份、胡萝卜25份、原花青素1份、三氯聚糖4份、柠檬酸2份。
将小米草的干燥品除杂、清洗、晾干或晒干、切割和粉碎,加药材重量8倍量的水煎煮2次,每次1小时,将提取液过滤并静置、将上清液喷雾干燥既得提取物成品。决明子清洗沥干、恒温干燥、自然冷却粉碎,加药材重量16倍量的水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤浓缩得决明子提取液。栀子洗净晾干,加药材重量12倍量的水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤取上清液、糊精包埋、过滤并适当浓缩既得山栀子提取液。将菊花剔除霉烂、虫蛀等不合格品,置于恒温干燥后粉碎、加药材重量16倍量的水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤随即速冷至20℃以下得到菊花提取清液。枸杞略粉碎后,加药材重量12倍量水冷浸提取1h,蒸汽加热提取并趁热过滤并静置自然冷却既得枸杞子提取液。胡萝卜挑选除杂清净沥干,蒸气保温,化学法去皮,立即清水冲净,切除头尾梢,切成片状或块状,漂烫预煮冷却,加水打浆得胡萝卜浆原液,在原浆液中加入复合酶(复合酶是果胶酶为主加入了适量的纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶,比例为6:1:1:1:1)进行酶解,复合酶在原浆液中含量为0.3g/kg,45℃酶解两小时,并灭活,冷却后榨汁,过滤均质脱气灭菌,得胡萝卜原汁灌装避光冷藏备用。
取小米草、山栀子、枸杞子、菊花、决明子等按上述工艺制备得到的提取物,按比例混合均匀;同时将已制备避光保存的胡萝卜原汁、原花青素原液、三氯聚糖水溶液、柠檬酸水溶液等复配,原花青素、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸都用加水溶解,原花青素原液浓度为0.2mg/ml,三氯蔗糖水溶液液浓度为0.16mg/ml;柠檬酸水溶液浓度为1mg/ml。将上述复配制备的饮料原浆经过高压均质、湿热125℃通过时间为6s的方法灭菌,趁热灌装并脱气处理,密封冷却至室温,吹干后即制备成小米草护眼饮料。
实施例2:
取小米草20份,栀子10份、枸杞30份,菊花20份、决明子20份、胡萝卜10份、原花青素3份、三氯聚糖2份、柠檬酸5份。

上述原辅料中小米草为为玄参科植物小米草的全草,其余药材符合药典标准,复合酶购自南宁庞博生物工程有限公司。
实施例4:本发明临床试验
1、一般资料:
所有病例均为长时间眼疲劳的患者,年龄17~58岁,其中17~29岁28例、30~39岁35例、40~49岁35例、50~58岁20例,共计118例,其中男性60例,女性58例。所有病例均排除青光眼或眼内压高、有严重心血管病、甲亢和糖尿病史者。
2、临床表现:
主要表现为阅读不能持久,视力模糊,眼睛胀痛干涩灼热,有压迫感,怕光流泪甚至头晕恶心呕吐,但是上述症状适当休息、闭目养神可以减轻。
3、配方治疗:
按上述实施例1方法制备小米草护眼饮料,口服,每次360ml,每日两次,长时间用眼后加服1次,1月为1疗程。若1疗程效果不佳者,重复第二疗程观察。
4、结果分析:
显效:用药月余症状基本消失和改善者96例。好转:用药两个月症状明显改善20例。有效:口服两个月后效果不明显的有2例。
从治疗结果可以看出,小米草护眼饮料,能够滋阴养血,益精以明目,又可调解和顺,以利肝窍,改善眼部微循环,增加眼部血流量,安神定志,清热益阴明目平肝的作用。对一般原因引起的视疲劳均可达到有效的改善作用。

1.一种具有抗眼疲劳的饮料,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份配比的原料药所制成:小米草10-20份,栀子10-25份、枸杞20-30份,菊花20-30份、决明子10-20份、胡萝卜10-25份、原花青素1-3份、三氯聚糖2-4份、柠檬酸2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有抗眼疲劳的饮料,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份配比的原料药所制成:小米草15份,栀子18份、枸杞25份,菊花25份、决明子15份、胡萝卜20份、原花青素2份、三氯聚糖3份、柠檬酸4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述具有抗眼疲劳饮料,其特征在于,制备方法包括如下步骤:将小米草的干燥品除杂、清洗、晾干或晒干、切割和粉碎,加水煎煮2次,每次1小时,将提取液过滤并静置、将上清液喷雾干燥既得提取物成品;决明子清洗沥干、恒温干燥、自然冷却粉碎,加水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤浓缩得决明子提取液;栀子洗净晾干,加水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤取上清液、糊精包埋、过滤并适当浓缩既得栀子提取液;将菊花剔除霉烂、虫蛀等不合格品,置于恒温干燥后粉碎、加水煎煮2次,每次1小时,过滤随即速冷至20℃以下得到菊花提取清液;枸杞略粉碎后,加水冷浸提取1h,蒸汽加热提取并趁热过滤并静置自然冷却既得枸杞子提取液;胡萝卜挑选除杂清净沥干,蒸气保温,化学法去皮,立即清水冲净,切除头尾梢,切成片状或块状,漂烫预煮冷却,加水打浆得胡萝卜浆原液,在原浆液中加入复合酶酶解,并灭活,冷却后榨汁,过滤均质脱气灭菌,得胡萝卜原汁灌装避光冷藏备用;将以上所有食品原料的提取物按一定比例混合均匀,过滤,添加原花青素、三氯聚糖、柠檬酸,混合均匀后进行均质,脱气,灭菌处理,灌装制备成饮料。
4.根据权利要求3所述具有抗眼疲劳饮料,其特征在于,步骤中各种药材加水煎煮,所加水重量是药材量的8-16倍。
5.根据权利要求3所述具有抗眼疲劳饮料,其特征在于,步骤中酶解为复合酶,复合酶是果胶酶为主加入了适量的纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶,比例为6:1:1:1:1,进行酶解,复合酶在原浆液中含量为0.3g/kg,45℃酶解两小时。
6.根据权利要求1所述具有抗眼疲劳饮料在制备具有抗眼疲劳饮料中的应用。
