背景技术
橡胶(Rubber):具有可逆形变的高弹性聚合物材料。在室温下富有弹性,在很小的外力作用下能产生较大形变,除去外力后能恢复原状。橡胶属于完全无定型聚合物,它的玻璃化转变温度(T g)低,分子量往往很大,大于几十万。橡胶行业是国民经济的重要基础产业之一。它不仅为人们提供日常生活不可或缺的日用、医用等轻工橡胶产品,而且向采掘、交通、建筑、机械、电子等重工业和新兴产业提供各种橡胶制生产设备或橡胶部件。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种具有导电性能,耐热性、弹性的橡胶。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种高性能导热材料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
石蜡油10-20份,硬脂酸3-8份,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锌3-7份,天然橡胶15-25份,聚二甲基硅氧烷7-11份,增塑软化剂4-8份,乙丙橡胶20-30份,有机硅硅氧烷8-12份,促进剂1-3份。
