本发明公开了一种密封橡胶,其特征在于:由A胶料和B胶料按照1:3的比例混炼而成,两部分组成如下:A胶料:丁腈橡胶15份,酚醛树脂5份,蒙脱土5份,异戊二烯橡胶10份,硅烷偶联剂2份,白炭黑1份,古马隆树脂5份,硫磺0.5份,氧化锌10份;B胶料:硼酸锌7份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4份,碳酸钙5份,亚硝酸钠1份,环烷烃1份,微晶蜡0.5份。本发明一种密封橡胶具有优异的弹性,耐油、耐热性能优异,密封效果好,可以做密封垫。

本发明涉及一种密封橡胶。
背景技术
耐油、耐热密封件对橡胶材料的配方有特别的要求,要求其所制得的产品具有耐油、耐热性能高,同时具有很高的气密性。现有的密封橡胶材料在耐油、耐热、密封效果方面仍有提高空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种密封橡胶,该密封橡胶具有优异的弹性,耐油、耐热性能优异,密封效果好,可以做密封垫。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种密封橡胶,由A胶料和B胶料按照1:3的比例混炼而成,两部分组成如下:
A胶料:丁腈橡胶15份,酚醛树脂5份,蒙脱土5份,异戊二烯橡胶10份,硅烷偶联剂2份,白炭黑1份,古马隆树脂5份,硫磺0.5份,氧化锌10份;
B胶料:硼酸锌7份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4份,碳酸钙5份,亚硝酸钠1份,环烷烃1份,微晶蜡0.5份。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种密封橡胶,该密封橡胶具有优异的弹性,耐油、耐热性能优异,密封效果好,可以做密封垫。
