橡胶是提取橡胶树、橡胶草等植物的胶乳,加工后制成的具有弹性、绝缘性、不透水和空气的材料,它是高弹性的高分子化合物,橡胶的管道密封性能可以影响该橡胶材料的物理机械性能和用该材料制成的密封圈的使用寿命,近年来随着科技的进步,某些行业对于橡胶材料管道密封性能的要求也越来越高,因此,解决提高橡胶材料管道密封性能的问题尤为重要。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种耐高温的密封橡胶材料,具有很好的弹性和耐老化的性能,同时具有良好的密封性,可以做多种密封件。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种耐高温的密封橡胶材料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
丁基橡胶10-15份,短纤维4-9份,过氧化二乙酰5-9份,古马隆树脂3-8份,催进剂TMTD3-7份,纳米白炭黑4-6份,环烷油2-6份,磷酸铝1-5份,硫化剂1-3份,脱模剂4-7份,喷雾炭黑5-8份,二甲基硅油3-6份,耐热助剂1-4份,硫酸钡5-9份。
